We love Kelly! All three of our pooches go there and we have been coming for at least 13 years. The dogs always look and smell amazing for weeks and they seem to love going! Kelly always does such a wonderful job doing everything we ask for with their haircuts I just wouldn’t go anywhere else! I highly recommend you make an appointment ❤️🐶

Absolutely thrilled with the service I received at Dazzle Dog Grooming for my beloved Morkie, Romeo! The team there is truly talented, especially when it comes to mastering a short haircut that doesn't just look neat, but genuinely stylish on a small dog. They have an exceptional eye for detail, ensuring that problem areas, like tear-stained eyes and his feet, are meticulously cleaned and groomed. What stood out to me the most was their skill in crafting a perfectly round and smooth cut around Romeo's head, which isn't an easy feat with such fine fur. Plus, I was so pleased to see no stray hair clippings on Romeo post-grooming, a testament to their careful and clean work. Paul is the problem with that shop! He was just. RUDE to me on phone again after HE set my appointment for a Monday when it had always been set on Tuesdays; He blamed Me & Yelled at Me for His Mistake claiming I missed my appointment. So. I'm stoking along, find a man best friend lil german pup. I go to Kelly. I'll be the next Hurricane Over Tulsa. If that pup didn't have a Dazzle of a Grin and I'm the shizzzle gate to his Soul charge. I mean he was lit. Tried to jump everything trees ,walks ,cats, my leg . Lol : go go go.

I took my dog in for his first nail trim at a dog grooming spa. I handed the leash to one of the groomers and made it clear he had never been professionally groomed before. My dog doesn't like his paws being touched, despite all of the desensitization work we have done with him. Knowing this I was hoping for a positive and patient first experience for him. Three people held my dog against the floor and tried to clip his nails by force -- there were no treats, no soothing words, no petting, no grooming lead, no sling, and no breaks. My dog is a very sweet and patient boy and was screaming in fear, and they didn't seem to show any regard for this. I know that this is a normal reaction from a dog who doesn't like his paws being touched, but I was blown away by how the groomers made no attempt whatsoever to make the process any less stressful. What was even more bizarre was that the groomer who I had previously spoken to asked if this was his first time being groomed, even though I had already told her it was, and midway through the grooming! My dog is also not aggressive; he has never feared anyone and never lunged at, bitten, or snarled at anybody or anything. He was so frightened that he began growling at the groomers, and still they did nothing! They didn't put a muzzle on him, and they didn't stop trying to cut his nails. I told them to stop, and they returned my dog to me, and charged me $20 even though on the phone I was told it would be $15.Long story short, maybe this place is good if your dog is already comfortable with being groomed. But if you're looking for a good first experience for a dog who isn't completely comfortable, stay away! This is not a spa that offers slow introductions or alternative solutions, and you will likely leave with a trembling, frightened dog as I did.

Saturday around 3pm was my first visit at Dazzle Dog Grooming . For $10 my dog had her nails clipped. Staff was friendly and attentive. I was amazed by how quiet all the dogs were that were getting groomed in the same room as my dog and even more amazed that my dog didn’t raise a ruckus ( she’s a barker). My dog was totally calm the whole time there which justified me throwing in a few extra dollars for the tip. I will be going back to Dazzle Dog Grooming as long as my dogs toenails keep growing

Yes my dog is a Yorkie buddy loves dazzle dog he love Felicia,Kelly and Paul are very kind and loving to all the clients! I been going there forever! tried other places who never did measure up to there excellent service.buddy wold not be happy any place else! More than pleased.

The first problem I experienced was; took my dogs in at opening 8:30 At 5pm they were not finished, one was groomed. They pushed other dogs in front of mine. Today took them in at 10:30. I called at 5 to see if they were ready and they weren't. He said other dogs still in front of them. Again, they sit in the small crate all day. I will not be taking my dogs back because they don't give them drinks or potty breaks, pushes other dogs in front of them and leaves them in the crate excessively. They are not professional or friendly. I find the place to lack professionalism and they are not friendly.

Quality has been declining since new ownership took over from my experience. Last 3 experiences have been poor grooming with too close shaves causing bleeding and the most recent never even occurred. Brought my 12 yr old male poodle in for grooming at 1:35 pm and came back to pick him up at 6:00 pm which is closing. He was still in the tiny cage, had not been taken out in over 4.5 hr to urinate s much less be groomed. Truly uunexpected and not even a sorry from the manager. He simply said a couple people called in sick. He could have told me that at 1:35 when I dropped my dog off. I had some choice words for him and left.I wish Dazzledog well however I will not be returning.

I’ve been taking my pups here for many years and they have always been wonderful. They truly care for my animals, once even rushing my dog to the vet next door when he collapsed (he was an older dog, and I had given him a calming pill beforehand). I live over 20 miles away, with many closer grooming choices to utilize, yet still take my dogs to them because I know they always care and do a great job.

Our vet recommended Dazzle Dog to my husband and I when we first moved to Tulsa five years ago, and we (and our three dogs) have been regular (every 2 months) and loyal customers ever since! They do a great job with the animals - good cuts, always patient, and letting us know any concerns they notice while grooming - and the staff (especially the owners) are very friendly. Looking at some of the other reviews, they usually do take several hours to finish all three dogs, but I think that is the result of the extra care and effort they put in to each one, and I've seen how hard and long hours they work to accommodate all of their customers' requests and fit them all in (especially during busier times). Great groomers!

My husband had a horrible experience there today. This was our 1st time to try Dazzle Dog. Dogs were peeing everywhere and the personnel were rude. Our dog is large and young and does get anxious so we had given him a doggy anti anxiety pill so he was half asleep. The person "helping" my husband claimed he nipped her. My husband was right there and this did not happen. Our dog is very gentle. They eventually told my husband they could not help us. I would not recommend this place if you have a large dog. They evidently don't like them.

We love Kelly, Paul, and Felicia....but more importantly Jax and Belle love them. It's a big deal to trust the care of my sweet mini Schnauzers for a full day every month. We've been going to Dazzle Dog for at least 8 years. When we relocated from mid-town Tulsa years ago I tried to find a groomer closer to our new home, but every place we tried was a disaster. I returned to Kelly's and never looked back. :)

I took my goldendoodle to Dazzle Dog for a few years. I had the occasional bad cut but nothing terrible. I should have been alarmed when my dog did not want to go inside the last time I took her. She is friendly and even loves going to the vet. I arrived to pick her up at the very end of the day and they hadn't even started her cut. I wish they had just asked me to reschedule but they kept her and obviously rushed. She is afraid of the dryer and when I picked her up she had a giant wound all the way across her chest. It looked like rope burn and was scabbed for two weeks. Five of her nails were bleeding and her entire body had razor burn. The poor thing could barely take a step without stopping to scratch. I sent pictures to the owner and never got a response. Very very disappointed and don't plan on going back.

Great experience! My dog has separation anxiety and normally struggles at groomers when we leave him there. This is one of the first times he has come back to us very happy and relaxed! Glad we chose Dazzle dog will definitely come back 👍

I've brought my little Maltese here for years. Wendy always does a great job with him (and all of my mom's dogs) even though he hates baths/groomings.My rating is for the guy who does intake as well as whoever does their appointments/scheduling. My pup can't be there too long, 4-5 hours maximum because his nerves act up and he gets sick for 2-3 days afterwards if he goes for too long there. Last time he went, we took him about 8am and didn't get him back until 4pm...Wendy was nice enough to call to inform me it would be later, and once in a while it's understandable. However, the last time he had an appointment, I needed him back by 1pm at the latest because I had a to go to the airport and had a lot to do that evening...the guy at the front was really rude about it and blamed me for not being there at 7:30 when they opened....like that hour would've made all the difference? I was told it would be after 2, maybe even 3 before they'd be done with him so I had to take him home. I'm not against bathing him myself but he is so shaggy right now, he looks like a mess! I can't groom like they can.I've seen how many dogs get dropped off in the morning and I don't understand why they don't stagger appointments and guarantee your pup back to you in 4 hours. They used to be really good about getting him back early but it takes longer and longer now. They need to rethink their scheduling and work on customer service...you are in the dog grooming business for crying out loud....find a new job if you hate yours.Either way, it left a bad feeling in my gut so we are looking for a new groomer. I hate it because their price is good and Wendy is great, but my dog is small and easy to groom, no reason for it to take 6+ hours or for you to be rude to me.

So my wife took our golden doodle, Max to the Tulsa location, legit like 20 minutes ago, and she was telling me that the gentleman who answered the phone had no personality and was not friendly in person, either. I don’t know what I think about this location, but I’m sure as long as I and my pup live, we will NEVER patronize this business location again. I feel like as a person who has been in management in customer service for YEARS, there is a standard of excellence that needs to be presented, all the time, every time. It’s disheartening because a great friend of ours referred us here due to her amazing experience there. My dogs nails were not trimmed professionally, it looks like trash, and I could have saved my $12 and did the piss poor job myself. Never again! Who has money to through in the trash?

DIVA DOG WAS AWESOME. We brought our neighbors dog in for a cut and shampoo. We were amazed at the dog when we picked her up. She also was happy socialing with the other dogs. She is 10 years old and now acts.more like a puppy. The staff were great with her.

Highly recommend! We have a very skittish Golden Doodle who was terrified the first time we took her to the groomer. We did not go back to the first place but instead brought her here. They were fantastic! They took their time with her and she looks great! We will definitely be going back.

Told our dog would be ready early to mid-afternoon. Showed up at 3 but were told that there were 2 ahead of our dog & that they/ll call. We leave & near closing time head back w/o any call $ arrive 5:40 3 dogs(??) on groom none of them ours & told it would be another 1/2 hr. We were then informed that someone had quit & that they weren't closing at normal close time. We come back about 25 mins later still no sign of our dog being even touched. I wait in the lobby and see no sign of our girl for another 10 mins then I see her & I go to the car & about 10ish mins later a groomer walks her out to us. Why the lies about times? Be straight up but most disappointing was that our poor pup got a shaft of a groom... 10 or 15 minutes? for that wait & price? No discount, no sorry. Time for a new grooming situation!

We love Dazzle Dog! They have groomed our Brussels Griffons for three or four years now and they always do a great job. Both of my dogs are special needs rescues and the crew at Dazzle Dog does a fantastic job with them. Unlike many other groomers the office is clean and doesn't smell of urine. The grooming area is open so if you walk in you can see how they groom and treat the animals. I asked for and received a tour of the facilities before I chose them as our groomer and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Dazzle Dog to anyone looking for a great, clean and caring grooming salon.

I have been going here for years but this last time my dog really has some skin issues that caused him to have big mats. He would no let me touch him. Who ever groomed him got all of them out and he looked great. He was so happy when he got home!!!!

My girlfriend and I have taken our dog several times and today will be the last. We took her in at 9am only to have her picked up at 5 and she wasn’t even finished. Cheryl called and pretty much told my girlfriend that she’s a terrible dog mom because of how matted our dog was. We do our very best to brush her and we even understand that her breed is hard to keep unmatted. So instead of spending Valentines Day happy and enjoying each other’s presence, she was sad because of the way she was spoken to over the phone. Our dog now has a cut on her paw and they didn’t even complete her after 8 hours. Paul the manager is a POS and didn’t seem to care. Bad service, bad business and I would highly recommend staying away from this place. Take your four legged kiddos to someone who values them like you would. Paul take care my man, you sound like a miserable human being.

Dangerous place for pups. They hurt our baby😢. We had been going there for a while, but the service never got better, so it's my fault for taking my puppy back there only to get cut by a staff member who took NO responsibility for what she did. The owners and staff look so mad all the time so they're not going to be gentle with fur babies. I recommend you look elsewhere or you're taking a chance, and our pup means too much to us to ever go back there again.

I have only been once, but if you need to get your pups nails trimmed, this is the place to go! Walk in's welcome for nails and the groomers were very nice. Can't beat the price.
