I ordered a Christmas tree on 11/27 was initially told to pick up in store by 11/30/23. I went in store and was told to wait for an email. I received an email on 12/9 that is was ready for pick up. Went in and they still have not received it. Its DECEMBER 15TH and no one has reached out. No has answered the phone or even has helped to rectify the situation at all. The customer service number is a joke. They tell you they will have a manager or district manager reach out and never do. YOU STOLE MY MONEY!!!! I GUESS I CAN WALK IN AND STEAL FROM YOU GUYS???

This store is notorious for NOT fulfilling coupons!! They will lie and say that it's a "glitch" in the system and or take the merchandise off the shelf to keep people from using the coupon to purchase the items! And I think the manager has an issue with people of color. She claims to never be hiring but a new non color person is there almost every time we go in there.

Rude probably the worst cs I’ve ever experienced . I reluctantly stopped in this area to buy a gas can and we walked in and the lady stared at us . We found the gas can and sat it on the counter to Check out . Someone comes in and she greets them . Instead of handing me the receipt I had to tear it off myself from the register . She didn’t even tell us the total .store was extend dirty doors caked with dirt boxes everywhere had to squeeze through boxes to get into the aisle . This is not a store I typically shop at nor is this area a frequent but I’ll think twice before I go to another family dappled

Went there to buy sour popsicles.. I had 21 boxes and when I went to the register the cashier says, THESE ARE DISCONTINUED, I CANT SELL THIS TO YOU. I asked the reason as to why and if they didn't honor the penny sales anymore. She said no per her manager. I asked her if she could give me her manager's information so that I could confirm it and she refused. So I asked for their corporate info, in which she told me to "Google it myself". She FINALLY wrote it down and I thanked her. I also asked her what would she like for me to do with the remaining popsicles int he cart and she said to leave them there. I stepped to the side to call corporate and basically, she told me to leave the store. I kindly explained that I was calling corporate, which btw the number she gave me was just a recording telling you to send an email, and she rolled her eyes, took the popsicles that she said were discontinued right back on the shelf!

Says they close at 10:00pm but, what they really meant was, oh, between 9 , 9:30ish depending on what manager is her but definitely closed by 9:45 for sure, maybe, I think, idk, whatever she says...

The employee who calls himself Lance needs to be fired from Family Dollar. He is discriminating against African-American customers. He follows them around the store and harasses them. I saw him ban an African-American man from the store, after the man refused his help and went about his shopping in the store. Lance put the man out of the store because he said the customer had an attitude. The customer left Family Dollar as he was told, and Lance followed him out of the store and continued to harass that man. Family Dollar is going to get sued, if they don't get rid of Lance. The way he treated that man is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I see that he has treated veterans the same way according to some of the posts I read. Every customer can't be wrong about the way he is treating them. He needs to be fired.

I went in and said hello to the black lady and she kind of threw attitude with a very rude hello. Then I walked to the register, standing there. They saw me and didn't help me for a minute. I'm new to Tulsa and this is the first business I had walked into that employee's were rude. I'm not going back there.

The sales associate was very helpful in teaching me how to use the smart coupons I was able to save several dollars after signing up for smart coupons with my phone. I recommend everybody sign up for smart coupons.

The manager on duty on 9/15/16. Called himself Lance. Is a rude, disrespectful. Little man. I am a disabled American Veteran. And will not have this person speak to me the way he did. If I were any other person. I would file suit against him, and the store. If he is still there. Working again. I will file suit. Shame in him for treating this countries soldiers with such dusrespect.Joel Garvin.
