New to Tulsa Oklahoma just found out about canine connections it's an awesome store to shop for bully supplies, treats, etc, the staff is very friendly. Plus they have all of the necessities that a dog lover needs. They also offer dog wash.

Best place to get your dog washed . As soon as I walked in they greeted me, very happy atmosphere. They only charged me $15.00 to wash my dog. They gave me free shampoo and towels, they have top of the line products. They have great customer service. They helped me find a leash and collar for my dog .definitely would go back, loved the dog was experience.

This is my go to place! Anything I need for my pit.. I come here and they always have it! Self serve dog wash. Food by the pound. Treats. Collars. Leashes. ALL OF IT! Customer service is amazing. Crystal specifically is soo helpful every time I see her! Knowledgeable. Willing to give me her full attention for whatever I may need when I’m in store. Just all around the best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Only bummer was the man said they don't do nails but for $15 for a bath is great so I don't have to in my own tub and It is up to where my back won't be hurting very friendly place to go & they are very educated about dogs from food to hair to brain functioning I like it here for my little guy

~NOT A FAN~ Bought a very expensive basket muzzle for my Australian Shepherd there a couple of weeks ago on a credit card .. [way too small, and the person that was there that day picked it out- and this is after she was told what size the dog was]. The woman who was there today said: we don't do exchanges, nor refunds {NOT what we were told at the time of sale].She claimed the computer did not- or, would not, pull up sales from days ago from a credit card , even if she punched in the information that is on the card- i.e. the card holder's name and the card number, etc. I told her I did not believe that, because I was looking at the computer- (it's definitely up to date and obviously capable of doing so). I stated that I was very familiar with the operating system of that model, which I am. She then admitted that she could never get it to do that for 'her', to which I said: that's much more honest ~ I can understand that but, who can you get to help me? That's when she totally shut me down, questioned me about whether or not I had put back the one I was looking at, incidentally, that she had brought me -trying to sell me (which, of course I had)! So, as to not make this any longer or complain anymore, I'm going to end there. I'm sure that this is a case of inexperienced, or poorly trained, part-time help, (because she doesn't really work there that often and it had been a while, (all according to her) but dang....!!!!Whatever happened to good customer service? It seems to be lacking so much today. Its becoming a sad world. 🤧

Great place for dog stuff for large dogs. Great customer service and dog wash is located inside the store so no suffering in the hot sun to wash your dog. Definitely worth the drive and money!

Knowledgeable staff. They really love animals. Helped me get my overweight, seven year old German Shepherd back to a healthy size. Looks magnificent. My buddy also had dry skin. Our dog Sammy was definitely the queen of the house before training with Brian. We struggled with basic obedience. She also refused to go on walks! Once we started training, Brian taught us how to interact with our dog to show her who is boss. He has gave us the tools we need to keep practicing with her! Definitely a great investment.
