I had a great experience at Costco! The store offers a wide selection of high-quality products at competitive prices, making it a one-stop shop for all my household needs. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the efficient checkout process, especially considering the size of the store and the number of shoppers. The Kirkland Signature brand offers excellent value, and I found some great deals on bulk items that will save me money in the long run. My only minor complaint is that the store can get quite busy at times, but overall, Costco is definitely worth a visit for anyone looking to stock up on essentials and save money.

Crowded and loud. So loud we had a hard time hearing the lady selling us the membership. Customers are look down your nose at the pink haired lady. We are forced to have a membership due to our insurance only filling scripts there. I prefer Sam's

Online orders go fine. Big orders will be broken up into different boxes and delivery dates. The only issue I have is from UPS or FedEx which will leave the package in front of the garage, which I can't see from the front door. Other than that. Costco online is a great experience here.

Good selection of everything with decent prices, but I hate their opened fridge area because the food in it was sweating, and the area smelled like rotten food, hopefully nobody gets sick or dies from buying food from that area. I’d only get freezer food because at least it’s at the correct temperature. It has to be a FDA violation to let meat get to room temperature. Meat shouldn’t be warm when you touch it

Great store and great value but some of the service members were rude and condescending which i would like to point scott who would not let me finish a sentence when i trying to cancel a charge at the self checkout due to him interpreting me saying he cant cancel the transaction. 6/10 if like value and dont care if there rude come here.

I love Costco. I worked for the company for 13 years in Portland, Oregon Airport Costco. It is still the best of the best when talking about membership clubs. The ownership on down to the employees has always been the best.I do miss my friends from the Portland location. Here in Oklahoma, they built a beautiful new warehouse with all the bells and whistles.Always quantity 💯% best. The S. TULSA store was busy, and the employees were extremely helpful. On the front end check out, they were all smiling and interacting with the customers, enjoying their duties as well as friendly.I do miss working for this great company.

We love Costco and this location! It’s convenient and have never had any problems getting in and out of the store. They had fresh prepared food and lots of affordable options for groceries. Great flower bouquets too!

Great store, but 1 Star for it's TERRIBLE wine selection. I provided feedback but all they can offer is that they're willing or order special cases for me. I also mentioned I'd help them out with their wine selection; the buyers are from Texas. If they only cared about their wine selection as much as they cared about their high school football. The offer is still on the table...anything to help revive their wine selection so I don't have to go online anymore and buy wine. Contact me Costco. I used to work at a curated wine shop in NYC.

Very rude employees! We have shopped here multiple times. We were snapped at 2 times while here. One time, my husband asked the lady in the bakery if they had any cookies that they give to the little kids. She snapped at my husband and made a remark such as “children have allergies and we don’t do that anymore. If you want cookies, go buy some.” My husband has never once been rude to anyone but this has made me rethink my membership to Costco. There are nicer ways to say it. Then when we were checking out, the cashier very rudely told my husband to put the items on the belt when the other employee was placing them. He told her he didn’t want to get in the way and then the cashier continued to argue with him. I love Costco, but I am second guessing my membership after the complete lack of respect.

I am sitting the fence in my opinion of Costco and am already considering alternatives. Some staff is amazing but the vast majority just doesn't care, is amazingly short tempered and rude with customers. The selection in stores is ok (in my area). Online has a better selection but due to my tax exempt needs, using my certificate is cumbersome and difficult. It is sad to say that after only 2 weeks of membership I am already considering cancelation (yes, service is really that bad 👎). That is about as honest as icon be, oh and they do, in fact, profile minority shoppers. I am not in that category but I did witness it across 3 separate visits. Sad commentary on how they do business and handle loss prevention.

Mon at 3:00 approx. South Memorial, Tulsa. Customers and staff very grumpy. Parking a challenge. Self Check Employee not at all customer service oriented. Other than self check, One register open with really long line of probably 20 people. I was told by the drill Sargent at self check, “I will ONLY scan your large items.” She told another customer, “I just work here.” Another customer who complained about something, continued his complaint at the service desk. We are new to Costco. We’ve had a different experience at the North location. I’ll go there from now on.

Rude Cashier -I don't think I will renew my membership next year. First of all Sams is much better and takes most if not all types of credit cards and they have a scan&go option to help avoid long lines. Found out at Costco you can apparently only use Visa or debit and I needed to use a corporate Mastercard today. Cashier was rude about it when telling me- also apparently you can't buy only one pack of bakery items you have to buy 2 for a deal, when I really didn't need 2. They told us they couldn't even just sell us 1 pack ( I would have even paid the full price) once again they were just rude about it, full of unecessary attitude. It just seems the minute the customer has a question at this location, the employees here immediatly go on the defensive. This isn't the first time I've encountered rude employees at this location. I've seen a few other reviews on here about the employees at this particular Costco, but it doesn't appear anything is being done about it because it continues to happen. I would just avoid going here if possible, maybe that's why the self-checkout line is always so line, so the customers don't have to deal with the cashier attitudes.

I’ve been a loyal Costco customer since the opening of their first store in Tulsa, and my overall shopping experience has been positive. However, I recently had a disappointing encounter during a return process for some couches. Despite my infrequent returns, the manager, Jacky, made me feel uncomfortable, insinuating that my limited returns were the only reason for approving the credit. This approach seemed unwarranted and left me dissatisfied with the service. Waiting over an hour for the transaction and having to carry the couches by ourselves further added to the inconvenience. I believe a more customer-friendly approach or a reconsideration of return policies would improve overall satisfaction.

Prepare to be harassed repeatedly for your membership card if you get anywhere near self-checkout. I was SHOPPING BY MYSELF & was still stopped twice to see if I was using somebody else's card. This employee was rude & confrontational. Quit harassing your regular loyal long time customers over something that is not their fault. I will never use self-checkout again. Sam's self-checkout is much easier, faster, & has employees there to assist their customers, not attack them like Costco does because of greed.

The WORST Costco on the planet because of the has-been male cashiers who hit on me. Shopping during the weekday when MOST men are at work at serious careers is one of the few things women and girls ENJOY as a result of the all-pervasive gender roles of the double-standard. I shouldn't get stalked when I go shopping. I am scared to death to go there again for fear of being attacked again by the employees. It is a store, and I am simply representative of the average female. We want safety and options and to BUY things. The cashier also lectured me on personal finances (which he was totally wrong about and using "finances" as a pretext to insult me or speak in a nasty manner.)Even if lacking a formal education, Tulsans are smart. If I had been a 7 foot tall man weighing in at 300 lbs, I am quite sure he would have thought twice.

Hispanic female employee was very rude at the self checkout today. We’ve been coming to Costco for over 3 years now as paying membership members & never have had a kind of rudeness until today. We spend a ton of money at Costco. This is unacceptable! This is not Walmart. So they shouldn’t hire such types of employees! We might cancel our membership if this continues to be an issue.

Worse store ever. Save your time go to Sam’s. We are not going there anymore. Lines are horrible. To many idiots going to just eat. Always rude just putting carts in way of other shoppers. Last two times line has been to the freezer won’t be back

Costco has always been our top priority. We live in NWA, and there is no Costco. SoWe drive here in this location often for Costco shopping. The store is just usualAnother Costco, with everything nicely organized and stocked. The staff work here are super helping. The sanitization and the COVID protection is good. However, a lot of customers are without masks though, but I understand CDC announcement made people happy. So can’t complain. We visited on Saturday afternoon, so it was very busy hours and the place was packed.

If you enjoyed being yelled at and babysat while checking out items Costco is the place to visit! I like the items that Costco has to offer but the constant yelling on the front check lanes about where to stand, how to scan items essentially how to even shop in their store is the most irritating thing about this place. I think they think they are helping move lines along faster but truthfully the lines aren’t moving and you’re yelling at people for no reason. Sam’s is not this chaotic and their self check person walks around to ask how your day is going and see if you need help. Not to yell in your face “did you scan your water ma’am?!!” Do better about customer service cause what yall have going on is not it.

Dec 23rd, 15-hour drive from AZ. Tire blew right near Coscto on Memorial. Their Tire Center did not have our size tire but the employees said that they were happy to help us when we asked if we could pay them to remove the tire and replace with our spare so that we can get to another store. The manager then stepped in and told them that they couldn't do anything for us since they weren't selling us tires. They weren't busy, we would have paid what they asked instead the manager chose to send us away. It was raining and cold and not the easiest to jack a Sprinter Van to remove a shredded tire and place the spare on. It is 4 hours later, and we JUST made it to get new tires so that we can drive the final 2 hours of our trip. The courtesy and decency from the manager was non-existent at this Costco, so much for holiday spirit.

So my wife and I are executive members. Apparently, they don't care about that or if we're members at all. This is the second review they're getting on the same night. The first one my wife posted as they refused to help us put our spare on our van, after they didn't have a tire our size and had to order one, mind you, the tire was shredded and we had barely made it to the parking lot. The manager said that since they don't have a tire to sell us, they were unable to help us put the spare on so that we could go to a nearby shop to get a tire. After a long trip from Arizona, we were just looking for reasonable help and willing to pay through the nose for it. We ended up using Walmart right down the road where they had ter tires in stock. They stayed an hour after they were closed to finish the job. After getting the tires, we headed back to Costco to use our membership to get gas as we were almost out. As we approached, we noticed the cones had been placed in front of the pump, being that the gas pumps were still on, we decided to get some gas so we wouldn't run out. Before we can even get out of the car, a woman came honking her horn and started telling us that they were closed and that we weren't allowed to move the cone and we needed to leave. I mentioned that we were about to run out of gas. She then got on her walkie-talkie asking for a manager saying that we were being difficult and weren't leaving. Her hostility and rudeness were unbelievable. I let her know that this was the second time they had failed us in the same evening and that I was going to leave a review about it, though she didn't seem to care. We went to QT right down the street and paid 5 cents more, but there we weren't harassed by rude employees. Seriously considering why we pay for the executive membership when this is the customer service they provide.

Great place. Great service. Hassle free returns. A must try membership for every family. The executive membership is also well worth the 2% cash back.

Sister snuck me in and I had a great time perusing the shelves and seeing all the great deals on large quantities of items.Isles and isles of items, a fair workout just getting across the store.A shopping cart full of items taken away; makes me curious about getting my own membership.

Long review: Worst retail experience I’ve ever had. My husband and I just got a membership and were excited for all the high quality products. We bought a lot of stuff. We arrived at self check and were directed by an employee to a self check station. I was a bit turned off by how the self check employees constantly yelled at customers like they were herding cattle. There’s better ways to do this. As we checked out, our self check had issues several times that employees had to come solve. They don’t provide bags but we had bought a storage bin and just put our groceries in it. We were walking out with our stuff and handed the receipt to the receipt checker at the exit. This is where things really went awry. I handed the receipt to the woman as my husband was pushing the cart and walking slightly ahead of me. I assumed she’d rifle through our things a bit, since we had a lot, then mark the receipt and send us on our way. Instead the woman suddenly jumped in front of the cart and began pushing the cart into my husbands body while admonishing us and telling us we should not have gone to self check for that much stuff and that she was getting a manager to check each and every item in our cart. She had our receipt and began walking off with it which was not ok with us since it’s our only proof of purchase and they’re already treating us like criminals. My husband demanded the receipt back and she refused. He tried taking it from her and she began waving it around and holding it up in the air and behind her back like a bully playing keep away. We told her this was unacceptable behavior and that if they don’t want people with lots of items using self check then it should have been addressed by the many employees we interacted with at self check. Due to her rude and confrontational behavior and refusal to return our receipt to us while we waited on a manager, we told her we were returning everything and canceling our memberships. She still refused to give us our receipt so we could return our things. She was holding us hostage there. Finally, my husband managed to get the receipt from her when she dropped it after waving it around like a banshee in her game of keep away. We went to return our things and a guy named Jake approached us and continued with the terrible customer service by blaming us for not knowing their rule of not using self check for that many items (there was no sign and no other employee at self check said a word about it). He told us we had no common sense and was beyond patronizing and rude. He then left us in the wrong line where we waited for 10 minutes before being told by another rude woman that we were in the wrong line for returns. We went to the return line and waited 30 min. Once we got up to the same woman who had told us we were in the wrong line, she said she couldn’t help us and would get a manager and that we needed to move to the side. We refused to move as we had been treated so poorly at this point there was no way we were getting out of line after waiting 30 min. I said we’d go with the manager once they arrived but we were not moving until someone was present to help us as I knew we’d just be pushed to the side with no assistance. Finally the manager arrived and took us over to the first line we had waited in and refunded our items and our memberships. It was unbelievable. All that original woman had to do was NOT be immediately confrontational for no reason and get physical with us and our cart and take our receipt and refuse to give it back. These people are insane and need some customer service training and some lessons in basic human decency. Costco also needs to do something about self check line control so customers aren’t yelled at and herded like cattle. They also need a sign regarding the number limit for self check and the self check employees should inform customers if they have too much stuff. Finally NOT being a patronizing jerk to customers seems like common sense, Jake, but clearly any form of sense is lacking with Costco employees. Avoid this place at all cost.

Love Costco but highly disappointed in this location taking away the self scanners in the self checkout. It takes extra long now, the line is longer than ever. I understand why but it isn’t our fault your workers at the door don’t count properly. Very disappointed

This is my Costco! Great store. Being empty nesters, the large qtys of items make it a bit harder for just 2 people. This store doesn’t have the jeans my husband gets, we order those online. Costco is one of my favorites, you can’t beat theirPrices.

Not quite as good as the north Tulsa location, but still good. Would be better if they had a little more variety on certain things.
