Very busy store with lots of inventory changing daily. The employees were the biggest surprise. Looking for a hard to find product the sales associate stopped what he was doing and personally escorted me to where the product was to make sure I found it okay. Thanks Robert and crew. Can definitely tell the manager is building a culture there has his or her employees understanding the importance of proper customer service. Keep it in guys! 🐺

This particular location and male clerk with longer hair was very pleasant... 😁I needed several price checks (not priced) and he was very helpful... 👍 Store was in decent shape as well... I'll be back, TY ... And thank you to Cheryl (customer) who gave me a ride home... Grateful 🙏

I wasn't sure about stopping at this particular store because of the location. When I walked inside I was amazed by how big, nice, and especially CLEAN this store is!!!!

Horrible service nobody is ever available to help won't do no returns with a tear on receipt still showing proof of purchase even showed receipt on my phone and they wouldn't accept it didn't even want a refund just needed an exchange for a bigger size in diapers

I frequent this Dollar general often. It's far smaller than some of the newer stores that I've come across but in some ways that's really nice. Very streamlined in their products and usually if I'm going in there for a small household item I can find what I'm looking for. The cashiers are knowledgeable friendly and they filter out fake service dogs which is greatly appreciated as a handler. The store is older but there's never any dust and it smells clean.

The staff at this location just flat out refuse to do any of the advertised services listed at this location- cash app, western union, ect. There's always an excuse or they just act like they don't know what you're talking about. Been this way for 2 years or more. Really seems like management has told staff to ignore these services requests.

I've been using this dollar store for many years. My niece used to work here and the manager and assistant manager both know my face and that I've never stolen. The little girl working the register got really upset the other day that I wouldn't leave my purse up front with her. It's literally just a small purse that only my wallet, keys and phone fit in. I do not know this kid and I'm being told to leave my wallet and everything with her... uh no. Sorry. I know yall deal with a lot of theft but please allow long-time customers to keep their belongings with them- obviously within reason. I understand for large bags. This is taking it a little far.

The worst store I have ever been to In MY LIFE. it was dirty, the crew was yelling at each other across the store over things that had absolutely nothing to do with business. a little old man that follows you round and acts like you are doing something wrong. He also talks to you as if you already stole something. it is very very rude. Asked to speak with a manager she hit ryde and said she was the manager she said they don't serve cash app there. I know they serve cash app at that location because they now I have to walk 10 miles to the next one just the worst experience I've ever had in the store

This is a better stocked store compared to a few in the area. ( Most of the time, but even when it's not all stocked it still has more than some, maybe due to less theft? ) It usually has what I need, and the people are always polite and friendly.( The construction on Admiral has finally gone, which makes it easier to get into their parking lot, now!)

This place is a little beat up. Kinda aged, they are out of stuff alot. But, they are very close to my house so i dont have to go all the way to walmart. So its nice. The people are usually nice there. The manager lady has been working it for a long time. She seems to care a great deal about her store. All and all i keep coming back here so its decent, they are improving it to. Recently added a self checkout.

The staff is always friendly with the exception of the old man who is security for the store , his attitude can intimate some patrons to the point they shop elsewhere, he likes to stalk some people whom he may expect to be shop lifting he is to pushy for that type of store .They do a good job keeping the shelves stocked well ,

The staff isn't very friendly they follow people around and look at everyone like they are theives. They also have some ol man for a security guard there that almost ran over a kid in the parking lot as I was leaving.

This business is getting worse.. theft is awful at all of them.. most of the stock are on the carts and in the way. Very hard to shop there any more.. Shelves very empty. It's really sad how the business has went down

If I could give this place negative stars I would! The lady was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She made me leave the store for accidentally knocking things off the shelf because my hands were full. I told her it was an accident and i was so sorry. She said she had watched the cameras and seen me knock Stuff off the shelves and said they wasn't going g to sell anything to me and to leave and never come back!! She then told me if I wanted to be nasty then go to the other nasty stores and do that. I couldn't believe how hateful she was. When I walked out the door the alarm went off for some reason and she accused me of stealing. I let her check my purse and my person but she insisted I stole something. I told her if she watched the cameras she could clearly see i didn't steal anything. She took pictures of me and my car/tag. The whole situation was totally embarrassing and uncalled for. I called corporate and I hope she loses her job for how she treated me. I was completely shocked by the way I was treated, especially when I was doing nothing to deserve it. The worst experience I have ever had IN ANY RETAIL STORE BY FAR.

First time going here... Wasn't sure if anyone worked there at all. I was looking for two particular items, found one and went to check out and there wasn't a person at the register.. finally a young lady came up after someone told her I was there and acted as if I put her out.Large parking area, handicap accessible, small isle ways and tight turns.

Nice little store, friendly employees, easy to see from the street. Parking lot was of good size and easy to park right in front of the store. I went in to buy one item and the employees helped direct me right to the item so I was in and out pretty quickly. The store was clean and the cashier was friendly and efficient. I will shop there again.

It was okay. The employees were in a discussion when I was waiting to check out. I figured that it was a manager getting a few things straightened out. I walked to the counter and a nice gentleman rang my out. He seemed a little distracted; but it was okay.

The shelves aren't marked right where the product isso you have to look around for the price. The young man who did a price check for me acted like I was an idiot instead of saying "Hey I will see what i can do to fix that". Everyone there is usually helpful. Even though I live close I may not go back. What happened yo good old customer service

Not always stocked. Never enough cashier's. The line will have 6 or 7 people and one cashier. Other employees standing around running their mouth to each other and don't even bother helping the one cashier. It's horrible.Theft is another problem at this store. People walk in and walk right out with items from the store.It's ridiculous!Between the poor customer service and the thieves, I don't know which is worse.

Sometimes the line can be long because everyone knows the cashiers, so they are very personable and chat a lot. If you don't mind waiting a little bit to check out, but it's not as bad as the Walmart check out lines.This store gets a lot of business and sometimes they are out of the "staples" items.

Better selection & prices than most competitors. Generally neat & clean, most of staff is friendly & helpful. A LIFESAVER to many providing close venue w/affordable groceries. 3 long aisles provide wide selection of pantry items. The entire west wall is refrigerators & freezers with a dairy section, lots of meats, veggies, & fruits helping to compensate for lack of fresh meat & produce. Disappointed that were slow to post social distancing signage & placement of cashier shield & saw only a few staff w/ masks. Kinda scares me that since city reopened, not seen any masked employees (or customers with). Masks for Employees should be required esp if not behind the counter. Nevertheless, GRATEFUL still have the store despite vandalisms, copper thefts, various crimes causing shutdowns that, fortunately, were temporary.

It's probably one of the worst DG but what can you do when the company pays low wages and have workers that don't really care or are incompetent. Literally bought the spendwell DG reloadable debit card from there and they couldn't even figure out how to load it so unless your just getting groceries or toiletries and household stuff don't bother with anything else like cash app etc....
