So it was my puppy’s first nail cut, and I was pleasantly impressed by their services. The had my fur baby in and out in a jiffy and it didn’t cost as much as everyone else that I called. The staff was friendly and welcoming and loved on my pup as if he belonged to them!! I would highly recommend and I can’t wait to see how he reacts with a full groom. Easy to find and conveniently located.

Very friendly and helpful staff - so kind to our anxious, nervous dog. Our first time visit was for nail clipping. Excellent job, great price. Thank you Paws on Pearl. We will definitely go back for more services. Definitely recommend.

First visit - they washed my Jack Russell Terrier and brought her out, told me they hadn't finished drying her (just didn't do it, for no reason except they didn't think they had to even though you pay for it ) and said if I wanted her completely dried that they'd take her back in and dry her.Second visit (no choice)Nail trim and grind -They brought her out, the groomer then sat down next to me and went on and on for around 10+ minutes about how well they treat the dogs and the special treatment they gave my dog. I got her home and looked at her nails. A total of FOUR had been trimmed (they ALL needed it) and NONE of them had been ground.Great place, right? Avoid them.

It’s been well over a year since my last visit because my American bully dog exhibited behaviors (scared, nervous) each time I brought him to the facility. (He has never been exhibited those behaviors since then)They use a slip-lead with cord to take your pet to the back area which I observed them choke my dog while attempting to take him to the back holding area. I still have money on the books there that I never plan to use. Also, the facility will never let you view or see the holding rooms in person ( I requested this during the tour and was denied) I do not recommend this facility.

November 2, 2023 was Max FIRST! grooming appointment here. I love that they offered (1) FREE DAY of daycare. He was in such a cheerful mood after picking him up. I highly recommend everyone to come here. Definitely will be making another appointment soon. THANK YOU! Paw 🐾 on Pearl ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Update: I went there this year and there’re quite a few good changes. The awful odor was completely gone, and the front desk was nice and friendly. Our dog enjoyed a good holiday there. Good job guys!

Love Paws on Pearl. I have a hyperactive 11 month old puppy and its a blessing he can go to playgroup and run off his energy. I can watch his antics via the dogcam too.

My dog breed has to be socialized to keep their temperment in order while they grow old. As pet parent the services here are great. As a foster pet parent I always know when integrating a dog into new environment can upset the dog and cause major anxiety. Have taken my own dogs and my foster dogs here (9 in total) and never had an issue. Been coming to Paws on Pearl for nearly 5 years now. Lacey and Cash LOVE their doggy daycare hang out days!

This place helped shape my dog into who he is- a dog who is loving and tolerant of literally every size and gender of dog. He loves them all! We started visiting weekly as soon as Nelson was old enough and it became his home away from home. I never have to worry about him here. He gets so excited when we pull into the driveway and then runs into the back to see his friends without a glance backwards once we're inside! We recently moved a few hours away and I haven't found a place as wonderful. We'll always go back to visit!

Our rather skittish "American Dingo" has had her nails done three times at Paws. They are very fast, which helps decrease her(and my) discomfort. Most recently I requested they also apply doggy nail polish, which is one of their services. They clipped and buffed her nails with their usual speed, then brought her back out without applying the polish, explaining she was getting skittish, and they didn't want to make her scared.Given the nail polish would have doubled their fee, I was impressed they chose to recommend what felt best for my dog. It's a relatively minor thing, but I was impressed.

We’ve taken our dogs to Paws On Pearl on and off for years. They’re always very excited when we arrive and happy & worn out when we pick them up. They clearly have a great time there. Paws has been great about making sure we’ve provided up-to-date vaccination records to keep on file. I like that they do trial days to make sure your dogs get along with other dogs before letting you bring them in on a regular basis. The staff have always been very friendly and professional. We’ve even used the grooming services a few times and our dogs turned out looking great! We’ve even looked at prices around town and Paws seems to offer the best value, in my opinion. Not to mention how convenient the location is for living or working downtown.

Probably one of the best grooming experiences I've ever had in the 10+ years I've owned my dog, who is somewhat of an uncommon breed. The staff was excellent in communicating and helped me articulate what I wanted with pictures; the groomer even called me after I left to clarify further. My girl came out looking even better than I expected! The place was clean, easy to find, and everyone (dogs and humans alike!) seemed happy. 10/10- would definitely recommend!

My dog Gaia has been going to Paws since she was a puppy. We've always had such a great experience. The staff is open about her behavior and let's me know who she plays with, etc. We boardand get her groomed here too and have never had any issues. The owner and staff love Gaia and she loves them! Even after 2 years, she still gets excited when we pull in. She thinks she owns the place😂

I love Paws on Pearl! My dogs (an 11.5 yr-old English bulldog and a 4 yr-old blue heeler) are both very excited and eager to get inside every time I drop them off. The staff know them by name before I even check in. The grooming department does a great job whenever I send them for baths and nail trims. The value of those services are great compared to other groomers I've been to. When I pick them up at the end of the day they are both obviously happy and tired, which is good since half the point is playtime with other dogs. I have been taking my dogs here occasionally for over 3 years and will continue to do so!

Great place for doggy day care, boarding and grooming. They often have capacity to do grooming on days I am dropping off the pupper for day care which is very convenient. A+ staff.

If I could leave a -100 I would. This company took my money for 3+ years, didn’t report a thing or relay any incident in our MANY, MANY conversations. Then I find out all 3 of my dogs were abused here. Months later my 8 year old lab passed away. I’ll never forgive this company and there’s nothing they can do to earn back my trust or the communities. I openly shame this company and anyone who supports their business. Cant wait until they go out of business.I proudly created 918 Dogs LLC in January 2022 to give Tulsa a safe place for their dogs to experience socialization without having to worry about their fur babies. Shame on you Paws on Pearl- your business ethic makes me sick. I truly hope I never meet your staff as I’m not certain I could control my disgust.

Both of our dogs stay at Paws for daycare and overnight boarding. The staff is communicative, professional, & friendly … plus they always welcome Millie and Hank with a hug and call them by their name. The pups get rowdy and excited the minute we turn on to Peoria from 14th - it’s their fun staycation.

Full disclosure I'm an employee there in grooming not kennels. However, I've worked at many other salons in town and can happily say that this place is one of the safest, cleanest and overall well run I've worked in. The owners, Toby and Joy genuinely listen to employee concerns and try hard to keep dogs as safe as possible. There will always be scuffles at any dog daycare, loose boarding or dog park type situation. Doesn't matter how many employees are on the floor or how well they know the dogs, bad days happen, in the 2yrs I've worked here I've yet to see severe dog fight (I've seen much worse at local dog parks and other day cares). The place truly does it's best to keep dogs happy and safe!And as an employee I haven't worked anywhere where I've been better treated!(Note that many of the bad reviews are due to an ex employee creating a stir and people who've never even been here review bombing).Eta: while I no longer work here for multiple reasons, I'll stand by the fact that i never saw mistreatment of any dogs and the people there now do indeed care for all pets in their care.

I take my dog here for daycare only, so I can't speak on their grooming or boarding but I've never had a bad experience here. The employees are so sweet and it took one visit for some to recognize my dog by his name! The passion for animals is clear. They'll even tell you how your dog was if you ask and help with transferring leashes and things. Love this place

My dog is still showing behavior issues and anxiety from over a year ago, when we pulled him out after seeing him abused in video that leaked online. No one from this company ever reached out or responded to us about the abuse. I'll never understand why a place like this still exists and allowed someone to hurt dogs to work there.

I absolutely love Paws. I frequently take my two dogs Emmie and Tate for day care. I highly recommend paws because I always know my pups will be taken care of.They know my puppies by name and my pups can’t wait to get inside and play with their friends.I have also groomed my pups there, the price includes a day of day care, which alone is worth $25.I have also had both pups stay the night. Kennel free boarding is really important to me and I would HIGHLY recommend paws to my friends or family. You won’t be disappointed with them!

We love having Duke groomed and boarded here! We weren’t able to get in last time (our fault for calling last minute) and had to take him elsewhere. It resulted in him having severe anxiety and chewing his leash and collar to bits! Never again...I called and booked our next two months grooming sessions at paws on pearl immediately. Even the dog doesn’t want to go anywhere else! I suggest filling them on Instagram for lots of wonderful pics and videos!

My dog loves it here! The staff seem to truly care about the dogs and were so excited to meet her. It made me feel at ease to watch them love on her. I also love that they post videos to their Instagram account throughout the days so you can see what your pup is up to!! When I pick her up, she falls asleep in the car which she never does!!

Our two dogs, Mixon and Baker, love going to daycare at Paws on Pearl. The workers know them by name and post cute pictures of them on their social media. We also like that we can call anytime during business hours to check on them. We are very pleased with how kind the staff is as well. I believe we have been using Paws on Pearl for about 9 or 10 months now. We appreciate the care they provide for our two boys.
