When I moved here, 3.5 yrs ago, Monica put in over 3 acres of underground fencing for me, even though the unit was from someone else. It was on very rugged terrain, & there was never an issue, as long as I lived there.When I moved to Coweta, she put in a whole new system. This unit was more reasonably priced, came with the collar, and the initial training. My little dog, who just adopted me, was used to running free. She was trained in less than 4 days. This company is very professional and eager to help with the problems we were having with our dog getting out of our yard. They seemed to truly care about our dog and our finances. The installation was efficient and thorough. The training that we received as dog owners was fantastic. We followed the protocol just as was taught and had a great success! We can now let our dog enjoy our nice big yard without fears of her getting out and getting hurt or lost. We had some caulking come loose in our driveway that exposed the underground wire, and dog watch came out to fix it the next day. First class service! This service is fantastic. Some thing we should’ve done along time ago.

Highly recommend! Monica is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. My 3 dogs learned the system in an hour or so and I have had no issues at all. I am relieved that my dogs are safe and my total investment was 1/3 what a chain link fence was going to cost. We love the Dog Watch System!

We contacted DogWatch of Green Country needing a way to keep our two cats contained on our property and out of the woods behind our property. The woods are heavily populated with ticks including the lone star ticks which can carry the Bobcat fever parasite. We have lost cats to that disease.Our cats are indoor/outdoor cats...mostly indoor but are outdoors for a few hours each day during the daylight hours.I contacted DogWatch via its website and Monica of DogWatch called me that same day...answered my questions, provided pricing for the three options and per my request put me in contact with a user of DogWatch. This user used the system to contain cats. The conversation with that user was very helpful.So, we decided on one of the DogWatch product options and determined that we wanted the hidden fence containment area to be about one acre around our house. Monica provided a small in-house signal transmitter, flags and the collar receivers and we started training the cats inside.From the date of my initial contact to DogWatch to date of installation of the outdoor system was only about a month. A week or so of that time related to the indoor training of our cats...part of the process for use of the system with cats. Installation of the outdoor system was done by Monica in less than two hours.Monica was very responsive during the process and knows the DogWatch systems well. She also understands the nuances of use of the system for cats.We are very happy with our system. The cats have been contained within the one-acre containment area...with no escapes.
