Had problems for 2 days with Walgreens in getting anti-seizure medication for my dog. In 15 mins I was taking of. Sure someone stole something by walking right out of the store but the pharmacy is top notch. Dude was super helpful and couteous.

The pharmacy is a consistent issue. The hours aren’t fantastic and they are very difficult to contact. I was on hold for 27 minutes waiting to speak to someone. The only reason they answered is that I called on another line to speak to a store manager and ask them to tell the pharmacy to answer.When they answered, it was clear the lady who picked up the phone was not happy about answering. She was short and curt. It could have been that they were swamped, but if that was the case then I would have expected they would answer and ask if I could hold.The hours already aren’t great and the customer service was worse than usual. So, it might have just been the closing team was having a bad day.

The manager over the pharmacy was completely ruled . My daughter went to pick up her thyroid medicine . The manager would not check to see if the DR faxed my daughter medicine which was sent urgent to her store . The blonde manager was rude to my daughter while she was waiting patiently to pick up her medicine. The manager was like you haven’t pick up this medicine In months at this store . That’s because we pick the medicine up at a different cvs store . After that the manager said I guess it wasn’t so urgent . We are closing now you can pick up your medicine tomorrow. Then the manager shut the window in my daughter face rudely.

Released from the hospital late on a weekend, and this pharmacy was open when others were not. I would have had to wait until Monday otherwise.

I used to value the convenience of having prescriptions filled, shopping the store, and dropping off packages in one location. Even though the store has a huge UPS Access Point Sticker on their front door window, the store manager on duty rudely refused UPS packages after a member of her staff grandstanded me in front of other customers. It was embarrassing. I have not returned since.

Unhelpful cashiers refused to add money to my Amazon account from a prepaid card. I went down to Walgreens and took less than 5 min for them to do. I will be moving my prescriptions and other business from CVS as their customer service has been awful the last couple of times.

I would like to take this time to recognize DANNY the pharmacist. He went above and beyond to help me get my 7 year old medicine after a very extensive surgery. No one in town had the prescription my son needed. Time then was 8:00pm and at that point I lost hope. Danny did everything in his power for NEARLY 3 hours to get in touch with my son surgeon to get him the medicine he HAD to have. Because of Danny my son was able to sleep comfortably. A review was the least I could do to show my gratitude. I will forever be thankful. This experience is what you call an act of kindness. My family thank God for guiding us to DANNY!!!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

I normally don't write reviews, but the pharmacist (Justin) was unbelievably helpful to the point that I felt he deserved a little recognition in return. He called me almost immediately after my e-script was sent from my doctor's office and in the middle of our conversation about the medication being out of stock there was an error with my prescription. Justin offered numerous times to do everything for me - call the doctor, look for other pharmacies with the medicine in stock, order the medication, and even gave suggestions on what I could do as an alternative so that I could get the prescription filled early before I head out of town. In the end, he saved me money (coupon) and was extremely helpful. I have been in medicine for nearly a decade and Justin is easily one of only a handful of pharmacists that I know beyond a shadow of a doubt is 100% dedicated to helping people. I appreciate his help and I really enjoy the support staff in the pharmacy as well - they have been nothing but good to me!

Pharmacy techs are super nice. I had a question for the pharmacist on one of my meds though. So the pharmacist tech asked the pharmacist on duty. He was rude to the tech. Didn’t put much effort into answering the question and gave a general answer to the tech who then relayed it to me. The pharmacist never even looked at me. Pretty much blew me and blew the pharmacy tech off.

Cant leave more than 1 review?! Stupid. Met Danny the Pharmacist Tuesday night. So knowledgeable, empathetic, and genuine... he offered to help us move bc my hands broke. Dude is a saint and a great Pharmacist as well. Pointed out a potentially dangerous interaction 3 specialists had missed...The pharmacist Justin Griffith is the BEST pharmacist we have EVER dealt with! My wife and I come in all the time. He is ALWAYS helpful, knowledgeable, and the nicest guy. We transferred everything here, and will always come here bc of him. Today we got a flu shot (Tuesday 9/5/17) and, shocker, everything was PERFECT! Trust me this place is way better than WalGreens, and Justin is the man.Had to add to this bc of the incredibly compassionate work of Justin. We are dealing with some health issues, and he has gone above and beyond to help me understand what's going on. And told me what I need to ask the doctor about, which meds might cause interactions, and what to expect. He has made this scary situation into something we can not only handle, but helped me prepare to have the best possible outcome. He is a consummate professional and the most caring pharmacist I have ever dealt with. I can't put into words how much this has meant to my wife and i.

The pharmacy is decent, but the manager of the store is unbelievably rude. There are two 24 Walgreens within the same radius of the hospitals, and I suggest your business would be better brought to a place that wants it. Until they find better store leadership, this location is going to be a loss for the company.

All of the women working up front were extremely rude to myself and other customers. One woman yelled at a customer to stop smelling a scented product, obviously embarrassing the poor girl. Then as I enter MY phone number they ask which name. I tell them mine and ask them to remove the other name from my number, seeing as that is an identity security threat and I was cattily told they could do nothing about it and to call a 1800 number.

My wife and I have been coming her since they opened. And we couldn't be happier! We both have a lot of meds every month, and their pharmacist (Justin) ALWAYS takes care of us!!! He goes out of his way to make sure we have what we need, when we need it. And goes above and beyond. He will call to make sure we are doing ok, is very professional, fast, and friendly. We purposely come inside bc he couldn't be s nicer guy. And, on the off chance there is a problem (rarely if ever happens), he takes care of it immediately! If you are looking for a pharmacy, do yourself a favor, and go see Justin. You will be glad you did! Keep up the great work sir!

Prob my 6 or 7th time visiting pharmacy here. They leave 1 person to man the entire pharmacy. Drive thru. Phone call and in store customers. It’s a joke. There was 3 other workers out stocking. Doing nothing to help.

pharmacy never picks up on the phone. was on hold for over an hour. Walked in and was still one hold. "5 calls waiting" neither person working there would answer the phone. Terrible customer service.
