We loved our new flooring from Carpet Direct. Jessie and his team were great to work with. We got our at home consultation and free measurement. Jessie was so helpful explaining the pros and cons of different materials to help us making the best decision to meet our needs. The finish of our new flooring was so beautiful that we are very happy with what we pick out.Though living in construction zone wasn’t easy just like any remodel projects. Having a trusted vendor like Jessie and his team definitely ease the process and made this remodel project so much more manageable. The carpet comes with great warrenty. They also offer great financial options if needed. Will recommend to anyone with flooring needs.

We worked with Ryan Cormier to replace carpet in our entire (new to us) home. He was fantastic to work with, going above and beyond to answer any questions we had in a very timely manner. Even months later, when I had a question about how to clean the carpet, he replied right away with the information I needed. Ryan also helped us orchestrate the installation with a third party contractor. We had a small issue with a vent being covered up, and he was on it constantly until it was resolved. He also was able to work out the timing of the install perfectly on our narrow timetable of when we were closing to when we needed to move in our house.Not least importantly, the actual price of the carpet we installed was significantly less than the other quote we received. We used this difference to choose the highest quality carpet pad. The carpet feels so soft and luxurious, looks beautiful, and we get compliments on it constantly. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Ryan and Carpet Direct.

I really regret going with Carpet Direct for my vinyl and carpet install. I have had nothing but trouble with my stairs and the quarter round they installed. The stair caps keep coming off, there are large gaps from miss-cut boards, and they left greasy handprints everywhere that are very hard to get off. Just a really sloppy job overall. The vinyl install was supposed to take 4 days, the crew worked half days the first two then rushed everything the last day and a half to get done for the carpet installers. Even the carpet install crew was saying how poor a job they did on the baseboards. Also, if they tell you they can do your stairs like mine, be prepared to paint them right afterwards because they are covered in greasy handprints but if you try to clean them the white paint comes off the boards. Our quarter rounds are full of nails, un-caulked, and poorly cut. I have had to reattach many myself. This was the first time we have done floors, so I let them tell me this was all normal but since I have learned better. Feeling very taken advantage of and disappointed.

This is the second project I have worked on with Ryan, from Carpet Direct. He is extremely obliging and great to work with. His team of installers did a fantastic job. The finishing was the best I've seen! Prices were great too. Thank you so much for bringing a more modern touch to the flooring in our living room. Our next project will be with Carpet Direct, without a doubt. You won't be disappointed!

Would give 5 stars but was disappointed in the laminate floor installation we can still see our concrete floor and was not installed with the way we were told that it would get done than was ghosted by our representative Gary after we told him about the issues. But the carpet installation went great and looks great.

Carpet Direct did a great job assisting us in the whole process. The only reason I removed a star was because of the installer they picked. When they were laying the (pet friendly) carpet pad they put a lot of cuts in the barrier that is supposed to keep dog pee from going into the pad. *They did give me some tape to put down to cover all the cuts*. Also one of the carpet seams if still pretty visible. Other than that Carpet Direct itself did a great job.

The absolute best! I had luxe tile flooring installed throughout my entire first floor. It is beautiful. Jesse is so knowledgeable, professional, and really cares about customers and quality service. He found the perfect flooring for me. He was a delight to work with. The installation crew he recommended was absolutely top notch. And, Jesse checked during installation to make sure everything was going smoothly. I'm so happy with my new floors! I will be carpeting the upstairs, and wouldn't go anyplace else but Carpet Direct for the project. I highly recommend them!

We met Jessie Blake at Carpet Direct when our salesman had another appointment and wasn't able to meet us, he asked Jessie to fill in for him. Jessie couldn't have been more helpful and answered all our questions, even when he was getting no commission on the sale, that doesn't happen very often!We returned to Carpet Direct on the spare of the moment to see if there was anyway we could get vinyl planks installed the same day our carpet was coming, Jessie was there and worked it all out for us. My Mom's house flooded Christmas Eve and it has been a nightmare, Jessie has even been helping us with all the insurance information we needed, we are so thankful for all he has done to help us. My wife and I have been wanting to remove the carpet in our living room, dining room, kitchen and hallways for a couple of years and replace with either hardwood or vinyl. After looking around we settled on Scott from Carpet Direct. Scott came out with multiple samples to our home and answered many questions. We decided on vinyl and after going back and forth for a few months on color and brand (Scott was super patient), pulled the trigger. Scott recommended Michael Rasmussen for install. They were fantastic. Quick and total pros. Michael was on the job with his guys the entire time. I strongly suggest working with Scott at Carpet Direct for any of your flooring needs. It is such a pleasure to find a company who has a representative as knowledgeable and kind as Dennis Hajek. The process is easy, the product is quality, selection is great and installation is top-notch. Carpet Direct has installed Hardwood at our church parsonage. I have recommended Dennis Hajek with Carpet Direct to a number of my friends who were so satisfied with the jobs done at their homes that they have recommended Carpet Direct to friends of theirs. I compared prices on carpet , laminate , tile and wood. Carpet Direct's prices were more reasonable and didn't have any hidden costs.

The BEST THING is a Carpet Direct Rep. (Dennis Hajek) showed up at my home with all these samples of flooring. Dennis told me about the Company and all the different types of flooring . This made it a lot easier to choose. I placed an order and got a call about a week later to set up a time to install the flooring. It took 2 days and my floors in my opinion are PERFECT! I usually don't write reviews but this company went so far above and beyond that I absolutely had to take the time to do this. The salesman was very knowledgeable and he made the buying process very easy. He was very patient with the many questions my wife and I had. Samples were brought directly to our home so we could see the floor in our own lighting. They got our job quoted quickly and the install turned out great too. My wife and I are happy that the salesman was able to show us a product with everything we were looking for within our price range and love how it made our home look like a brand new place! It's always intimidating making such a large investment so I was glad the salesman made the experience as stress-free as possible. That's something we did not find while shopping around. I will definitely be recommending and using Carpet Direct again in the future.

This was a wonderful experience. My mother in law is handicapped and was building a new home. Bob came to her home, showed her samples and she was able to pick all of her flooring (wood, tile, and carpet) without leaving her home. The best part was the contractor said she was under budget for the flooring allowance. The products are very high quality as well. Everyone is happy, happy, happy!
