This Dollar Tree at 81st and Yale in Tulsa, OK is a great store it is well stocked, well organized and clean. The employees I spoke with were friendly and knowledgeable. I only wish was closer to where I live so I could shop here more often. Kudos for a great job!

There’s always a long line and usually only one cashier, while the other workers are walking around or straightening shelves. It makes it frustrating. The shelves have been quite bare compared to how it used to be stocked full of items. The cashier is always friendly and things are cheap.

Fine. Have tried to go before and the doors were locked. Store was open but the only employee must have been on break or something and just locked the storefront.

Went there to see about the Easter items they had them $0.50 a piece I also was checking to see if they hadn't cheese sauce and I was surprised to see the Vita sauce packs one jalapeno and one regular which I purchased in a can of the pace nacho cheese sauce just what I needed to go with my other ingredients I didn't have to go to Walmart to pay a ridiculous amount

This place needs a new manager, there’s always lines a mile long and no one comes to help the lone cashier, employees playing inappropriate music, and always leaves their storage crates in front of the refrigerated items causing only one person to look at a time, leave a bunch of trash everywhere and block items, I’ve been going here since 2018 and never seen it this bad beforeThis is an edit, place hasn’t gotten any better, they leave their boxes of stuff in the entrance making it almost one way through the entrance, the place is so messy, IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE ANYTHING YOU SEE IN THE PHOTOS!! They need new management

The dollar tree has several items that on Amazon you pay more for the similar item. The 5 and 3 dollar isle also have some good bargains. The shelf stable milk is a great bargain for someone that just uses milk for cooking. No refrigerating necessary. Stable 2 weeks after opening. For those that don't drink milk or eat cereal this is great. 1.25 for 32 oz!

Larger than the standard Dollar Tree, they have a bigger selection of merchandise. Large, spacious parking lot usually with parking very close to the store.

I do not feel safe as a woman shopping at this establishment!! The cashier, Clayton, told us at 7:55 that he was closed, even though this store closes at 8:00. When we tried to tell him (and show him the times on our phone) that it was not 8:00 yet he got very aggressive and started using profanity. We walked out to try to exit as he was still yelling at us and he then approached us very aggressively and continued to use profanity. He had the doors locked at 7:56 and had to come unlock the door for us. As we were leaving another lady tried to come in and he told her to get out. She also argued that it was not yet time to close. He told her “his phone says it’s 8.” After we left he then proceeded to come in at my boyfriend very aggressively. As we left and walked to our car he continued to yell at us. As we were driving off he came and started yelling at us again (which if he’s in that big of a hurry to leave he shouldn’t have had time for)Needless to say I would not recommend anyone shopping here at this location. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. There were also multiple witnesses, so dollar tree should be highly ashamed.

The new manager in my opinion is doing a great job The staff is limited but those who are there are great. This is one of the best locations in Tulsa it's clean, stocked and the attendants are polite

I found a birthday card I liked. Then a silver gift bag and tissue. I found a wide variety of luxury candy to put in the bag. And then 7 birthday balloons. I put the gift certificate, 9 candy bars and tissue in the bag and delivered it with the balloons. Perfect surprise.

Is continuously changing its hours and not posting the changes. When called to ask whether or not they were open, woman who answered was incredibly rude and said that customer ripped their posted hours sign down. When I suggest they handwrite one she hatefully repeated "A customer ripped the sign down." Like that prevents them from posting another.I understand that times are hard and it seems like this store is severely understaffed but that is no way to treat your customers and not having hours posted and staying closed after Google posted hours makes it seem like the store shut down. Maybe keeping a sign is better for business?

I was looking for something Specific for My Husband, so I asked a Staff member who was walking past me, if said item was available. She (an Older Caucasian Woman w/glasses) acted like she didn't want to offer her assistance, but Rudely told me they Didn't have it.😲🙄 I continued shopping, picked up a few household things then stood in the check-out line, ready to leave. The Cashier (don't know her name, but she had Shoulder-length Brunette hair/ Caucasian/in her late 40s/wore glasses) rang up all of My items and was Extremely Friendly and Nice!👍🏾She had a very Pleasant attitude and Warm demeanor. I Don't shop at ths location often (usually at the 71st/Mingo), but I needed to make a stop at Murphy's, so the 81st/Yale location was more convenient. So Shout-Out to the 'Cool Cashier', who SPECIFICALLY turned My review around, from a Lower rating of a '1' (it would've been a FIVE/5, had it Not been for her RUDE Colleague!🙋🏽‍♀️

Giving this a 5 star review because I was in the store today, Clay was the only Employee in the store and there was about 15 people in the check out line. People were rude and most people would have let that lower their morale, but he had a great attitude and didn't loose his great costumer service!

Great management and staff! One of the best Dollar Trees I have ever shopped at. An incredibly large, wonderful, and well organized selection of items. Many are not offered in Cushing where I live. As an Art & Crafts class teacher, it is truly a joy shopping here!

This Dollar tree pretty much has everything that I've ever needed when I'm gone there. But if you want some type of soda that is like a brand name you definitely want to go someplace else. I was totally okay with spending a dollar on candy and other things that are really not necessary in life

I love this little dollar tree! They always have friendly service and they keep their shelves stocked. Great place for seasonal items, birthday party supplies! Due to Covid-19 they close at 8:00pm.

I wish I could get my review back!!! I WASN'T FINISHED! It isn't going make any sense! I said the store I was reviewing was located at 81st & Harvard & the Dollar Tree I was reviewing is located at 80th and SouthYale. My review isn't going to make any sense because I had just cut something so I could paste it somewhere else. I didn't have the chance to paste it so it will read awful.Does anyone know how to get back to your review & correct mistakes & finish it properly after it accidentally went out?

Its Dollar tree, what do you expect? Everything is cheap but there are some things you should start buying here. Cleaning supplies and Hallmark cards are my best examples. Store is usually tidy and the cashiers are friendly.

The manager (Christina?) is horrible and should not be in the position she is in when she can not communicate with people. She profiled my 13 yr old kid and harassed him and when I came to voice my concerns she proceeded to yell and “call the police “ all while the assistant manger (Mason) talked to me and tried to plead their case as to why my child was harassed for a pack a candy he put back because he changed his mind (as many children and adults do) and was hounded down by Miss Sassy Pants (Christin(a)).

I shop at dollar tree a lot all over town for my cleaning supplies, for my buisness. This is by far the cleanest, nicest store I've been to. The cashier was also very friendly and pleasant. thank you!

Everything is right there. You can just walk in get what you need and get out usually very quickly. It’s just a nice little place to get certain items you need without going to the big stores..

Might be nice if you updated your Google maps listing with your “temporarily closed due to staffing issues” problem so I don’t drive all the way to your store to find out the hard way.
