The entire team from Culligan was great. Garner was friendly and professional and did a phenomenal job of explaining everything in an understandable way. I’ve been having trouble with my appliances and he helped me understand the benefits of a whole home water softening system and a reverse osmosis unit for my kitchen sink. He did not pressure me. He’s very knowledgeable and just talked to me like a human being. Honestly, the system sells itself. I couldn’t be happier. My installer, Zach, was timely, professional and courteous. The service I’ve experienced by everyone has been top notch. And any questions I’ve had have been responded to immediately. The difference I have noticed with my appliances and faucets working better is remarkable and I feel better knowing that my family’s drinking water is safer (and tastes a heck of a lot better). Noticed a difference in how soft the water makes our hair feel. Using less soaps, lotions, etc… I’ve had issues with drinking water for years (it gives me heartburn). I was hoping to drink the RO water. Initially gave me heartburn so I went back to drinking distilled. I plan to test out drinking the RO water again. My family enjoys drinking it though. Overall, I feel better knowing my family has greatly reduced exposure to the toxins in our municipal water. Love Joanne, our sales lady. She’s so thorough and personable. Zack, our install guy was just as nice and explained what we had. Great experience with Culligan!

First we were missed led on the intrest of the system second i ordered salt on mon prepaid and was told it would be delivered on thursday and would recieve a call before delivery .well never got a call or salt so pretty disapointed so far. i went with culligan thinking they've been in buisness for such a long time i hope they step up

Garner from Culligan in Tulsa tested our water, presented us with the detailed results, and answered all our questions. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Michael came to install the system a few days later. He was a professional, installed it in the location I requested, and went above and beyond to make us happy with our purchase. Overall good water systems. They update equipment and instantly parts of old system are obsolete and replacement parts unavailable, even on system’s less than 3 years old. Service is sketchy, nice people but slow with response and follow up, often only able to say it’s your intake water supply, or part no longer available too bad.You seriously need a pre filter system to connect your Culligan system to. For the initial cost of the systems, very disappointing.

Our experience with Culligan has been very positive, thus far. We had researched and priced several water filtration/softening systems, prior to contacting Culligan, and had a pretty good understanding of what we needed.Our first point of contact was Joanne W., with sales. She was very responsive to our needs and concerns and was able to answer our remaining questions. Joanne was also helpful in expediting the installation of our system and in working with us, somewhat, on its cost.Next, Corey T. went well out of his way to help us understand our various financing options and choosing one that best fit our budget and credit needs.The installation went quickly with very few hiccups, although some are always unavoidable. Our system was delivered and installed before our financing was even in place, which was very nice. We are still waiting on a few, backordered, parts…but who is not, in this post-Covid economy?We highly recommend Culligan’s water treatment systems, Joanne W. and the Sales team, Corey T. and the folks in Finance as well as the Instillation crew. We will post another review once we get a chance to work with the Service and Maintenance folks and the Support Product people.

So I recently had an experience with this company that really just exemplifies the quality of people working at this particular culigan dealer that I think should be celebrated. First when I called them I got personal and professional help from Cory from their sales team manager he had an install date set within 48 hours of my call. Wow! Second the gentleman they sent to install the system was an angel of a human being very personable and friendly thank you Mr Michael President. What impressed me most? You can't fake integrity! Everyone I spoke to was Honest and professional. You can trust them because they care about the people they serve! Thanks for the great service!

Wow what an insane price for water. $9.50 every 5gallon. That's twice as high as exchanging pimo at every grocery store and 4x higher than refilling the jug yourself. Is this why as a kid everyone had Culligan water and no one does anymore? They will reply to this talking about delivery fee, but they can keep the delivery fee. I'd be happy to to get it myself. The difference is I would use 5 5gallons every month. That's $50 compared to $25 a month.

Excellent Service - I receive a txt message close to delivery time to ask if I need a refill for the month. If not, I get skipped and when I respond YES, It's delivered straight to my door and I don't have to sit with the trouble of getting the heavy bottles to my office myself

We’ve had deliveries from them for over 4 years at my work but the last 6+ months have been horrible. We can’t seem to get consistent deliveries and they always have some excuse. One driver even said we were declining deliveries when in fact we had sent multiple emails requesting refills. The last driver gave us an extra jug at no cost and promised we would never run out again. That was almost over a month ago and we haven’t seen a single person since. We’ve now been out of water for almost two weeks and nobody comes by to check. It’s almost becoming more hassle than it’s worth having. We’ve now sent multiple emails requesting refills and nobody will even email back. Poor business.

Everyone was so nice to work with and very informative. Joanne took took time to not only explain how everything would work, she also took water samples and showed us how much iron and hardness was in our water and what it could be like with the Culligan system. Our well water was making my husband sick and after she showed us we suspected why.Everyone was on time to do each of their parts and we now have the most amazing water! My hair is so shiny and soft now that it just amazes me. Our clothes our soft without any fabric softener and the water no longer makes my husband sick. My experience with Culligan has been nothing but excellent!! From the first call to set up my in home consultation to the installation. Our in home consultation with Joanne was amazing! She was so knowledgeable about the products and process. She was not pushy but truly listened to our needs she made helpful suggestions and really worked with our personal financial situation so we could benefit from great water. Micheal installed our water system whole house and under the sink. He was very sensitive to the treatment of our home also patiently listened to our questions and concerns. The installation was so smooth. The culligan team is top notch. I was so impressed with thier care Corey and Joanne both answerd my calls after hours and where so kind to immediately address my concerns. I must say I don’t give reviews but this team deserve it!! The sales process was unnecessary. I already knew I needed a whole house filter, so I didn't need 2hrs of being shown how bad the water is while they expected to use my bowels and dish towels, then strangely asking me to wash my hands with their own soap. If they would have listened to what I wanted and offered me options on a price scale they could have gotten a sale, instead they wasted my time and ended up giving me one option at $5k and pressuring me to buy in the next two days for a small discount. I can't believe they think these tactics work. It was a rude intrusion into my home.

I order the large bottles for my water cooler at home. It always remind me to drink more water. I like the product, the price and the service. I recommend the large water jugs to anybody that has a cooler. The bottles are quite heavy, so I even have the delivery person bring them in. Can’t ask for more than that.

First week at my new house that I built in Tulsa and I am so glad that I made the decision to go with Culligan HE water softener to treat the whole home and Aqua Cleer Reverse Osmosis drinking system.It feels so good knowing my kids and grandkids are drinking safe, clean water. I had no idea how much better water could taste! They were able to hook it up to my refrigerator water dispenser and it’s completely hidden.I wasn’t sure about needing Culligan HE water softener for my whole home but the first time I washed my hair I felt like I had been to the salon my hair was so soft. I really struggle from dry, brittle hair and it felt amazing! My skin and hair felt totally different. I can only imagine the difference it’s going to make in my laundry.If you’re struggling to make a decision I would say it is a must have addition to your home. I will never have a home without it after experiencing it. Culligan service was amazing! The guys were so nice and helpful and very informative. Thank you Culligan!

The Culligan of Tulsa staff is professional and knowledgeable. When I called complaining of chlorine in my city water, they knew just what to do. They outlined the options available to me, as well as the cost, and the pros and cons to each system. They even recommended a great electrician when I needed additional outlets put in for the system. I felt certain I had made the right choice when they put it in. My water tastes amazing now and there's not a hint of chlorine. I can't describe how much of a relief that is to myself and my wife. I would highly recommend Culligan of Tulsa for any water quality issues. You won't go wrong with them.

I don’t have services with Culligan but, I recently purchased a house in January and the previous owner had thier water filter installed under the kitchen sink. I noticed that it was leaking and called their emergency after hours line. The dispatch person had the technician called me back right away. I explained what the issue was and he was so helpful. He went above and beyond to explain to me how to fix the issue and also asked me to follow up with him if I was or wasn’t able to get the issue fixed.
