Placed an online order on October 3rd, 2023 for home delivery. Was lied to about that!!! Received an Email on October 14th, 2023 that my order was ready for pickup. My neighbor went to pick up the order with the email confirmation and was told by the store assistant manager that my order wasn't there. That it won't be I till October 18th and to come back to pick it up then. Lies, lies, lies. Called customer service 4times and kept getting lied to. DO NOT SHOP at the store on north Lewis!!! They are liers and are extremely rude. Wanted to rate them a "0", but wouldn't give me that option....

They never have enough register workers. I was in a line of people that backed all the way to the tooth paste isle. And never even called for another worker. Now that's just acceptable. People were leaving them baskets and walking out. Thumbs down to this store .

Had what I needed plus a couple of things I didn't know I needed and friendly staff. Wouldn't mind a few things be cheaper, but that's pretty normal at any place.

Great. This is my favorite Family Dollar. They are great to keep stocked, very helpful and friendly consistent employees! They have a great rhythm and are a pleasure to do busyness with. In fact the other day I got quite a few items and one of the employees took the time to offer and to help me get it to and loaded in my car. That's and great service these days, nearly unheard of in this time era.

I was in the Pine & Lewis store a couple of days ago and there were two cashiers working one register - the male bagged purchases while the female rang them up. This in itself was new to me, because every other time I've been in any Family Dollar, the clerk who rang up the purchases also bagged them. At one point there was about 4 customers in line behind me, 1 in front of me and the couple they were checking out. I asked "Can we get another register opened?" The male employee responded, "No ma'am, we only have two people working today but we are hiring." so I continued to stand in line and watch the line grow bigger. At one point another female employee walked up and began talking to the two who were ringing up the customer, so now there are 3 employees at one register. They finished ringing up the customer, who then went to push their full shopping cart outside only to be hampered by the pole. At that point the male employee who told me they couldn't open another register proceeded to help the customer carry out their purchases, leaving the cashier he was doing the bagging for to bag customer purchases on her own, which she did quite efficiently. But he couldn't open another register??? It sounded like they wanted to other female to open a register and I got the impression that, for whatever reason, she was unable to do so. This was all around very poor customer service. At one point there were easily 6 to 8 people in line, 3 employees and only one register opened. If you're that short on staff, does it really make sense to have two people at one register?

Everytime I go in there they are rude beyond everything it doesn't matter if I'm looking around or buying something. I just went in to see about exchanging my mom's slippers and instead of saying sorry you have to go to where you got them she shoved them back at me and said rudely take them back where you got them. I will NEVER go back there agin.

I love this store, it was my first time in here and this store has everything and stuck great stuff and household goods, I needed a certain size curtain rod and you had it❤️

We stopped here after leaving My Mama's house, so this was an 'In & Out' shopping experience.😊 The store needed a Good Clean up, but the Male Manager was Nice and he checked out our items...'Expeditiously'!🤛🏾

So unprofessional the cashier was so worried about fighting she threw my bleach on the ground as she rung but there was a nice gentleman who was there to help pack my stuff to the car but theirs no way i would shop there again,I really want to call corporate because I have more to the story

Family dollar is alright . people are always standing outside asking for money . It's not super busy normally but all in all it's a good place to go to grab a few items in a pinch.

They are rude when you call them to ask if they carry a product or not. I called them earlier and they just hung the phone up. They have no good Customer service. They are rude with Mexicans who are trying to speak English. So my advice don’t go to this location.

Went into the store right before closing yesterday to pick up two last minute items, first of all the store was nasty and trashed, second of all who ever was working last night it was a tall curly white man i guess he was the manager he was super rude, i was getting my items along with another customer who was in the store as well and heading to the check out and one of the other customers needed one more thing from a shelf that was not to far from the register and the curly head white man gone tell us bring what you have now to the register or dont get checked out at all and he said it super rude and the looked at us like we was crazy, first of all you dont close till the last customer is out the store, second of all it wasnt even 10 yet and third of all, all he had to say was we about to close please make your final selection(s) and head to the check out not bring what you have or dont get checked out at all, he is very ignorant and i will no longer be shopping at this family dollar or maybe even family dollar at all maybe i will just take my buisness to dollar general!!!!

This store has not had carts in months. They use to have cars, what did they do with them? Your customers need carts to shop!! Will take pictures next time I am in there.

This place aint that great cause all the employees always stare at you like really you not know a thing named manners plus my lil sister got a pair of shoes there she didnt even have them for 2 weeks and they broke i highly dont recommend this store go to like Wal-Mart or even dollar General or save a lot😂😫🙁👍
