Prices tags are all in the wrong place, had to read them all to see what lined up and somethings were even on the wrong aisle. I mentioned it and seems as though they may just be short staffed or under paid. So corporate when you read this, give them a raise please and ty.

As always, the guys there are super helpful to the old lady and her heavy purchases. They take it out to my truck if they are not backed up at the register.Best price in town on Starbucks frappicinos.

I was just checking out some item's and price's compare shopping what I noticed was the items organized but where a item was to be located it would be a couple spots over from where it was suppose to be. It was like that on other such items that would be confusing to some shoppers if in a hurry not having time to look you think out of stock that can't be good for sales. What I also noticed that there similar items at the Dollar Tree store in same shopping center that would be hard to sell if cheaper at there store. Should have 3 ⭐⭐⭐ but for the employees there who are trying here's 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐ Do your best!

Will not step foot in that store again. When I went in yesterday they wouldn’t let me in with my purse. Told me I would have to leave it up front with them or in my car. I don’t leave my purse with strangers or in car for someone to bust out a window to steal it. In my opinion that is discrimination & stereotyping me as a shoplifter because I have a purse. They have lost a valuable customer.

The hours are all over the place. They will just close in the middle of the day. It's 11:30 with a sign on the door that they are closed until 3.... But workers are here.

They are improving every time i go in there. Their employees are friendly nd helpful...Tha manager works her but off to keep tha store functioning as well as she can. Tha shelves r startin to fill wit product, tha cleanliness of tha store had improved at an all time high!!!! I tell them every time I go there which is usually once a week that they are duin a great job nd it alwayz luks better than tha time b4... Keep up tha great work guys it does show!!!!

This store is regrowing after a whole change in management we encourage all to come by and help us grow we do offer cash back it's just hard to do at certain times and if the doors are ever locked during operation hours and employees are here please consider that our systems may be down or something can't sell you anything if our computers aren't operating

The manager here...Tatiana ..was helpful and so sweet! I had my Christmas tree and ornaments stolen .I went to family dollar to get a new one but all they had was 4 ft trees. So Tatiana gave me the display plus all the ornaments the tree skirt, and even helped me carry to car! She helped me so much just out of kindness of her heart. She deserves a raise and a promotion! THANK YOU SO MUCH I WILL NEVEE FORGET YOUR KINDNESS GOD BLESS AND MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I will never buy anything from Family Dollar Store. I bought a tv antenna. There is nothing wrong with it but where I moved the antenna wont pick up. So I had the receipt I went back to the store to return it and they would not let me return it because they said that it was there policy to not return anything electronic. The young girls working there were not very professional they were very rude. If this is there policy it sucks. If they want to keep customers they need to change there policy. The store I bought it at is in Tulsa,Oklahoma in the Crystal City Shopping Center they lost a good customer !!!!!

Standing in line, person in front was prompted to get cash back on debit card purchase, this was not acceptable and the three girls behind the counter moaned. Lady apologized but the "manager' refused to be sympathetic and kept talking down to her.The store employee became very confrontational and quickly afterwards the customer. To the point she came around the counter on a tyrad.Cops were called. It nearly came to blows, and I would say that the employee did nothing to de-escalate the situation.I live close to this store and I will not go back.P.S. no employee was wearing a mask regardless of city order during this pandemic.

i think its fairly decent everyone tries their hardest to get everything done its just ive watched countless people take things off the shelf and put it the wrong isle instead of puttin it back ad then the returns become overstock but i love the way they maintain recovery and sami and chris are awesome people there and ms jessi was always a happy spirit

Every time I go inside this store, I either hear the associates talking about what they did the night before or they are talking about customers that come to the store. I have heard the associate store being rude and hateful to the customers. Now I over heard the cashier say they can't take any bills larger than a 10.

Don't go to Family Dollar very often. Mostly because there is not one any closer than Chrystal City shopping center. They did have some good buys today and I will be back.

they allow their main cashier to wear a q anon mask and that’s not the best look imo, it’s always littered with boxes and also it’s rare to even see a employee properly wearing their mask

Today my husband who has asthma went to family dollar to get some chocolate for my mother's birthday. He is exempt from wearing a mask both by the CDC and the Tulsa ordinance, the employee decided he would rather swing at my husband instead of letting him purchase what he needed. We called the police but nothing happened even thought the attack was on family dollar security cameras but no one in family dollar want to take responsibility. We will fight this at whatever cost, family dollar will be held responsible for the actions of their employees.

Clerk wasn't wearing mask, customers weren't being told to wear mask, she doesn't seem to happy to be there, she put 12 bottles of water in 1 plastic bag. Selection is terrible .

I tried to pay with a 20 dollar bill and they refused to take it cause they didn't have change. Just because she did not want to go to the bank! Don't waste your time!

Pretty poor management the store is closed at 9:45 when they are clearly supposed to stay open till 10:00 and the store has an issue where it smells like rotten meat

The Store itself, is Nicely kept, I went in there Wednesday night before close, and got my things I needed in rather a hurry, because I new I didn't want to make them close late, I was in there @ about 8:20-30pm, but there were two employees I know of, the person behind the counter, the cashier, was not the friendliest person of the year.
