Literally sitting in the parking lot after leaving Dollar tree Tulsa Hills. I was shopping for reading glasses when the lady who works there shopping shoved my cart out in the middle of the floor 5 ft from me. No hey I'm sorry or excuse me rude woman. Normally I've had no problems there but store was not stocked and also dirty. Do better. Remember your customers purchases pay your wages.

Louise is a problem. Very rude and treats her employees and even customers like trash. There's favoritism going on in that store. She's an awful manager overall. My suggestion? Go to the one on Peoria. It's smaller, but people have been genuinely kind.

They had a nice selection of colorful seasonal items. This is a great place to stop if you just want to add some inexpensive color to your house or if you are planning a party. There were a couple of cashiers when I visited, so the transaction was quick.

I called to see if they had something that i wanted before driving all the way there. This was around 5:30pm 9-22-2022The lady who answered the phone was EXTREMLY RUDE. And hateful! She yelled at me saying she did not hear me. Kept interrupting me. She very rudely said, no we are out of it! Then she hung up on me!I usually like going to that location if i am in the area. Tho if the associate is going to be so hateful i won't go out of my way to go there. I live 20-30 minutes away from there.

The store is well stocked especially during the heavy shopping season. We always love this store for the wide variety of items. Centrally located within the Tulsa hills shopping experience makes this store an asset to the area. I love how dollar tree has gone ahead and added other things sure you pay $3 or $5 for the other things but it is so much easier and nicer to get everything at once in one place just wish the dollar tree store at 45th and S. Peoria would hire workers and get their store like this store is! Keep up the excellent work!

Horrible service. This is my second time trying to shop here the first time I came google said it would be open but it wasn’t. Now I came again and get kicked out at 6pm because that’s when they close but google says 8pm. I asked how long it’s been like that they said 2 months. Which in my opinion is long enough to get google changed. The only response from the employees were we have nothing to do with that.Dollar tree update your hours and empower your employees to fix issues!

Prices are as expected. The place was messy. Looks like they were needing to stock shelves but got behind. That’s expected at times. Staff was nice and I got what I needed.

The lines were still a little BUT major improvements! The cashiers now have more help which meant 3 lines open. Not being sarcastic but honestly in the 6 years I have been going here I have never seen more than 2 lanes open. It's not the employees fault they are wonderful they just need help. The are doing hiring events hoping they will get more employees soon.

We love, love, love Dollar Tree! This location at Tulsa Hills has a nice variety of decor and fun seasonal stuff. The store is a bit smaller than some but well stocked and clean. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Late Saturday afternoon store was very busy and had approximately 15 customers waiting to be checked out with one cashier there to bring everyone up. Definitely not a good way to run a business, trying to save on labor. I left all of my items that I had in the carry basket, put it on one of the conveyor belts at an empty cashier station and walked out with nothing probably cost them around $20 in sales.

Great dollar tree with a huge selection. The only issue is there is typically only one checkout cleck. The staff is always friendly but management truly needs to get them some help. I have had to leave numerous times just due to the line being so long. Today I counted 10 people in line with only one register open.

The store is ok, staff is always pleasant. the only real issue is there's always boxes of product on carts in the middle of the isles blocking the shelves nothing's ever really put were it supposed to go it's not real organized and you kind of have to really look to find what you need.. I'm sure it's probably a shortness of staff not having enough people to put things away but it makes it a little inconvenient for the consumer who's going to buy the products of they can't find it you can't sell it which means you won't make any money.. maybe better management would help learning how to delegate tasks properly..

Spent 40 minutes in the store: 10 minutes shopping and 30 minutes in line. One cashier with 15+ people waiting in line. The one cashier was in TRAINING while the manager was blowing up balloons. It was like this the last time I came to this location also. The one at 31st and Harvard is ran much better.

They have a pretty good size Dollar tree plus section at the store and I found a lot of great stuff.

An end of an era to be sure. "Everything's $1" to end very very soon. It was a good run, Dollar Tree! The service at the Jenks location is always top notch and friendly and it is also more clean than the average Dollar Tree! I imagine with transitioning to across-the-board $1.25 pricing many folks will, as well, transition to Dollar General where a large number of $1 items will REMAIN $1. I will probably be shopping there less, but Dollar Tree Jenks is still a good little store!

The selection and the overall planning/presentation of the store is not as good as the one at 31st and Harvard but this dollar tree more than makes up for it in service. They always know where everything is, they know when they will be ordering general items in, and most importantly they are friendly.

I was at the Tulsa Hills location.We were in line getting our items scanned, I noticed that Louise had rang up an item twice, I kindly said something, she proceeds to grab all of my items out, that she just bagged and counts them, I said, I can clearly see on your screen the item is rang twice, my other single items were not rang twice. ??She then with an attitude, says..."It's not that big of a deal cause it's only a dollar", granted yes it's only a dollar but it's 2 days until Christmas, I'm doing my last mintue shopping with what money I have left. Normally it would have not been a big deal but when you're on a budget with 3 kids, every stinking dollar counts plus It's my money, that I work for and why should I pay for something that I didn't get..?How dare an employee say this. I will not be coming back to this location.

Im an avid dollar tree shopper but recently I've noticed the stores are empty and trashed out. The employees are always polite and trying to get the shelves stacked or the store cleaned. I hope they can get some help soon.

Nice selection of items. Some are real bargains others not so much. Just know your prices. I highly recommend for storage bowls. Nice selection of Betty crocker storage and other Betty crocker kitchen items. Great place to get durable freezer containers as well.

The cashier named Abigail, was very rude when I asked her to wrap my glass candles so they wouldn’t break. She then proceeded to slam the bag that had my candles on the counter almost breaking them. Then the manager went off on me because I got upset about how rude Abigail was. The managers name is Heather. I will never shop at that dollar tree ever again. Before this incident, that was the only dollar tree I would shop at. Now, I refuse to ever shop there again.

One cashier at 5pm in one of the busiest shopping areas in Tulsa. This is a failure of management and/or corporate, there were about 10 - 15 people in line. The cashier was doing a great job of running people through but one employee at 5pm is just ridiculous.

I just picked up an online order as I have done quarterly for 2 years. While there was a very friendly associate (young woman with short blond hair), the manager was extremely rude. She treated me like I was an interruption and not worth her time. A manager should be a model of how employees should treat customers. Hopefully she was just having a bad day.

What's not to like about things costing $1? I wouldn't have gone hungry so many times in early 70's. 19 with a baby to feed 1st and a husband in Vietnam
