I’ve been bringing my dogs to Cathy’s Critter Cuts since 1991. The groomers there have always been friendly, courteous and very skilled at grooming several different breeds, sizes, and ages of dogs. I give them 5 stars out of 5 stars possible.

My doggy has never been happier to get groomed and he doesn’t like being groomed. He runs in and hops out of Cathy’s Critters. Added plus they are fast and the price is very reasonable.

Terrible place for your dog! They wanted to shave my dog, Alleging he had matting. I immediately turned around and went and picked him up as I knew he did not. Took him to another place, and they said there was zero matting on this dog. Another instance prior to this one I went to pick him up and they had him kenneled in a small cat cage. He could not even stand up or turn around. This was completely unacceptable and will never go back to this place.

Just picked up our two Mini Schnauzers from their first visit to Cathy's Critter Cuts. Woody and Charlie looked better after grooming than they have ever looked in the last year and a half at different groomer. I'm so glad we made the switch to CCC. Thank you ladies.

I have a rescue Maltese that has been returned to me twice (due to temperament issues), and each time he has been in rough condition. Mats in his fur, skin/ear infection, etc. He looks like he's been homeless his entire life when he walks through the door of Cathy's Critter Cuts. Somehow he walks out looking like a brand new pup! The groomers at CCC do an amazing job on him! Not only does he look great, but I know they take great care of him in all aspects because he isn't shaking and scared when I get him back. That's saying a lot for a pup that is terrified of everything due to his history. Thank you so much to the amazing groomers for being passionate and loving these babies while in your care! Maxwell will now be a permanent fixture in our home, which means he'll be a repeat customer at CCC for the rest of his life!

Our doggie had his 2nd appointment with Stephanie. My husband is very picky about Charlie's cuts and has said several times today that it's the best cut our 3 year old dog has had. All that to say, she's skilled and she listened. Their shop is clean and they're friendly. I also liked that we didn't have to leave him there all day.

So impressed! My little guys previous groomer disappeared but he loved her so I waited for a long time hoping I could get back in touch with her due to a previous incident that left him terrified of being groomed. Well, I waited too long and he had some seriously matted ears. I was so nervous for him, I even had to call and check on him mid day but they said he was doing great. He was beautiful when I came to get him and HAPPY! He was not upset or desperate to get out. So SO grateful to find a new groomer that he was comfortable with! We will absolutely be back!

I’ve been taking my dogs to Critter Cuts for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. Not only do my dogs LOVE going there, but they are returned to me clean and happy. I feel that the owner and the groomers at Critter Cuts genuinely care about my pets and are very accommodating to last minute schedule changes or unexpected grooming requests. I’m very particular about who I trust my pets with and highly recommend Critter Cuts.

I took my Yorkie Bichon and Mini Schnauzer to this salon. I gave very specific instructions to Jade, on how I wanted my dogs groomed. When I got home with my dogs, I was livid with their grooming. My beautiful Schnauzer didn’t even look like a Schnauzer. All of her furnishings were cut off, and she looked awlful. My poor Yorkie’s ears were cut back very short, after I specifically told Jade I liked his ears even with his beard; which he no longer had. His furnishings were all buzzed off as well. I did call the owner, to let her know I would not be back, and I wanted her to know why. This salon came to me highly recommended by a reputable source. I let her know what had happened, and that she might not want to recommend Cathy’s Critters to others. Satisfied customers are the best referral a business can get. Groomers should know how to groom any dog that comes to them, and if they don’t, they shouldn’t be grooming.

Have used this family owned business for 30 years (with different dogs of course). Each was treated with respect and loving care. Our pets have always been excited to go there vs shaking! You would think they were visiting family!! Know my dog feels that way! Can’t say enough great things about them!

We took our German Shepherd here for the first time to get a bath the furminator to help with his crazy amounts of shedding. They got him in the next day and were very friendly on the phone. They did an AMAZING job! I can say this is the best de-shedding he's had and he's almost 7 years old. We honestly waited way too long this time and they definitely had their work cut out for them with the amount of hair he had. His coat looks beautiful and he is SO SOFT and smells fantastic. They are also practicing safe Covid protocols, so that is a bonus! We will 100% be returning!

I have used this groomer several times each time with it's own set of challenges from dirty ears @ $100 grooming for my AussiePo, to no nail trims, uneven coats etc. etc. Several of the groomers are rude & my 3 dogs were just not important enough after having my 8lb miniature who has a standing 6 week appt & I drive 50 miles to keep was left in a cage for over 3 hours no water etc. I decided to pick him up & take to a more professional grooming business. I would never recommend them to anyone & will never allow my animals to be treated so poorly. Good Luck !!

Our poor 10 month old golden doodle had a horrible experience at Critter Cuts. Yes she had some matting and yes they insisted she needed to be shaved. What we did not expect was a phone call that we needed to immediately take her to the vet for “hematomas” in her ears. We were told her ears were filling with blood from her being so nervous and shaking so much. We rushed her to the veterinarians office and luckily she did not have a hematoma but had instead been cut by the groomer. We were barely given an apology and this has ended in a large vet bill on top of the grooming bill that the owner refuses to refund. She did however try to shame us as dog owners. Our sweet girl has been on anti-anxiety medication and an antibiotic for over a week now. We will not be going back and do not recommend Critter Cuts

My mother pays extra to have my dog, Bentley groomed as quickly as possible. We’ve had issues in the past with other places where he would come home and seemed to be traumatized or something for day! After Cathy’s he hasn’t done that! And he always looks so handsome! We greatly appreciate your service and taking care of our baby! Our animals are family, so it’s important that whoever is caring for them treats them as though they were theirs! Bentley is my dog, but he lives with my parents. They’ll pay top dollar for excellent service for him. Thank you!

Critter Cuts is very gentle with my old golden retriever. They understand that he is a bit wobbly and take special care to make sure he’s comfortable while getting groomed. Love them!❤️

Bad experience. We have been here before and had a good grooming, but this time they were unfriendly and rude. When they made a mistake with scheduling they tried to make it seem like it was my fault, but me and my wife were both there and plan everything since we have a busy schedule. There’s enough dog grooming competition for me to go elsewhere, somewhere where me and my animals both feel welcome.

Cathy's Critter Cuts is great! They always take great care of our pets and if you go regularly enough will even let you know if anything seems out of the ordinary about your dog such as injuries, weight loss, etc. Highly recommend!

My puppy is 4 months old a yorkie poo, the went here for his first two haircuts. The lady was rude, said my dog had bad behavior, said he needed classes and refused him service again. Very unprofessional
