Matt the manager should be kept off the register no people skills or maybe poor people skills, spoke to him asked him how he was doing, got nothing only after spending 100+ dollars words actually came out his mouth as he said have a goodnight. Going to try and stay away maybe he'll learn to smile and communicate with others in the meantime

all the ladies works here, treated you, looked at you, talked to you, like YOU ARE A THIEF, AN ALIEN that from different planet that landed to their place. specially the one at fitting room. very offensive looking and talking, racism in very obvious way that you could tell and feel it. I felt bad for the elder asian lady that she treated. not even worth my 1 star. I will do minus if I could. HATE THIS PLACE. waste my time and my gas.

First time here and I think it's a really nice store. Clean, well organized store and friendly staff. Honestly, I went next door first (a place I'm familiar with) and the atmosphere was like night and day. Here we found large dressing room with cute signs and a friendly "guard" but the other store had 2 somewhat surly, suspicious guards. Here there was a long line of 7-8 customers at checkout but 5 friendly, efficient clerks. The other place had a long line of 9-10 customers but only 2 impatient, frustrated checks who asked me to remove my hangers, put them "over there" get my own receipt and then stuffed my purchases in a wadded mess. The other place might be a dollar cheaper but Marshall has now become my go-to.

Marshalls was well stocked with a large variety of clothing and other home and lifestyle needs. The store was clean and associates were friendly. The dressing room associate was very friendly, kind and helped with my Spanish lessons as waited for our daughter to try on clothes. Her sister was a lead member and was very friendly as she accomplished her daily tasks as well.

I usually love Marshalls.But not tonight. They rearranged the store.I understand why they do it, but I never like it when they do. They just didn't have the normal quantity/quality they normally do.

Marshalls is a weekly stop. We mainly shop at the Broken Arrow location but shop at TULSA Hills location frequently. Yesterday my daughter was on that side of town so she stopped to make a return. The item was purchased at the Broken Arrow Marshalls. The woman taking the return seemed to have a problem so asked a coworker for help. She then told my daughter that that location doesn’t sell luxury brands so not to return those things there. We love Marshalls, but this location maybe needs some help. I don’t see anywhere on their return policy that you can only return certain items to certain stores.

We got the cutest silverware holder and utensil holder for the stove. Made an amazing gift because it was different and it wasn't mass-produced which you can get here at Marshall's. Can be a little pricey but quality is definitely worth it.

This is my FAVORITE store to shop! They always have the clothes I love for everything I'm shopping for. I like name brand purses and they have some super cute ones. The purses are my first stop when I enter. The shoe department is my 2nd favorite department in this store. My next favorite department is the home goods. They have cool stuff, unusual cool stuff and the prices are cheap! Often cheaper than Walmart! Can u tell that this is my favorite place to shop? 🤣😂

WARNING!!! THIS STORE IS CLOSED!!! NO POWER!!! As of 7-5-2023, this Marshall's is closed as they have no power. No power I understand. However, I drove an hour (as did several other people turned away) to return some clothes, and there was NOTHING on their website to warn you they were closed....just a handwritten note taped to the door. Very poor management. I called to see if there was another Marshall's in town, and of course, no answer. A wasted trip.

The staff was kind and helpful. I wanted these swim trunks for my 5 yo so badly, but they were missing the shirt that went with them. Staff went out of their way to go and find the shirt so we could get them. Every staff member we interacted with had exceptional customer service skills. I'm so impressed. I will definitely be visiting this store again.

Went in this morning for a return. I experienced great costumer service and the exchange went very smoothly. Clean store, very organized and the whole team was amazing since I came into the store with a meeting in progress. One spoke up and suggested that I browse around and get my headphones for the even exchange. Couple of minutes later and the meeting was done and I was being helped.

My favorite store of all time! Good deals to be had, why pay more?! Love that there is always something new. It's a happy place. Always a great selection of seasonal decor. Surprisingly lots of pet supplies and gadgets. Nice folks, always helpful.
