Room was nice, comfortable bed has everything I need. Would be nice if kitchen has a cook top. Breakfast is very delicious. They let us stay a little longer in the last day, pass 12 pm, due to our video meeting what was very appreciated. Thanks. We'll stay here everytime we come to Tulsa.Food & drinks: It has delicious prepared breakfast sandwiches hot, just get it and breakfast dishes too, different than other hotels I've been. Would be nice if had dinner too đ.

Pathetic service and cleanliness. I had ants in my room (327), and my colleague in 325 had the same. The breakfast is average, but know they will not go out of their way to accommodate you in any way. We had a 7 am business meeting, and I had been told they offered breakfast at 6. They didn't open till 7. I was lucky to get a yogurt after I complained.I'm not impressed at all. I'd probably choose another hotel. Also, you either face the freeway or the Hampton parking lot. Both options at lousy.

This particular location does not at all hold up to the normally great reputation of a Home2sweet! The room was not very clean, water spots and dirt all over the tub and sink, the Electric curtain does not open so we canât look out our window and the carpet on the floor has some bad stains.The breakfast was one of the worst I have ever seen by a Hilton owned hotel and the staff didnât greet me when I walked past the front desk and made eye contact. Unfortunately I still have two more night to stay here but will never come back to this location.

Understand, these are first world problems, but felt like I should give an honest review. We came to Tulsa to attend a concert that lasted 1.5 hours 8-9:30. During that time, the hotel not only texted me twice, but called me and left a voicemail. I felt like this was overbearing, and bothersome during the event we were trying to enjoy. I also felt the communication was unnecessary when the message was âwhen do you plan to check inâ? Especially since it was so early in the night, to call/text and be asking that, was absurd.We arrived at 11 PM for check-in. The night clerk was kind and offered us waters and snacks for being an Honors member. He proceeded to give us the wrong times for breakfast being served the next morning. He gave us weekday times instead of weekend times, which caused a bit of a panic and unnecessary scrambling the following morning, which required calls to front desk for clarification, etc.There were two major problems with the room itself: First, the hanging, sliding barn door would not close all the way for the bathroom. It left about a 2 inch gap which didnât provide privacy when using the facilities. While it was just my husband and I for this stay, we dealt with it. However, if it were our family of five, this wouldâve been uncomfortable, and created more serious privacy issues. Barn door needs to be reset on a track, or a new, different hinged door installed to bathroom.Secondly, my husband went out to the car in the morning to grab an extra charger. 10 seconds after leaving the room, he realized he didnât have the right set of keys and headed back to the room. He swiped the card and then press the door open successfully. During that time I had flipped open the extra security lock as I wanted to ensure cleaning staff didnât try to get in. My husband was able to open the door without any heavy pressure and swing past the security lock completely. I was absolutely shocked at this! The security lock does not work and appears to not be installed properly, maybe too far over on door jam to engage. We tried it 3 more times and it pressed open, easily past the âLâ shaped security lock, each time. To me, this is a huge security issue. The sole purpose of those locks is to ensure nobody can enter when the security lock is engaged. I felt unsafe suddenly.Lastly, cleaning staff tapped on the door 1 hour before checkout wondering if anyone was in there. We yelled back 3 times and she still proceeded to try to push in and get in the room. Seems she wasnât listening or something. At this point, with the ineffective security lock, she could have easily pushed all the way in.Iâm not happy with my experience at the Home2Suites of Tulsa and hope there can be some adjustments made after reading this accordingly.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I accidently booked here instead of Home2Suites Tulsa Airport and Roxanna (she stated she was management) was extremely rude, unhelpful and would not allow a cancellation or reservation transfer. So now I will have to dispute it with my credit card company.Response to their response: The third party called you willing to cancel and you would not allow. If youâre willing to make it right and cancel, I can have them call you back and I will gladly delete my review. Otherwise, everyone will see what a dishonest and unprofessional establishment is.

As a handicap person with limited mobility it was very upsetting not to be able to use the restroom in your room because your toilets are way too low for someone like myself. I had to take the elevator down to your lobby and use the one downstairs. Second your shower stalls we're not accessible to us because of hand rails located on the opposite side of shower stall.

The staff was great and friendly. The Hotel is in a great location. Home2 Suites are typically nice to stay at.Rooms: Room had Cobwebs in the cieling corners. Wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. The window blind had heavy discoloration rust like coloring

This was a great stay in Tulsa! It's a convenient location next to lots of restaurants and stores, and easy on/off major highways. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The best part, though, was the front desk staff. They were so helpful, kind, and friendly. They worked super hard through a big rush and still gave people time to help them through whatever issues they were facing. This was one of the better Home2 hotels I've stayed at!

Fantastic stay. Had to make a quick stop for the night for our drive to Missouri and I couldn't be more happier with my choice of hotel. It was very clean upon arrival, the staff, all of them, were so friendly. Very welcoming and had a great breakfast too. The food is individually wrapped, making me much more comfortable around food safety. 10/10 would definitely stay again

This was the 2nd time staying at a Home2 Suites. I was not disappointed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I was pleasantly surprised about the convenient location. Highly recommended this property and will definitely return when I'm in the area.Nearby activities: This location is conveniently located close to shopping, movie theater, casino and downtown.

Our suite was awesome. Pull out sofa for the littles, king size bed for mom and dad. Plenty of room. We checked in late with no issues. Hot breakfast each morning was so welcome. Free wifi. The staff was helpful and friendly. Kids loved the pool. Noon checkout. Totally coming back!Rooms: Modern, high quality bedding, beautiful room.Nearby activities: Close to everything.Safety: Secure, well lit, staff was alert and friendly.

Wow!!! Awesome hotel! The rooms were very nice, clean & spacious. Comfortable pillows and beds. Spacious shower as well. Laundry was available for only $.25 and they were big front loaders. The breakfast is better than most hotels with lots of hot options like breakfast bowls, sandwiches, and frittatas. They also have grab bags in case you need to do breakfast on the go. The workout room was my favorite. The best one I have seen. Treadmills, recumbent bike, Pelton bike, elliptical, hand weights, as well as a weight machine. Also had yoga mats and foam rollers, which I had never seen at a hotel gym. What a bonus after traveling 4 hours in the car. I honestly wish I could live there, as it had everything I needed.Noteworthy details: Convenient location, as it was only 10-12 minutes to everything with did. (Gathering Place, Ruth Chris) Right across the street was lots of shopping and dining options. I recommend CAVA for healthy option..

The check in was not good. The girl wanted to run my card for incidentals which is fine but wouldnât tell me the amount until I refused to give her my card first. Which then was charged 2 incidental fees. Went to our room which was filth. To find what they claim âis a chemical they use to clean the toilet withâ is splattered on the toilet. Looks like puke to me. Had to go back and deal with the front desk again which you could tell by the attitude didnât want to help. We got moved to another room that was also pretty dirty that I got Lysol wipes and cleaned myself. Over horrible first impression. I did go ahead and leave 2 stars because the woman at the front desk at check out was very sweet and understanding. Also the breakfast was very well done, clean, and maintained.

My experience here was above the normal the staff in the evening was amazing. The breakfast buffet was kept full they really worked to maintain the whole place.Thank you all for making our visit a great one.We will continue to patronize this location.See you soon.Sept 14. 2023Back for another 3 months.The staff always has courtesy towards guest.The breakfast has a good selection.Coffee and Tea waiting on you to come sit a spell.I have to say we come over for 3 days head out and come back.Different rooms through out the stays and they are always Clean.No sign of bugs. I took sheets all off bed. I looked and looked again.Thank you all.The desk help is always great.I want to mention the cleaning staff and thank them as well.

I actually really enjoyed staying here. Was super tired from driving and didn't need to get the hotel but I didn't want to chance it on the road drousy. The rooms were very clean. The overnight clerk was super helpful and funny I really enjoyed talking to him. The clerk in the morning didn't like my jokes so much it was disappointing she didn't enjoy them. Very nice place and not too expensive overall. đ will return if I need to for sure.

Had booked a room for 2 evenings. First night we got there we were extremely tired & plopped in the bed. Next morning when we woke up and went to use the bathroom we realized there was dried either throw up or diarrhea all along side of the toilet. This scene made me sick to my stomach & nauseated. My husband went to notify the front desk who told us to go on the website. We checked our immediately. Nasty bathroom!!!

We stayed here while I was having spine surgery appointments and were robbed along with 4 other guests at this hotel. Management never apologized or tried to comp a room or help in any way. It was one disaster after another at this place. Other than the rooms being nice I'd never recommend. The service was quite lacking!!Safety: Not safe at all, our car windows were broke Ndwe were robbed. Service was horrendous.

When I arrived check in was simple and the hotel smelled clean. The initial impression of the room was good. When I opened the fridge it looked clean until I opened the freezer and found food left by the previous occupant. Also I found a large tear in the couch arm. The amenities are nice and the room spacious. The pillows and bed are soft and welcoming. After settling in I noticed a squealing sound from the AC. This became really annoying when it cycled through the night. It sounded like an elephant dying. I sent a video to my wife and she agreed with the description. The next morning I asked the front desk if they could fix it. They said they would have maintenance take care of it. I didn't get back to my room until after 9 pm that night and was beat from work. The elephant was still in the room. I got very little sleep and asked to have a different room in the morning. They said that maintenance would look into it again. I did receive a text that day that the issue could not be resolved and they would give me another room on the 4th floor when I got back. The fourth floor is the top so I always request a top floor so I don't hear people walking above me. I am a light sleeper. When I arrived they said they didn't have any rooms left on the top floor so they moved me to the third floor. At 3am the neighbors above me came home for some clogging and bed wrestling at which point it was 4am and I was able to get back to sleep. Would I stay here again, yes. The location is good for me when I am in Tulsa but only if I have the top floor.

We stayed one night but very disappointed. The room is advertised for 4 people, but our room only have 1 king size and a twin pull out sofa. The room was not cleaned when we got back to the hotel. Talked to the receptionist and she wasnât even very apologetic about it and said they just donât clean rooms everyday. Also the bathroom has design because it uses a sliding door that has a gap where you can see the shower. Breakfast was already closed at 10am even though on paper it said closed at 11am. Will definitely not stay at this hotel again.

The room was mostly fine. Quite spacious. There was no bathtub, only a shower. I wouldnât care for myself but I had to shower my 1 year old who hated it. I went to extend the pull out couch bed for my 5 year old and it was covered in pollen pods/dirt type things. So I thought Iâd just take off the cover, there was a very large mattress stain that I can only assume was urine. This made me question the cleanliness of the whole room(luckily I brought my own Lysol). Breakfast was fine. One of the front desk workers bugged me. When asked for a high chair she said there wasnât one even though I had been offered and used one the morning before. When I asked for clean towels she also gave me a trash bag and asked that I bring them back down after they were used. Why not just note to the room about the extra towels to account for them? Didnât catch her name but she was younger with dark hair and large false eyelashes. She was nice but seemed to be better suited for motel 6. The 2nd night I called the desk asking about a portable crib, John said he didnât normally work there but would look. Did not find one but called back as promised and offered extra blankets/pillows. Overall not bad.

We love Home2 and stay at them very often. The reason for this one star though is legit and two fold.First. We brought our dog (small well trained 7 lbs). But before we did. We called the actual property to verify that it was pet friendly. We were told yes. (Nothing about a 75.00 pet fee). Upon arrival. Again I made it clear we had our dog and again nothing about a 75.00 pet fee.At 2AM when I had taken the puppy out, upon return I was stopped (rudely) and told to sign that I agreed to the pet fee. 1st time it was mentioned.The next morning when I ask why it was not mentioned when we called to make reservations or upon Checkin. All I got was blank stares and that it was policy. I explained we would not have brought the dog if we had been informed and that was why I verified. Now itâs not so much the 75.00 but the way it was handled.Second reason and biggest reason for the one star. WHAT ARE TGEY DOING WITH THE 75.00 they collect. Because it for SURE is not used to clean the rooms.Urine Stains everywhere. The room was filthy carpet wise. Not what you expect for almost 200.00 a night.We will continue to stay at Home2âs across the nation. But NEVER EVER this one âŠâŠ filthy.I have the picsâŠ..
