Just went in here and had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dollar tree, I’m not sure if Terrence was my cashier, I’m not sure if he is the manager, but he was exceptional.Like always, I walked in and didn’t grab a basket (thinking I would just grab two items 🤣) and after walking around for a few minutes, my hands were full, he immediately noticed, and brought me a basket. he greeted each customer that entered the door, as well as came up to the register in a genuine sort of way. He asked the second person in line if they’d like to set their items down and made room for them on the conveyor belt. He was simply awesome! Excellent customer service and initiative!

Dollar Tree has a wide variety of the cutest Christmas gift bags & gift boxes in many different sizes. I had a little too much fun there today! 😉

Terrence, the cashier, super nice dude. Wonderful with all the guest in line even though he was the solo cashier. Very respectful. Recommending the store solely on him.

The store was well stocked up on cheerful seasonal items. This is a great place to stop if you just want some extra color around the house or even if you are planning a party. The cashier was a little slow in getting help to check out a long line of customers.

This dollar tree has been super unhelpful. I have been here 5 TIMES to try and get them to reimburse me for a purchase. Their checkout shut down on me, so they moved me to a different register. After I left, I realized they charged me twice. I gave them grace, and waited for the reimbursement. I went up there 3 TIMES in one week to speak with someone, and everytime the "manager was out" or "on lunch". I then went up two more times and STILL no one could help. I even left my name and number and still haven't received a call. Can they not train someone to learn how to do this? Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of my time and gas. I now have corporates number and wont be shopping at the dollar tree anymore😁

Lila is an absolute hero!! Very Rarely do you find someone who works retail, let alone a Dollar Store. It's quite the blessing to have someone who genuinely cares so much about her employees, and her customers. She is worth her weight in Gold.Ron is the same way. I worked at this location, and all of the other managers were heavily criticized. I won't name names, but the entire mood changed around that place at night. The night manager and the cashier were always extremely messy, negative energy, toxic human beings.We're blessed enough that, that store stayed open all the time, and the backbone of that store is Lila. I've witnessed this first hand.

Very frustrating when you drive somewhere because you're hunting a specific something and the store is is listed as being open only to arrive and have to wait 45 plus minutes. Not a good initial impression especially when you look to see if another location is open and drive across town to find out that it too has incorrect hours being listed too. What's even more frustrating is I spent more in gas trying to locate a store with accurate hours than I physically spent at the store. So I can only hope that the stores I visited both at least carry what I am looking for and are of the upmost cleanliness considering they show as being open already. And if not that it's noted by management in both places or better yet a district level so that customers aren't driving crazy distances to find locations can't post accurate hours of operation.

This Dollar Tree is my fav in Tulsa!! It has such a better selection of things than the others I’ve been to across the area and the staff is so friendly! It’s always in and out for me each time I do happen to go to this location specifically, but each time I do go in it’s like the first time. Even the customers are nicer here than the others… I feel like that should tell you a good bit about the culture of this one.

I cannot believe all of the amazing things that I can buy here for $1.25. I have saved tons of money on brands that I shop in the grocery store! I've been here weekly for the last 4 months!

This is actually a great location. One of the best one's. The employees are very hard working and do their best. They are very under staffed right now so please be patient and respectful to the employee's because there is only one manager and one cashier on duty with each having their own tasks to fill. The customer's are the number one priority. Again they are under staffed so if you know someone needing a job please send them that way because they could use the help not negative reviews making them feel worse about a situation they have no control over. Thank you.

Firstly, I absolutely love the dollar tree! It's one of my favorite stores for a variety of products and reasons! It's one of those stores that has literally been there for me for everything from birthday parties, anniversary, holiday decor, catering events, cleaning supplies, toys and more.

I have been a life long resident of Bixby. You get to know people. I seen a post last night they must have deleted now but let me tell you I agree!! I got to know Laverna also over the time she has been there! Laverna was an awesome employee. Like the previous poster said she was one of the best, hardest working employees they had! And it is a shame on management for firing her! So whoever wrote that and deleted it I completely agree with you! They made a mistake firing her and I’m sure the store will soon find out what a contribution she made! It is just darn right awful! I guarantee you absence will be noticed And the higher ups will wish they had her back! I encourage other locals to state what a mistake you think they made! Please speak up and voice your opinion! Who agrees with me?

This location is in my top two to visit for browsing for cute things (rather than those things I know will be there, like the cleaning section, food, etc).Cashiers and staff are very attentive and helpful.

Just depends on the time of day and the workers. Some of them seem to only follow me around when i have my friends kids with me, they are under 10 well behaved and stay by me but it seems like someone always follows us. Starting to wonder if its because my kids are of black skin...

There are 10+ cars in the parking lot waiting to go into the “open” store. No manager is here to start operating the business. Yet again, these people are working at dollar tree.... so I probably wouldn’t show up for life either.

It was very relaxing. The clerks were polite and helpful. The store was very clean and organized. It is my favorite dollar tree. The only thing they are missing is the frozen foods many other dollar tree stores have. Hope it is soon to come!

My son applied for a job and called today to check on it. He was asked to leave message someone called and there was no answer that he could hear so he called back. The hiring manager told him she was not playing that game and told him not to call back because he would never be hired at that store. He was upset. I called the store to ask her name or district managers name and she wasn't allowed to give it. I will never visit this store again. And I spend at least 300 a month or more. No wonder they have a constant turn over. Sorry someone attempted to be interested in a job. Can't imagine how she would treat her employees.

I just walked out of this store after waiting for over 15 under the balloons after telling the manager I need assistance. The manager another lady were standing by the register discussing the next till while one other guy was checking people out by himself. I shop at this store regularly, as does my wife. This will be my last visit. The woman looked me directly in the eyes when I told her I needed help she didn't say a word just glanced at me a few times to see if I was still standing there.. when I walked out I said to my daughter loudly "I'm sure there is another store close that will sell us balloons" both women just walked away. I own a small business. If my customers were treated like this I wouldn't be in business long. Goodbye dollar tree

That is the cleanest most organized Dollar Tree! Well stocked and the employees are clean and neat in appearance and you can tell they aren't just another customer ( they wear a Dollar Tree shirts)

I love this Dollar Tree more than the others in town because it's clean, well-managed, and the employees are always very friendly. They do a great job of keeping all the shelves full of great deals.

I always find something for a dollar that I can not live without. Like eyeglasses for the garage and pint ice cream, coloring books for great grand kids also eskimo ice cream sandwiches. Wow. And a lot of other stuff!

This is one of the better stocked and clean Dollar Trees. Friendly staff. We have one closer but this one is just enough better to drive the extra 2 miles.

Good find on Lego men here. If your kids love legos this is a spot. They have packs of 6 Lego men from army, police, fire & rescue, space and more.

I like Dollar Tree for its superb pricing policy. Surprised? Well, it is really the selection of what you can get for only a buck. I don't know how they do it. But, it's great.

I like it - I'm always a little surprised at some of the things I find when I go there - some are staple items but you can find something different every time. Great staff!
