I was not disappointed with the quick work Merlene did on my Zookie. I have a very large, 32 lb house cat that required his belly to be shaved. He had gotten matted while I was recovering from back surgery and was unable to get his belly brushed. I will definitely use her again if the need arises.

Really impressed with Pampered Paws on S Lewis. We took our Shorkie for a haircut and they listened to what kind of cut we wanted for him and they made it happen. These girls work very hard to groom your dog or cat so they definitely need a special thank you. Thank u girls and I will definitely start bringing my little guy there from now on.

We love Pampered Paw and so does Buddha! This shop is excellent! When I pick him up he always looks soo good! I have never had a problem with this shop, and I looked at several different shops! Give them a try your fur baby will love them!

Quality work for an unbeatable price. They always make sure your fur babies are well taken care of and that they leave with a bag of treats and a nice little bandana! So much better work than the large chain stores, and you get more services! I'll never take any dog anywhere else!

I've been taking my dog here for a few years and I love the great job they do on her. I've tried other places before here but I will never go anywhere else now. The owner takes pride in the work she does and it shows. With the cost of everything sky rocketing I'm happy that I can still get my dog pampered at a really reasonable price! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

The haircut was good. My dog was not himself for days afterwards. Was tired and sleepy. Just wanted to be in my lap??? This was our first visit, he has not acted like that with other groomers??

I'm giving this place 5 stars. I'm such an over protective fur Mommy. My dog is literally my child and I'm very cautious about who I leave him with. I brought my terrier Brownie in around 7:30a and he was ready for pick up by 10a. His nails had grown so long from me not being able to afford get him groomed for a year that they looked like talons. But they cleaned him up so nicely and he was so calm and happy when I showed up. He was a little feisty when they were working on him but they understood he was just scared and not a mean dog. The just musseled him so he wouldn't bite and got the job done. I can't get over how much cuter he looks and how happy he is. Plus the price was great. They took such good care of him and the other dogs in there. There's a lot of love in that place and I'm happy to bring my dog anytime. Glad I chose them over Petco.

I took my shihtzu for years until she passed away. They always treated her so well and did a great job cutting her hair. She would always get so matted and other places would just shave her but pampered paws always did the best at not shaving her unless they really had to. Love them!

To bad they don't have minus stars on the ratings. Beware!! Trusting these place with a pet you love is a horrible mistake! There should be mandatory cameras in all grooming businesses.They broke my Westie puppy's tail!! If it was an accident why would they not be honest? If they had told me it was an accident I would have understood but they lied to my face! Only because he is not in pain am I not suing & calling television stations to report this place. I will be reporting this to the SPCA & BBB. I feel it is my responsibility to warn others in order to keep other innocent, helpless dogs from suffering at Lu's Pampered Paws!Since then a friend told me they cut her Yorkie & when she called to complain they Laughed at her! If they had told me it was an accident I would have understood but they lied to my face!I have pictures before and AFTER that clearly show it was not broken before he was trusted to these people.

We've taken our shitzu Bella there for years, never any problems. But the last couple of times we've taken her she has come home cut up terribly. I understand that its not easy to groom animals and a few Knicks are gonna happen but this last time she has been cut up so badly that we've had to get medicine and ointment for my poor baby girl. I will NOT pay money to have my dog cut up by these people again. I do not recommend.

Our dogs love going to Lu's. They always are so soft and so clean when we get them back. We drive all the way over from the Bass Pro Shop area. It is well worth the drive! Highly recommend them!

My wife and I were referred there by a friend. We took our little Havanese puppy there for the first time today. What a wonderful job they did grooming her. We were extremely pleased and will be taking our Westie there, as well as giving them a good report to all our friends. We are now loyal Pampered Paws patrons.

We just moved to the Tulsa area and were looking for a very pet friendly groomer. Lu's came highly recommended at my office. They treated our 4 legged family member very well. I would highly recommend them.

NOT the same shop as in years past. Do not recommend. Surly, unprofessional staff. New owner ran former employees off. New groomer didn’t refer to notes on my customer card & dog wasn’t cut as I wish. One of the longtime groomers in Lu’s opened her own shop across the street in Old London Square.

Horrible place. My bella went in for a bath and nails clipped. Came home scared and front and back paws bleeding. Her nails were cut way to short and broke and cracked like they had used dull clippers.. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
