Got to the store at 8:20pm on Good. I went straight to the fish area and began filling my cart with $70 of overpriced aquarium and accessories that I certainly could have gotten off Amazon for much less, but obviously it was a last-minute thought and a great idea to get my grandson a gold fish (Nemo) for Easter. My wife had her huridly ran to the back of the store to get a $35 bag of cat food that we could have also gotten cheaper at Walmart, but what the heck we’re already here right?And then they went and pissed me off! At exactly 8:32 I asked the checkout girl to get me my $.20 gold fish for my grandson so we could be on our way, and get home after a long day. Easter morning is tomorrow and I was so excited…. BUT, after her calling someone on her phone to come help, I was told it was company policy to stop selling fish at 8:30 PM ….. are you kidding me? I was told I could come back on Easter at 10 o’clock and get my fish, Not a happy customer!!!!The fact that this company does not respond to their reviews, makes me believe that their management definitely does not care and this is landing on deaf ears, but hopefully it will help someone out.UPDATE: Easter Sunday I arrived at the store as told at 10 AM to pick up my goldfish only to find out that the doors are locked and they did not open until 11. I’m sitting in the parking lot watching people lineup at 11:02 and the doors are still not open. They have let several people in for dog grooming since about 1045, unbelievable. !!!

The check out is normally good and friendly. But this time is was dry and the check person seemed to think she was doing me a favor. I was so irritated, that I didn't wait, I just returned by item because I didn't want to have to come back and see her again. And when I did go return my item, she once again made it seem like she was doing me a favor or that I interrupted her from her real job. I really like this place, maybe they have new workers but customer service from the entrance to the exit is VERY IMPORTANT!!!

I visited this place to look at Betas and found a cool Bearded Dragon with a lot of personality. We did not get him/her but we wanted to. The people here are friendly, the store was clean, and the bathroom was nice. We are still considering one or two of the Betas, so we maybe again soon. Has good quality products, of course, all safe for pets. Also has pets for sale. They are pet friendly so bring your babies! (Well if you have a pet cobra or a leopard or something maaaybbee don't bring that) good service and just a really great place for all of your pets needs. Speaking of pet's needs, they also offer great dog training classes. The pictures included are just pictures of some of the adorable pets they have for sale. (not all; they also have birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, fish, etc)(The cats aren't for sale necessarily, but up for adoption)

Love to be able to take my niece and nephew and their new puppy to pick out Christmas presents for the doggies of the family! Transition from home to store was seamless, and the family-friendly atmosphere allowed us to feel comfortable and move about the store like we were roaming about at home. Got several new fishys for my tank. They had some lovely "glo fish" but saving that until I study up on them. Very colorful. But seems no one in town has any loaches of any type.

Just left the groomer and we could not be happier. I thought my dog was cute but Sara took his adorableness to another level. She was so kind and you could tell this was more than a job for her it's a passion. Thank you guys!

I would select a 0 star rating if I could. An employee called the morning of my dogs appointment letting me know that they were slow and if I wanted to bring my dog in early i could. We live in the country and had planned to see a movie while my dog was being groomed so it didn't work with our plans to take him, go home, go pick him up and take him home only to leave again for the movie, that I had already bought tickets for. When I dropped my dog off to be groomed and they reminded me that they close at 6 PM. The movie my husband and i were going to see got over at 6 PM so I called a friend to pick my dog up. I had everything time to perfectly. Then a PetSmart employee called her at 3:30 and said they were slow so they were closing early and my dog needed to be picked up by 4:30. Luckily she was able to pick him 4:30 PM. I can't imagine what would have happened if she wasn't able to get him early. The haircut he got was horrible. I would attach pictures if I could. They were grooming the same type of dog when I dropped mine off and had a picture of one on a poster, so I know that they know style. He looks like someone took 5 minutes to do the job. His hair is uneven and his ears are chopped straight across in 2 separate areas. It looks like a child did it. It's a waste of $82 &I don't recommend them ever!

You are by far the worst people I have ever met. You treated me poorly from start to finish. You treated my pets poorly start to finish. You didn’t even accept one of my dogs when you said you had the ability to take him over the phone. When I came into the store I said I needed help with my husky because he doesn’t like the slick flooring and your associates just stood there. You people make me sick. Truly. I hope your store closes down as to be made an example of for your cowardess, your lack of customer service, and just overall bad attitudes.

Great selection. I love being able to buy online for in store pickup at a savings of 15% off (<--well, that seems to have changed! No discount now.) Prices could still be more competitive. Better prices shopping online elsewhere. Update: prices climbed way up!! But they do price match brick and mortar stores.

I brought my shitzu in for a Grooming with Sara and she did an amazing job. I've had issues with groomers not cutting his ears and tail to a shorter length when I asked but Sara did an amazing job and did what I asked. He looks so much better now, I will be going back to Sara consistently, my little fur baby seemed to love Her as well!

Visited today! Took my dog Gunner to get a cut. Darian did a fantastic job. Couldn't be happier. She calmed me down and assured me she would take care of him.. Like dropping your kids off for the first day of school. Go see Darian everyone. Recommend totally

Poor grooming services. Charge you for grooming then bring dog out half done. Groomer very rude and manager agreed but did nothing about it. They are good at groom a dog to look like a rat.

Very disappointed in the care these people give to the reptiles that they are selling. Came in to see a tropical lizard who should have 60-80% humidity per Petsmart’s own material, with 20% humidity in the cage that was way too hot (90 degrees when it should be 70-80). This is concerning because the humidity is how these animals access water. Animal was discolored and obviously stressed. Had to call corporate to report the problem because cashier said “they fixed it last week”. Store manager made excuses that it’s a light bulb and has been on going problem. If it’s on-going, do something to fix it! Not leave the animal to suffer until you get around to it. Or If cannot care for these animals, do not get more until the problem is fixed! Animals should not be deprived of basic necessities like water! Manager also did not seem to care when you purchase food such as worms or crickets for your pets that they are all dead! These people have serious issues with care and quality of life for the living things in their charge.

I’d give 0 stars if I could lol. All fish were about dead. I literally found a dead, colorless beta & on top of that, we went to TWO petsmarts and everytime we’ve asked to get a fish or crab they just didn’t sell after 8:00 at one and 8:45 at the other. my mother in law stood at one for 20 minutes (8:20 ish) and then she finally got someone and they told her they wouldn’t sell her any of that after 8:45… when she was waiting for help for 20 minutes. Absolutely stupid.

Well-stocked, pet friendly, good customer service, and healthy livestock. Almost always have crickets and roaches for reptiles. We've bought multiple healthy Guinea Pigs and hamsters from there over many years.

The store had what I wanted, I only went because the online store said they were out and had cancelled my order. The aquarium deco. is nice looking but the whole object was incredibly sharp, enough to injure fish. I have a 6" inch shark that gets bossy when food appears so I can't have sharp edges anywhere. So I sanded all the sharp areas with a cosmetic sander for 3 hrs.. Now she's content & the corys are safe ❤️

I took my puppy Lola to get just a trim on her nails/paws/face and Madison was super kind and excited to see her! I am glad to have brought her to a place that is so kind and excited to take good care of my puppy. I highly recommend Madison, and she also gave us a 10% discount. I didn't realize the only way to tip was through cash so make sure you have cash handy when tipping your amazing groomers. Thank you! ❤

This PetSmart is a little odd to enter if you have a stroller. You have to go around a little wall as the door is set a couple steps below the sidewalk. But this is my favorite PetSmart around. Very friendly workers and what I need is always in stock.

We took our dog to the grooming salon the other day, he smells good afterwards but his haircut was nothing like the picture that we showed them, my dog looks like he is Albert Einstein. The way he cut his face looks like he has a really big head.

Petsmart always has a great selection of pets and pet suplies. Their fish selection is good and thier selection of shrimp and other aquatic pets is good but not always in stock. They have all the accessories you didn't know you needed. Folks at this location were friendly and helpful. They do have a decent selection of cheap starter options as well as higher end selections.
