They were really rude towards us and wouldn't allow my child to use the bathroom. Saying, "we do have a bathroom but not for you" in a very stuck up and rude tone.I left all the items I was going to buy and walked out.Work on your customer service skills. Hire employees who respect their customers.They acted really racist towards us.

Employees basically said I can’t use their public restroom because I’m white. Very ghetto heavy set women at the desk with uncalled for attitude toward me for absolutely no reason aside from requesting the bathroom key. I see other reviews also stating feeling like a minority in this store.

Jan 18th 835pm... I don't know what this guy's problem was. I just came here for a western union because google says they are western union place. Buddy basically just shook his head and said "No we don't do that" that was about it and he started playing with his phone. Completely unprofessional. But as I was standing there trying to figure out where I was gonna go. Next, the young ladies that was working and i'm giving me tons of information about where to go to next directions and everything. Then I want to get back in line for a black and mild. I was like people go ahead of me that didn't need tobacco products. I had to wait on him and he kept looking at me. Wish I looked at was like I was an inconvenience. I'm standing in line and you said "what, can I help you with something!" I told him I just wanted to block a mile. He just went pull one, bring it up about it. I said thank you have a nice day not a ******** word came from his mouth. He's about a middle-aged man with a full beard. But the length is pretty short. What tons of grey in it. I want the most kind and patient people ever had. No idea why this dude just totally had a disdain against me.

None of the employees knew how to properly enter my tax exempt and told me it wasn’t a real one because it has 6 numbers not 9. Instead of figure out what they were doing wrong they just said my tax exempt card wasn’t real.

Fix the hours. Online it say it closes at 10pm but when you get there they close at 9:30pm. Which one is it? All types of people driving away..

Normally won’t do a review, but I went to this location on 5/20/23 my mom and I went at 9:30pm to get a couple things and they were closed. They don’t close until 10pm, they were rude about it, so we went to the one in Turley which is the one I always go to but the one on 46th st N is close to my moms. They need better customer service.

I live relatively close to the store at 46th St N and Peoria in Tulsa, Oklahoma so I will walk sometimes if I don't have a ride. It is beyond frustrating to walk and find the store is closed with no explanation. It has been happening too often lately. When they are open, the shelves are usually half empty and the things that are stocked don't have the correct prices on the shelf. I've called their corporate office and gotten no response. They really don't seem to care about the awful condition of the store and the poor customer service.

I love shopping at this this store for it being so cheap it packs a punch .👊 Has everything you need from bath room living room kitchen attic, has it all even down to the holidays. Halloween Christmas Thanksgiving and the employees are very useful they know their store from top to bottom .So they are very useful and it's a non smoking store so it's very kid friendly so no need to worry about that and their carts are the cutest Thier so tiny but big you can put whatever you want in them some stores are very large like Walmart or HEB just in case y'all don't know what HEB is it's a food store in Texas thats like Walmart but better now back to the sizes of of the stores some are teeny tiny but jam pack with lots of goodies but very comfy and nothing is confusing it's all very simple to find now they did add the freezer so now they sell refrigerator and freezer food and they actually have a nice selection for both ranging from breakfast lunch to dinner so if your trying to make waffles french toast to eggs they have it down to sandwich material and the dinner selection doesn't shy short either they have hamburger's veggie burgers hotdogs chicken turkey and even have Chinese food can you believe that Chinese food and the best part they even have dessert 🍪🎂 yes y'all dessert ice cream pop cycles and other delights well it's a all around store they is cheap and simple check it some time and have a blast oh I almost forgot about the toys puzzles and read books aswell as coloring books for that low time of the day I could keep going on but I think y'all get the point make sure to check out your local Dollar general store bye y'all.

With all the virus issues going on, all employees were positive and doing the best with what they had. A smile and a hello go a long way any time. The store was clean and fairly neat. A truck just came in and any of us who have worked these jobs know that boxes may be in the aisle. Good job you guys!

Most of the time the staff is friendly, that's where the positivity stops. They are often closed at random hours or not at all. The store is often hard to navigate due to inventory in the aisle.

I don’t normally do reviews, but I just left this store and the girl behind the counter is very rude has no business working in the customer service line of work. My total was 7.69 cent, I wanted to use 5$ cash so she tells me I have to use my card first ok, but she can’t figure out how much to charge my card???? R u stupid? 5$ from 7.69 is 2.69 to be charged to my card. She was rude rolled her eyes at me very unprofessional, this is my normal store most of the time everyone is pretty nice. Don’t get mad at your customers when u can’t do simple math

Decent prices, a lot of the time they are either out of stock or just don't carry a lot of items. Even the ones displayed in the weekly paper. Cleanliness is average. The staff, a couple are nice but for the most part they seem to be too busy to take the job seriously and will be rude if you need help while they are busy chatting with their friends.

Very ghetto. ALL the employees need customer service classes. Especially the skinny, older lady with the little ponytail. She is very rude & always has an attitude. I was waiting in line & another customer walked up to pay for her things & the employee looked at me & didn’t say anything like it was okay. They have loud gossip in the store & don’t know how to be professional. I’ll never go again.

Horrible experience! Always out of Dasani bottled water! Store is cluttered! Merchandise is never stocked and you cant get down aisles because boxes are all over the store because they're under staffed. Lines are long and slow moving too. The employees deserve better customers should demand more! If we spend our money with DG we should get much better service! If our money is not spent there maybe they would correct problems

I really had to use the restroom. I finally found it even though it was blocked by a lot of unshelved merchandise. Sign said ask employee for restroom key 🗝. "We don't have a public restroom, sir“. I was told rudely, and curtly by an uncaring Dollar General employee. When I want to feel like I am an uncared for minority, I'll gladly return to this location.

I arrived at 9:40 pm and the doors were locked. An employee told me to hurry up because I only had 5 minutes to shop. He had a poor tone of voice and was rude. Clearly they don't close til 10. This is a pattern at this location. They always lock the doors early usually around 9:30. This is by far the worst location in the area!

This Dollar general store has the best crew in Tulsa. Every time I go in there, the same people are always there and they are always happy to be there and they come to work. Anthony Greta Victoria Winston Nita and so many more there are always so awesome, I even cook and bring them food because there's such a good people.

This place has some of the friendliest clerks but the floor is always dirty(needs a broom/mop) inventory is usually low or not stocked and if it wasn't so close I wouldn't bother but was in need of something quick.

The employees are friendly they just need more help when their trucks come in. Boxes get stacked everywhere and sometimes we cannot get to the things we need. Maybe hire help at night or early morning and give more people jobs so you can make more $$.

Dollar General on 76 by the 10 gym and behind Waffle House is one of my favorite Dollar General to go into they have wonderful customer service most generally can answer any question I may have about a product I'm always greeted with a smile and a good attitude I know that they work long hard hours and probably have a few Choice words about customer sometimes but they've always taken care of their issues put their head up and no attitude I greatly appreciate all the employees and customer service did they continue to excel at

They need to clean this store up, just because we live out north doesn't mean you keep a filthy store. DG and the manager should be ashamed. I know I'm not the only one, you can't find anything in a filthy store. I will not be back.
