This location is always disorganized and messy every time I go in there just walking around the store aisles are filled with unboxed merchandise…and don’t even get me started about how wheelchair users can have full access of the aisles to get anything they need. They can do better than what they’re doing to make use of the space more accessible and convenient for all shoppers.

Quick stop and l can always find Raid tissue and dawn dish liquid pot scrubbers, staff members have come and gone however these work members are better and nice often staff deal with angry customers and both times staff did a great job and defused the issue. Sometimes working in Retail can be difficult. Overall great job. That's my Store and l will go there as long as they are open.

This store is constantly out of products, shelves empty, but yet the aisles are cluttered with boxes yet to be stocked. The cashier on duty was sitting down at the register. I can never find what I need at this store, which sucks since it is the closest store to my house.

Family Dollar is struggling in the hoods. I literally walked in, no greetings, got all kind of dirty looks and what make is worst I use to be employed with themThe MOD said how do I feel about comforting shoplifters? I don't like and I have to see these people in the community. High turnover, all types of LP issues and the associates are grimy, grumpy and need to be cleaned up. The managers never smile and both of them has funky attitudes...

This absolutely never have products on the shelves and it seems like no one cares if it’s staffing then the district manager isn’t doing their job it starts from the top and works down.

CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM: Generally the staff are friendly and helpful. But lately not so much at night. This particular night the store floors were very dirty, the cashier was a pregnant young lady who commented that she only had 56 days to go which was great. But she was blasting music on her phone and in the middle of ringing up the ladies items before me her phone rang and she answered it and had a full conversation while ringing up my items and was still on the phone when I left the store. I felt that this was very unprofessional as well as rude. After dark this store needs ALOT of help.#locationshouldnotdeterminebehavior.

The two family dollar stores will.the first one was located at 1528 n lewis ave.in tulsa oklahoma I don't know what is going on this started happening a months ago every time I go in that store they think I am running a game or stealing which I never do okay today when I'm winning there I handling some coupons and she said oh well I have to get my manager to check the coupons out they had never did that to me before I felt like a criminal and when the lady checked the coupons they were okay and then another time the lady was talking to me she helped my bad you know until I paid for my items I don't run out no store and still and now the second one was off of pine it was okay

The deals they have are a rip off or employees keep the difference. Over charged my husband he tried to return the items.So the deal they have with 3 cases of Pepsi and the Lay's chips are not $10. They charged my husband $20. I also clipped the coupon. When my husband noticed the mistake. He went back into the same store and said he would like to return items for the wrong amout paid. Did a return, and left thought all was fixed until he saw the new balance $1.63 for the refund so in all for the $10 coupon he paid $18.37. Can't fix it because the employee took the original receipt and gave him the refund receipt.

They didn't take of the tag on my duvet / comforter but the lady was super nice she helped carry my shopping to the car that's amazing. You can't get that at any other store

Only 4 stars because they didn't have my cornstarch, the location on gilcrease didn't the other day, and a location in Baton Rouge, so I'm sad, other than that, they had everything I needed, and it was all easy to find.

This store has remodel recently and i am loving it. There is more room in between the ilse, there is more food selection in fridge section, and the item in the clothing area look a lot better.

I like going to family dollar to shop for a lot of personal items because it's a shorter waiting period to get checked out, but since dollar tree has joined them the prices have gone up. But I still get a lot of items from them.

Love this store. Everything is a dollar & you can get so much. It may not be all named brand, but they have things you'd pay 8 dollars for & they the exact item for a dollar! Totally worth going to.

Horrible customer service. They're supposed to open at 8am and they had 8 of us all waiting outside at 820, saying to hold on 5 more min because they were counting money , well geez get there early and do that man.
