The manager's here are very friendly. I go here at least three times a week sometimes.The employees are very friendly and helpful. This store has been out of some products I needed. Headphones,adult coloring books,paint,cat litter,bug spray. It's a good store. They could clean it up and make it look a little better.

To say this store has issues would be an understatement. Empty shelves, disorganized, and dirty. I did find it interesting that there were no wet floor signs near the spills but they had a stack of caution cones for sale. Who is responsible for allowing these stores to look so bad? On a good note, David the cashier was very nice and polite. He deserves a raise for maintaining a good attitude and customer service while working in this dump. Do better DT. Do better!

At this point just get people who care about the store or shut it down, I've stopped coming to this one all together cause it's getting worse and worse on organizing and stocking. No point coming to a place that never has what u need and is such a mess you wouldn't know where to start to look

I love Dollar Tree I general, i have several items that i only get at Dollar Tree stores. I have worked in retail before do I understand how stores can get a little messy, but goodness every other aisle was filled with clutter, the shelves were unorganized. Even the staff had no idea where to find things. Pretty sure I saw a man wall right out the door without paying for the items in his hand. I can only imagine the theft loss this location suffers. Maybe they are renovating, and that's why.

This has got to be the worst dollar tree in the area, shelves empty, products on the floor, return baskets overflowing, the cashier literally said 2 words to me during the entire transaction but did give me dirty looks like she didn't want to be there, u wouldn't recommend this store to anyone, save your time and shop somewhere else

They were in the middle of re-doing all the displays and moving stuff around. Couldn't find what I needed, and inventory was short. Sure by the weekend it will be fixed?

Awful store. It was such a mess with items off the shelf in piles. It's not messy because of restocking, just a big cluttered mess. And the staff was unfriendly. I am a full-time RVer and go to a lot of Dollar Tree stores across the country for craft supplie, and this was by far the worst.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I usually only pick up a small list of things i.e. ibuprofen, dish towels, etc. This store had a huge selection of cute decor. They also have adorable trinkets, perfect for small gifts. I can't wait to go back.

This store is never clean. I am baffled by the reviews saying it is. Every time I have gone to this store in the last 3 years the floor has looked the same (like it has not been swept or mopped ever). I feel like I have to wash my hands just stepping in here. The check out lines always take forever, the wait is super long. I do like that at Dollar Tree everything is a dollar and they are getting some good brands but that is the franchise in a whole not just this particular location. I drive on the freeway behind this store weekly and the amount of trash is upsetting. It is on your property (inside the fence) therefore it is your responsibility to clean it up. I am sure not all the trash belongs to Dollar Tree. I know the wind and homeless people in the area contribute. But can you please try to clean it up? A weekly, every two weeks, or even a monthly clean up would be so good for the community and the Earth. Keeping the Earth clean is everyone's responsibility.

Its getting better slowly but surely. My first trip a few years ago to this store was horrible and was every time i went until around 6 months ago. The crew there has taken on an impossible task of fixing what the last crew failed miserably at accomplishing. Great job guys. Keep it up. It no longer takes 1 hr to check out and i no longer dread that store. Not to mention you guys are so much more welcoming than the last crew....so rude they were.

Due to being short staffed it appears they didn't have the opportunity to put out their product, the shelves are pretty bare. The new staff though appear to be a lot more professional that was a bright light.

I am loving the variety they have since they changed things up! Most stuff is $1.25 but they have towels, laundry baskets, even more craft supplies and I got my new Scooby-Doo T-shirt for $5!

For a true dollar store this is a pretty good place to shop and save money. They carry all the basic household products and groceries ranging from bread and frozen dinners to make up and hygiene supplies to cleaning supplies and garden rakes to crafts and seasonal items. They basically carry a little bit of everything all for one dollar.

I normally love shopping here, but the admiral location here lately has been horrible. Shelves are bare, no gift bags on the walls, 1 cashier with huge lines, this location needs to get it together. If you had 1 person come in at 8pm and stocked until opening this place would be rocking come time to shop. Or just hire a person that stocks only. Simple solution

The store looks kinda trashy, but this time at least there were enough cashiers to not take forever like last time I was here. Everything is a dollar. Some good deals can be found like bread, and Gatorade squirt bottles. Went with my mother in law and my niece. I know that doesn't mean that much to you but it is what it is. Happy Mar 14 people.

Nice place with a great selection of products. The store is almost always very clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I come here often. They are doing some remodeling right now and bringing in even more products. I think it's just going to keep getting better.

We took the kids (14&16) with 5$ each and set a timer for 5 minutes to get what we all wanted and meet up at the front by the register. We got what we needed/wanted and for the first time ever we didn't didn't end up grabbing 20 extra items! :)

If there were a zero star option, that would be my rating. The employees are SO VERY rude, they talk on their cell phones while checking out customers. Tonight my daughter and I went in at 8:50, they made an announcement that the store would be closing in 10 minutes. We quickly grabbed out items and went to the register. They locked the doors and stopped letting in people (I get it I used to work in retail) they then proceed to make another announcement "we are now closed get to the registers" and a few minutes later "I know you heard the 9 minute warning. Get to the registers or you won't get your stuff. The registers will shut off" I am not sure who the manager is there but they either need to be fired, management training or need some assistance getting their staff property trained/hired.

When I used a laundry basket to carry my items, (because there were no carts) and told the cashier I did not want the basket, only it's contents. She said, "and you expect me to put this basket back." She snorted and dumped my items onto the counter in front of her. I told her she could just keep the stuff, and put it all back! I left and will NEVER go back into that store!

The employees are very rude and get out of pocket all the time causing problems with customers to the point where it almost ends in fights. The lines are ridiculously long because they're too busy talking instead of doing their job. The dollar tree on admiral is terrible and I absolutely hate that store. They need to fire everyone. They also need to post signs stating if you purchase something that happens to be broken they refuse to refund your money for defective merchandise but offer an exchange or store credit for the same crappy broken item. You only learn about this policy after you've purchased said defective item, and when you bring it to their attention they get an attitude and refer you to the fine print on the receipt that states no refunds. That is deceptive in my opinion. You obviously wouldn't buy it or would thoroughly check the item if they told you before purchase broken items won't be refunded. It's just a terrible location that has the worst Tulsa has to offer as employees. That's the only one I have problems with.

This dollar tree should change their closing time to 8:50. I pulled up to the store at 8:48(looked at my phone before going in) and the, I believe she was the manager, the African American lady, was locking the door. She unlocked it and let me in and I said, Oh, I thought you guys close at 9 and she said well we actually close earlier than that to clean and get things ready for the next day. I've seen this happen to several people where they pull up and try to make it in right before the store closes and get turned away. I understand that the workers want to get home as soon as they can, however on the front door it says that you close at 9PM. You guys should stand by that or consider changing your closing time to 8:50 so customers won't have to have made a trip in vain.

I love Dollar tree, but this is the worst one in town. Always dirty, under staffed so you wait in one line with 6-7 ( 4 lanes, 1 open) other customers and staff can be rude. I haven't had a member be rude to me but i have witnessed it a few times. These people clearly hate their job.Update: came here again, conditions are far worse. I took photos this time.

This is the ghettoest store in Tulsa.1. Employee walking around pretending to work with a blunt in his mouth. In the 20 minutes I was in line I seen him put up nothing.2. Rude loud customer who cut in front of five people in line.3. A night manager who was oblivious to what was going on in store4. 1 register running with a line of 9 people.Go somewhere else just not this one!

On this visit, the upbeat and friendly cashier was the best part. I have shopped at this location many times, and today the store was in the worst condition I have evet seen. Floors were filthy and in dire need of mopping, and I aisles had merchandise strewn across the floor hi.

They had one cashier. There was a very rude customer cussing really bad . I asked him to refrain. There was five other customers in line behind him. He was cussing because he had to wait in line. The Cashier said nor did anything about the person at all. The Cashier only rolled his eyes, and i had my son with me. I wont go back to Dollar Tree.

The staff is fairly helpful, and pretty nice. They have a decent selection of stuff compared to other dollar tree stores. And I like that they have full size cleaning products too.
