2 star ONLY because cashier was pleasant. Nearly EVERY isle was barren AND full of roll carts, totes and more. Some I couldn't even fit the shopping cart down. This visit was while husband was in OSU Medical...definitely did not need the extra stress

If it weren't for the constant line of thieves running out of the door with stolen goods, it would actually be a successful store. Not expecting them to stay open much longer due to inventory loss. It's sad.

Ghetto. A 2 minute trip turns to 15 minutes because it’s always understaffed. People never seem to last. It’s very filthy, floors have all types of spilled liquids , just ghetto.

This store has become the only place in the area for grocery and the thieves are making it hard for every one who has to shop this lone grocery In NW Tulsa. The shelves are bare and the thieves come and go freely. DG corp. Stop ignoring it before some thing bad happens to a patron. Obviously you don't care about Staff. The hostility from thieves is unacceptable to paying customers.

They display one price on the shelf and over charge at the register. I told them the price on the shelf was different than the price I was charged, and they said that was from an old sale. This is the worst dollar general in Tulsa. Long wait lines, terrible customer service. Messy store. Just go to Family Dollar on Edison.

Me and my cousin just left this ghetto store. My cousin was charged $28 and what she bought was only $16 because their system froze and it charged her for what the customer in front of her had. The customer walked out the store with stuff that my cousin paid for because some how the transaction froze and charged my cousin an extra $11. The manager had the nerve to tell my cousin their was nothing he could do and wouldn't give her money back. How do you over charge a customer and then tell them you can't give them their money back for your mistake? We are calling corporate first thing Monday morning. So wrong. That's why people still out that store.

This store is in need of a great manager to be a good team leader and let people work. At night there is only one person working in the whole store. Cheryl is a horrible person with no respect for the customer and the store is a hazard to walk through. I only go there now maybe one time a week when I use to go a couple times a day. I will be so glad when cheryl is out of there.

This store was clean both inside and outside. In the last few months it has gotten very dirty especially outside. We now have very dirty people sitting outside asking for money, food etc. the sidewalks are filthy. If you tell a clerk they have people outside begging for money or in the trash dumpsters. They say we know the homeless leave while we are standing out side. As soon as we come back inside the homeless come back. It has gotten so bad I no longer shop there. I shop at a different store closer to my home. Sorry you have lost a customer here.

As my place of employment I'm a little byast. We have made many improvements cleaned up alot of the store and continue to improve as much as possible. We try and give service with a smile. If you swing in tell bubba hi and I'll normally try and help as much as possible.

For its location, & size they have almost everything i need. Great customer service, guy (Robert) or known as (Bubba) management was awesome. Hopefully they can enlarge it to carry fresh food like other DG's i've shopped.

One of the ladies that works there is incredibly rude. She will answer personal calls on her cellPhone and talk on her phone while she’s checking you out. She cusses up a storm and will make fun of people that come into the store, IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. I was one such customer that heard all of this. There’s constantly people digging in the dumpster out side of their place of business and they don’t do anything about it. One of the people tried to get into my car to get me to give them a ride while I had my baby with me. So glad this isn’t the closest Dollar General anymore.

I shop Dollar General at least 3 or 4 times a week. I'm very greatfull for the stores. They are buildt all over. And priced great. The one I usually go to has the best workers there as well. I know they have alot of break in problems. But I'm thankfull it's not enough to close the store. It's the closest store around me. Well there is Family Dollar but, I don't care for them.. So thank you again for a great store and being there...

Cashiers are very rude, always making unnecessary comments, have no professionalism about them whatsoever. Groups of kids constantly run in and out stealing things and nothing is done about it, always a crackhead or two outside. The store is disgusting, cockroaches, aisles are always full of products that need to be put up. THE WORST DOLLAR GENERAL IN OKLAHOMA HANDS DOWN

Because the store is never stocked. And I'm in there daily because the closest store to me is the Wal-Mart in sandsprings. But if you ever buy something that is defective and have to return it, the guy that works there that's a key holder will make you feel like trash for returning items. So from now on I'll be driving the extra couple miles and going to the dollar General in sandsprings.

Glad to have any store in this area of Tulsa. Have never seen this DG without stacks and carts blocking isles. Grocery selection is always under stocked, as it sales out quickly because of the distance to a real supermarket.

This place is always out of everything shelves are empty and theres carte that have not been touched .they never stock the shelves and lately last 3 times we went in there there are people in each aisle loading their pockets meanwhile the cashier up there in their own damn world this store wont be open much longer theres no way cause I dont see it changing anytime soon.smh

I wanted to get a couple of items but their heavy stock rack (2) were in the way and all of the associates were all up front. That was all I wanted so I just left the store. They asked if everything was ok. I told them as I walked out the store because they still had customers to help at the registers.

Dollar General in Sand Springs Oklahoma is one of the worst ones I've ever been in in my life. It's not convenient it takes a long time to check out that store is always out of almost everything poorly managed

Got in found what we looking for and got out. The only thing that was wrong was my daughter and i seen people stealing and that is the thing that is dragging our stores down and eventually the store will have so much loss they will have to close like to many of our other stores in the neighborhood. Its 😥!

Shelves barely stocked, (usually has food I want though) bad management, always slow(if people are in line) a few cashiers there are friendly, every time I'm in front of the store a tweeker bum asks for money, theft is crazy I litteraly watched a man walk out with a full cooler filled with items.

Horrible place! Homeless people out front. One had a huge knife in plain site! The store was a complete mess and not stocked at all. Customer service was not good. I was scared the whole time. Will never return!
