This store is always so clean. It has a much larger selection than most of the other CVS pharmacies. Especially the one that used to be at sheridan and admiral. I like the easy self checkout.

CVS has changed their voice prompt where it is impossible to bypass the robo-options. As a provider I have to wade through multiple prompts to speak to a pharmacist. Walgreens did the same thing a few years ago, I'm sure to try and cut employee costs, but it drove my business away and now they have changed back to an easy to use system. CVS is walking down the same road. Won't use them going forward until they change it back.

They were having computer troubles today and yesterday, but the person at the register did everything she could to try to get the discount that I was looking for run through and she did. She could’ve just said go home and try tomorrow which is the rude attitude a lot of places have these days. I was very pleased that she went the extra mile to help me. I was getting a prescription for some prescription eyedrops that I really needed and I was very appreciative of her efforts.

The WORST pharmacy customer service. I have been getting my prescriptions from there for years dealing with the attitude because it was in a convenient location. I recently went to pick up 3 prescriptions I was prescribed for bronchitis & upon opening the bag that was stabled shut 2 of the 3 prescriptions were 1 pill short. When I called to resolve this, I was on hold for 20 minutes only to have someone on their end pick up the phone and immediately hang up. The next day I sent my husband to go in person to pick up for me since I wasn’t feeling great and he was also treated with a bad attitude by the tech and pharmacist. So I called from home again and finally got through to the pharmacist who told me to “just take the pills you have for now and if you still feel bad with 1 less pill then we can revisit this”. I was shocked. I went to an urgent care due to my primary care doctor not having any appointment slots to see me. The urgent care’s policy is that I would need to be seen again for any refills. My insurance paid for all of my prescription so it would cost me $0.00 for the pills as opposed to my $50 copay at urgent care. So tell me - wouldn’t any normal person be upset if CVS shorted you pills and is not willing to correct their mistake?

The Pharmacy tech Hope is great & patient. But EVERYTHING else is even worse than Walgreens. FORGET being able to call them for absolutely anything at all, you will NEVER EVER get through.

I haven't experienced anything good about this pharmacy. They are slow to respond to requests. They don't answer phone calls quickly yet blame other pharmacies for not answering the phone. Their auto-refill feature does not work. Prescription transfers take multiple days. And for what it's worth, the app is terrible

Seeing that most of these reviews are about the pharmacy I’m not surprised at all. I came here to say my mom and I had the worst experience with the pharmacy manager, Nnedi Ezenwa, and another tech that was working the front which they’ve refused to give me her name although I will find out.My 11 month old son was diagnosed with pneumonia and RSV and we were desperate for his breathing medicine. It was transferred to this location because they were the only ones with it in stock, upon my mom arriving she first waited 45 minutes to be spoken to like she’s stupid. They said they couldn’t give the prescription because the transfer didn’t go through and we needed to go to urgent care. We just left the doctor … regardless of whatever computer issue they may have been having my mom should NOT have left that store in tears.When I arrived at the pharmacy to ask them what happened and who spoke to my mom that way, they denied any wrong doing and Nnedi actually looked me in the eyes and said “it was me. What’re you doing to do about it?”Trust me, this will be dealt with. I recommend nobody ever gives this place their business. They do not know basic human respect.

I waited 45 minutes for a vaccine appointment and then this woman working in the pharmacy was a racist to me. I wouldn’t go here for anything. Going to Walgreens now.

I agree with the others on this store! I had moved to the 21st & Harvard because the store was much nicer, and the pharmacy staff, including Pharmacists was friendly and helpful. They closed the 21st and Harvard store because the front of the store didn’t get enough business. So, forced to come back to 15th & Utica. Terrible store! One star is too much. Pharmacy hours are inconsistent, and staff not at all polite. In a way I can’t blame the pharmacy staff totally for their bad attitudes, because it’s brought on by dealing with unhappy customers. But cranky customers is management’s fault. That’s something they can change, but are just not interested in doing so. I will say this, if the girl at the counter that I met would have put as much effort into her job as she did on her Halloween costume, I would have been a much happier customer.

I’ve never seen anything like the pharmacy situation. These people don’t even work an 8 hour day. The hours aren’t conducive to serving sick people—closing for lunch after a 3 1/2 hour shift? Ridiculous. Employees are unprofessional and combative—the girl talking to me like I’m trash had blue hair and a disgusting nose ring—no respect for a customer. No uniforms, no name tags, just a motley crew of uneducated people operating like a pill mill. The app is useless—they tell you what time to be there then act like you’re the jerk for showing up on time—no, I don’t have something to do for another 30 minutes after I’ve already waited 1/2 a day to get my medicine. Zero compassion, no customer service skills, and apparently really poor time management.

This place shouldn't get a star. My doctor wrote a prescription for both of my kids. One of my kids got his meds with no problem. The other kid didn't get his prescription even though both kids have the exact same prescription, went to the doctor the same day, and have the same insurance. Then the person that was suppose to be helping me was an overt racist assuming I'm on Medicare and claiming that is the reason the prescription wasn't filled. What an idiot. Why does this idiot assume I'm on Soonercare and not look my family up in the system. Long story short. I will not be using them again.

Pharmacy hours are horrible. If you work there is no way, unless you work close to this location to be able to get your prescriptions. I’ve tried now for over a week to be able to race across town to beat their 6 o’clock pharmacy closing time. With all the 5 o’clock traffic it’s impossible. CVS can’t even keep their stores open. In the past 3 years I’ve had to go to 4 different CVS’s because they keep closing them. This is getting so ridiculous I’m so done with this company. Hello Walmart, at least they are open till 7.

Worse customer service ever! Moved my scrips from this pharmacy and was forced back to the CVS on 15th as the one on 21st closed. I wonder y it closed! Tech’s r morons. Moving scrips to a compound pharmacy where u will receive excellent customer service and they deliver for free! Rowland Pharmacy is the best! Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE, 15th and Utica and 41st and HARVARD never have anything in stock rx wise! I am on hour 4 of sitting on hold trying to find a pharmacy they can transfer my child’s antibiotic that he needs NOW not Tuesday. The app is a joke and since Walgreens was nice enough to fight this battle with me and also called this location 4x this afternoon sitting on hold over 45mins each time to request the transfer they are now closed and I’m calling his pediatrician after hours trying to get a new rx sent to a 24hr Walgreens. I have been on hold over a hour with cvs in owasso trying to see if they have it in stock but once again nobody answers the phone at cvs pharmacies!! No wonder they are closing left and right, working in health care this is absolutely inexcusable

Absolutely worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Now the hours are so limited you can’t get your prescriptions. Horrible service and the pharmacist told me he did not care about my pain level, my prescription would be done when he did it. It had already been 4 hours. I will never give CVS business again.

This pharmacy is a disgrace! They screw up every single prescription! Then they blame the customer. They are so hateful and offensive. The things they say and do are illegal. They try to do anything to avoid filling scripts. They automatically deny script orders without cause and refuse to read the order notes by doctors. They also blame customers for needing healthcare! Guess what, it’s not enjoyable or free! This location should be shut down.

The pharmacy is almost always out of my medications, some of the staff are incredibly rude and harass me because they don’t agree with the prescription my own DOCTOR wrote for me, and now their hours are so extremely limited that I can’t even get my prescriptions because I’m at work. They make it unbelievably difficult to access my necessary medications.

Used to be a fantastic location, but within the last year has gone massively down hill. Poor management. The pharmacy can not get their stuff together. Missing scripts, won’t answer phones, etc. Don’t bother calling, you have to go up there in person to ask anything about your medicine. Want to update your info to save yourself and the staff time at pickup? Forget it. No one answers the phone. And when you do get up there, no one has any idea of what is going on. It’s a shame to see such a beautiful store go so massively downhill. Would be better off turned into a Wal-Greens at this point.

Yesterday I went to pick up an old navy package from the front counter that had been delivered to their UPS access point. UPS sent me the confirmation that it was ready on Jan 19th and I arrived at the store on the 20th. The red headed clerk ( this lady was visibly and vocally disabled) took my information and claimed she looked through the database and could not locate my package as being delivered to the store. I watched her look through what looked like a large gray bin where they keep recent deliveries. She did not find it. Then she wrote down the stores main number and asked me to call that number and speak to the front desk. I thought that was odd because I was already there at the front desk. Then I think to myself, well, maybe this is a direct number to file a complaint. I was puzzled. I called the number and it rang about 10 times before anyone picked up. When someone finally answered, another lady picked up and asked for my info. She stated that they have my package. As she was speaking, I heard an echo so I turned to look in towards the front desk (where I heard the echo come from)and saw a different clerk (thin and blonde) speaking to me as I was answering her. How strange! 🤔 I walked back up to the counter and I speak to a different clerk (a third clerk) and said I just got off the phone and a person from this store confirmed my package has been delivered. The lady who helped me at first (the disabled woman) chimed in to say again that they did not have the package. I explained to her that I saw the thin blonde clerk comfirm you have it. The disabled clerk told me she must have been talking to someone else. I said no, I saw her talking to me on the phone as I was talking with her. Afterwards, I scan my eyes further behind the front counter and saw what appeared to be a gray old navy, gap, and banana Republic delivery bag with blue writing sitting on top of other delivery boxes. It matched the size of the amount of items I purchased from old navy. I tell the disabled clerk, that's my bag over there in the corner (it was immediately behind the big gray bin of recent deliveries). She walks over and pulls it out and confirms it had my name on it. I get my package and quickly leave. The whole purpose of me using this service is to protect my deliveries from being stolen off of my front porch. With a store clerk like the red headed disabled one at this CVS, who needs theives. I'm a teacher and I am well trained to catch everything. Had I not been vigilant I would probably have had my package stolen from this store. This was the most unnecessary and most bizarre encounter I have ever experienced in retail. I will try my best to never step foot in this particular CVS again. The dishonesty is unreal.

Horrible customer service. They do not know their left from the right. Rude manager one day. Clueless manager the next. Don't waste your time or your money bringing your UPS packages here. This place does not care about people or how they run their business. They ruin UPS entirely! I am completely disgusted with CVS! I will take my prescriptions back to Walgreens and ship with Fedex instead!!!

Purchased four gift cards with the self-checkout. One of the cards did not activate. The manager on duty did not give me a refund since the system usually automatically refunds if there is an error with the card activation. Since I used the self checkout it did not refund for the error. She wrote a note on my receipt to bring the card back if the refund did not reflect on bank statement. I brought the card back 4 days later and was treated like a criminal attempting to commit some kind gift card fraud despite still having the card in tact with the receipt showing the error and showing my bank statement that I was charged for four cards instead of three. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to check their systems and the manager even stoped to assist another customer in the middle of assisting me. I was also asked for I.D. as if that were going to deter me. I decided not to repurchase another gift card from this location.. I dont feel discriminated against often but in this case I don't feel like I would have experienced this if I were not a person of color.

The pharmacy manager (Nedi) is unprofessional, threatened myself and my family (“we will call 9-1-1 if you show up to pick up this medication”), interrupts you on the phone, doesn’t answer questions, refuses medication when she gets asked how to prevent future issues with filling regular medications, and will be the subject of a complaint with the Oklahoma Pharmacy Board soon.Do not use this pharmacy.What a nightmare it must be to work under her.

I do not typically write Google Reviews, but I made an exception just to talk about how horrific this location is. They've dropped the ball countless times when it came to my prescription refills. Lack of communication, not getting the order in when they said they would, the works.My last experience there had an attendant update my address in their system from my childhood home out of state(!) to my current address...never mind the fact that I'd been going to that specific pharmacy for roughly 3 years. He said they'd sign me up for text notifications when the order arrived next day. The notifs never came, so I went in to learn my request wasn't even in the system! The real kicker was that I saw the same attendant from the previous day working the drive-thru window across the office. I was told to go to the consultation window, but I just up and went after that. The well of my patience had dried up. I haven't looked back since.Also, the surrounding area is a bit uneasy. Personally, I never dealt with being held at gunpoint or similar shenanigans, but I remember seven months ago that their "24hr" pharmacy needed to have temporary hours for roughly a month due to reported robberies a few weeks prior. Sheesh.It gets one star for looking cool from Broken Arrow Expressway though. That's it!!

I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the discriminatory behavior at this CVS location. A close hispanic friend of mine was unjustly singled out and subjected to a humiliating pat-down by security based on mere suspicion. Never supporting this location again.

Pharmacy experience left a lot to be desired. Had my doc call in a refil for my prescription... one that I've been on for years at this point, however was hoping to move pharmacies as their direct competitor that starts with a "w" can't seem to get it right ever. After a futile attempt to call I headed up to the pharmacy to find 2 people staffing the place. After waiting in line for 5 mins, I was questioned like I was doing something wrong and then was "told that CVS doesn't typically take on new patients for this medication without a conversation with a doctor as it doesn't do CVS any good". Also I don't think I have any in stock. What happened to doing me some good? I don't get it.. I take my prescription as indicated, religiously. I'm not a criminal, I've done nothing wrong, I have incredible insurance and am willing to pay out of pocket. I'm even willing to wait in line because your understaffed but when I get to the counter you don't want to do your job. Worse yet seems they can't even get basic prescriptions filled in a timely manner, the mom and daughter in front of me didn't fair any better, tried to pick up their prescription and were told that it would be an additional 30 mins to an hour over their original wait time as they were understaffed.. when they asked for a more definite timeframe the pharmacist informed them that he didn't know he was really busy and that he was sorry but the first person they talked to didn't expedite it correctly. Try harder CVS.. you lost me for life.. I'll literally go out of my way not to visit you again.

Don’t waste your time. Go to Genscripts instead.It took multiple phone calls, a visit to the store, and finally 3.5 hours later they had my son's prescription ready after I hounded them mercilessly. They are very rude as well. At the drive-thru I was speaking to Cynthia and explaining the prescription was for my son but was under my account, and she walked away in the middle of the conversation. They blamed corporate for cutting their hours instead of being apologetic. CVS used to be one of the best, I'm extremely disappointed, and it is obvious I'm not the only one. Do NOT waste your time at this location. Go to Genscripts instead. We started going there and they are wonderful!!
