I walk in with my German shepherd for a shedding and nail trim. I say she acting a little funny . Immediately I mean right there she didn't ask what I meant by funny which was the constant itching and hiding in my closet. She immediately down grated me and told me my dog has to go to the doctor she wouldn't treat my German shepherd. Standing there baffled at her response and belittling me. Wasn't concerned at all about my dog. If she is so caring why wouldn't she at least ask me what I meant ..is she so busy that she pushes some away to pick her preference. She is knowledgeable about animals but needs to work on human kindness because there are still humans out her. She took offense when I asked her what happened to her face because of bumps all over it. That's what happened. She thought I was jabbing her when I wasn't and took it out onu baby girl by telling to pretty much leave she wasnt treating my dog. Sorry to say but my baby girl wasn't the one looking like she needed a Dr. Good for her choices bad for others with no choices. But thanks Shariden keep on being you!!

I have a German shepherd ESA who hasn't had her nails trimmed in a while and the owner trimmed her right up and because I am a Vietnam combat Marine refused to charge me. She is a real caring person!

This place is absolutely amazing. I got my Australian Shepherd groomed by miss Sheridan today for the first time and I was more than impressed. She made him look so handsome, so clean, knew the exact cut that he needed to not damage his under coat and really out did herself. She takes care of their nails, paws, ears, and everything in between as well! She makes you and your fur baby feel like family! I will recommend her to all my friends and family, trust me when I say you need to go see for yourself! Thank you thank you thank you!

I am so happy I found this groomer!! I am fairly new to town from California, I hadn’t found a groomer yet but heard all good things about Pawpaws. So when I first called I got a voicemail I left my name and number and waited to be contacted. I was contacted the very next day and was able to get my dog scheduled for the very next day (point is they may take a very small amount of time to get back to you depending on what time of day you call but be a little patient TRUST ME it’s worth it)I LOVE THE FACT that they will text you to set up the entire thing if you prefer texting (I do so that was awesome) while I was picking out a time to bring my Sophie in to be seen Shariden made sure to accommodate as best she could even letting me drop my dog off several hours early because it just worked with my schedule better.My dog was taking just a little longer than normal because they had a big wolf dog in there that needed some extra love so they promptly text me and let me know it would be just a few more minutes. Immediately when they were done they let me know. As if this wasn’t already all amazing enough when I went to pick up my chocolate lab she looked the BEST I’ve ever seen her look and she was SOO HAPPY!! She pranced around all night so happy feeling so clean and cared for. Her nails look GREAT. And her coat is glossy and fluffy Also the value for what I was charged is UNBEATABLE! Sophie and I will now be members of the 4 week/ rewards program! Thanks so much to Shariden and her Husband !!!

I have been dropping my fluffy monster (Long haired Husky) off here for a while. They are absolutely amazing. They have always treated my dog and other dogs with kindness and respect, and they have always done a fantastic job helping to deshed my husky.

Sheridan knew exactly what my dog needed. 100%recommend. Quick service as well. Willing to do her best to provide your pet with what it needs. No groomer wanted to do my dogs nails and she did them all. Definitely bring your pet here. :D

Fantastic groomer! Shariden knows exactly what she is doing and handles every dog I’ve brought her like the pro she is! She saved me by helping my husky blow his coat with her blow dryers and he came back to me fresh and clean! I 100% recommend her to anyone and everyone who wants that 1 on 1 basis with a groomer! She will easily become your friend!

I dropped Katie off at her appt. time, and Sheridan told me she would notify me, said approx 3 hours. Almost 3 hours later, I got a text saying "done." I was very impressed by this alone, my last groomer never did that. It was a guessing game. Katie was so happy when I got her it was obvious she was well taken care of. Thank you Sheridan.

She does a great job on grooming Trixie and Trixie loves her and always looks so cute after she gets groomed. I have people ask me who grooms her while we are walking or at pet stores. I have a Scottish Terrier when I dropped him off I asked the lady not to cut his beard or his ears or his skirt they did not listen they cut his tufts off and his beard he has bald spots by his ears they shaved him in some spots to bare skin when I contacted her she told me she did not listen to me because she thought the last groomer did a bad job all I ask was for a bath and a sani trim I would not recommend this place to no one they did not care about what I asked at all They told me not to come back which will not be a problem since they destroyed my dog terrible customer service
