Had to stop in for emergency supplies for my dog, but was worried about the fact that I was in a semi truck, with full sized trailer. Employees were fantastic with a quick answer to me pulling in, and willing to accommodate my situation, with a smile. Store was clean, and well stocked. Left a great first impression on my first experience with Pet Supplies Plus, as I don't have a local PSP, back home in South Carolina. Absolutely will return, when I roll back around Tulsa. Ideally without a trailer, next time.

We love this store. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. They are very well stocked with products and reasonable prices. The dog wash station is great. We bring our dogs often for their baths and it’s so convenient and easy and better than trying to clean my bathroom afterwards. Was so thankful for the employee that helped me chase downhusky that slipped out of his harness, then ran out the front door today. He can be an escape artist. Great store!!

This was a great first experience in a dog wash. They were so nice! There were 4 different shampoos to choose from and easy to use wash and dry. Walked around after washing my dog and looked at prices. The items I looked at were actually as cheap or cheaper (because of sale) than the big box store I usually shop at.

Love the staff, they are friendly and knowledgable. Have a good variety of products, price is reasonable and competitive. When ordering they are prompt and always correct. I have never had a online order that was incorrect, and I have had a lot of online orders...

Always a great experience. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Store is kept clean and tidy. The cat trees are not that high quality, but they do carry many things, especially essentials, that are. This is my family's first choice for pet supplies.

I have recently started using Pet Supplies Plus and I can say without a doubt, I waited too long! Every time I have been in here the employees have been unbelievably helpful and friendly. They also offer delivery and that is definitely a huge Plus for my busy schedule. I plan on being a long-term customer from here on out!

Friendly employees that care about the animals and products they have, reasonable prices, good sales, and a great selection of items available. They even run weekly coupons on their social medias. We got a tortoise here a few weeks ago, and now every time we come in, someone asks us “how’s Melvin?” We’ve been very happy with our experiences here!

A stray cat strayed to my house on a snowy day. I asked it to come in if you don’t dislike my house. It became a member of my family in this way, and it gave birth to many kittens in less than 3 weeks. I I raised them like this, although they ruined my furniture and sofa, but this is not the main thing, children are like this, all my food and supplies are bought here, the staff is very kind, my English is not good ok they try to understand looking for what i want from the warehouse thanks

I have just recently started shopping for cat food at this store. I appreciate that they carry brands like Open Farm, Instinct, Stella and Chewy's, and Tiki Cat. I've been in the store probably 5 times now, and every time am greeted as soon as I walk in the door. Staff working there always have asked if I needed help.The one gripe I have is that when you do an online order for pickup (which is a convenient service), sometimes they don't have an item in stock even if their website says they do. Fine, I understand that sometimes inventory can get out of sync. But when this happens, there is no notification of any sort that the item wasn't included in your order. So then I get home and discover stuff is missing out of my bag and have to go out again to find a replacement. If the company would let the customer know that an ordered item is not actually available, either in the pickup notification email, or verbally when they hand you your order, this would allow the customer the chance to purchase a replacement item before leaving the store. Better for both the customer and the store!Overall I do like this store and hope that they can improve the pickup order experience when ordered items are out of stock.

Will definitely be visiting this store again! There is a big variety of wet cat foods you can't find at other places, and some that are cheaper here using deals that happen often. A good place to buy if you are looking for wet food that doesn't cost $2.50 a can and need 6 to feed one cat(unlike fancy feast, nylo, sheeba, and many other "perfect portion" brands)When there is a sale for collars+ a free tag take advantage of that, please. It's a great deal, and great for your pet to have a tag so if they ever get out, you actually have a chance to find them again.

Great, clean pet store. Prices compare with other pet stores in the area. They have a dog washing station that is great! We put off bathing our dogs because they're so big and doing it at home (especially in the winter months) is an epic undertaking. This affordable option makes it easy for us to keep them clean and keep from completely destroying our small bathroom in the process. The employees have always been either friendly or super friendly. No complaints here! Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service, rude employees. I’ve been coming to this store for a while now and. It feels like every time I go in the customer service is worse and worse. Bad enough that there’s been times I can’t find assistance, or even a simple hi when I walk in.Our go to dog food is discontinued( I don’t blame this store) however instead of being helpful, employees only suggested food that was significantly more expensive for a smaller bag. And/ or had ingredients that I mentioned my dogs can’t eat.Apparently they “no longer have a military discount “eitherLost my business and I will definitely tell everyone I know not to waste their time.I love supporting local smaller businesses, but I’m just overall disappointed in how downhill things have gone in the last year or so that I’ve given them my business.

Prices are decent, but the Customer Service could DEFINITELY be Better!🙄 I prefer to shop with 'Chewy', but go here because it's local and try to Support In-Town. In this case, we needed to buy our Baby some more dog food, so stopped here. Every time we've gone there, I've noticed No One ever speaks Nor greets us, as Customers.....it's Very Annoying!🤨 Since I'm going to ck-out their self-service dog baths soon, I'll see how it goes next time......🤷🏽‍♀️Updated Review: (from 3 stars to 5 stars)Hubby and I went shopping for our Girl, Remi. Got the card for $40 which allows you to wash your dog 5 times, my dogs loved it, so much nicer than cleaning the hair out of my tub.friendly staff super helpful. This is going to be a regular thing for me I can tell.

My wife has been asking me to stop by this store with her for a few months because they have a self service dog wash. We came in and bought stuff for a dog, reptiles and a cat nov 5.The cashier was extremely mouthy and rude with both of us. I would not recommend this store for anything with employees like that.I have not been treated so poorly as a customer spending that kind of money in a long time. I will never step in business again.

They have a large variety of anything you're looking for. If you need help all you have to do is ask, the associates are very knowledgeable and friendly. They seem like they have lower prices than the other stores in the area in items.

Best selection in Tulsa for cat supplies, prices are better than Petsmart or Petco. Southern Agricultural use to be my go to place at around $120 a month for all my creatures the most reasonable. I now go to Pet Supplies Plus and my cost dropped to about $90 a month, I joined the member rewards and get a coupon every 3-4 weeks in the mail for 10% off which is like getting everything tax free. They take coupons, price match and can help you load out which was awesome when I had back surgery!

I would have given this store a 5 had they not increased many prices to be significantly higher in the past 3 months, and they have hid their price increase in a most remarkable way. In other words, Stella & Chewey's Dog Biscuits were normally $6.98 for standard retail price as of February, 2022, then, the price increased from 6.98 to $9.98 for my May, 2022 purchase, and I had to buy 3 for $9.98 and get 1 free to make my individual price to be $7.49, and now today, the price is $9.98 with a sale discount of $2 off to make the price $7.98 for a sale price when in February, 2022, was $6.98 with a sale discount of $1.25 to make the price $5.73, therefore, for a sale price we have a price increase from $5.73 to $$7.98 in 4 months or 39%. And so we see a recent sticker shock going on which will cause me to rethink my Dog's food especially in light of the fact that almost all Dog food these days has GMO ingredients, and not labeled as such if you read the latest material available on the state of Dog Food and GMOs because manufacturers are not required by Law to label GMO ingredients on Dog Food labels, or to label the can or bag that it contains Bio-engineered Ingredients which is the new professional word for GMOs. Also, if you read the latest articles you will find that all animal feed except Organic Feed contains GMO ingredients these days and which obviously goes into the manufacture of Dog Food when the animal is killed, therefore, we need to be more circumspect and knowledgeable on what we feed our Dogs for the price we pay, because we are paying higher prices so that we can increase our veterinary bills in the long run as our Dogs are being used as guinea pigs now for a change 50 years down the road. When I mentioned my perception of the price increases to the Store Personnel, one young lady said, "No Maam, we didn't change the prices, Corporate did." and I had to reply, "Well, don't you work for your Corporate Office?" It would have been more customer service-oriented to say "May I send your complaint to our Corporate Office?" Instead, the employee wanted to disown herself from the Company, which is common in almost every Company these days because they have no control or say in decisions at the Corporate Level. I have been a member of Pet Supplies Plus Rewards Program since day 1, as you cannot receive the Shelf discounts without being a member. The prices I have given are with the Rewards Discount, therefore, you can see that Prices have risen substantially even with the Rewards Discount. The Corporate Reply should already know this information.

Prices are great, but do not order online for delivery. They do not honor their word or the notifications they send you and the Manager is not honorable as well. For this reason alone, they’ve lost my business. When you tell someone same-day delivery, honor it or stop lying and saying you will and never keeping your word.
