Be prepared to get hit up if you need any help multiple times. Nice employees very knowledgeable guy we spoke with over home security cameras and systems. Appreciate the insight. Checkout easy.Inventory on items were a hit or miss.

Seems you can't just walk through the store without 5 different employees asking if you need help with something. They say they are not on commission, but you definitely can't tell. Sometimes, people would like to be left to get what they came for. I will ask if I need help. Way too pushy... off-putting.. this is why I only shop at Best-Buy as a last resort.

Tabe told me it would be a few minutes to try and get someone to me at car audio. Not one person has approached me or tried to help me. Multiple workers made eye contact with me and two workers came out of the back and walked right past me too busy talking about how she hooked up with whomever last night. I over heard them saying someone needs car audio but apparently it's not important enough. This location has gone steadily done hill l. I'd go to a local car audio or even a radio shack if they were still open.

This store has the best staff. Every time I go there I am greeted at the door, enthusiastically. As I walk around there's always some one ready to offer to help me if I need. It's definitely my favorite store.

Best Buy is always annoying with employees approaching you way too often but I timed it and was bothered 4 times within 1 minute of entering the store. Headphones don’t even make a difference, they’ll just talk over it lmaoChill out, Jesus Christ.

So, last week I ordered an amp, an amp install kit and an interface converter (to connect the factory stereo to the amp). Around $500 in goods. I set the appointment to have the items installed in my car today.I got a call yesterday to confirm the appointment and at first he said he didn't see the items I'm having installed on my order history but then realizes it's because I haven't picked them up. I explained that there was no sense in me picking them up since I'm going to have them installed there. Then he says he found them, we're good for install. Cool.I show up to have it installed and the install tech brings the amp install kit and converter over with no amp. I ask about the amp and he says he doesn't see it in his system. So I check on my phone and somehow that order got sent to a different store. So I try to change the pickup location and it shows THIS store has it available for pickup in one hour so I switch the order real quick and tell him he should see it in his system. He does see it and goes to get the amp and comes back to tell me they don't have it in stock because their inventory is wrong. He has a smaller amp in his hand (half the size) saying they can install that one. I told him that's not the amp I ordered, I want the amp that I ordered installed.He then suggests that I go to the other store and pick it up and take it back over to this store. Excuse me, but how is it *my* problem that your inventory is incorrect? The proper thing to do would have been to say "We'll have your car ready at the scheduled time" (even though I told them they could have it all afternoon if needed) and find a way to get that amp sent to the store, not make it the customer's problem.At this point, I'm ready to cancel the appointment and return the items and find somewhere else to go. I start to walk up to the main desk and a guy stops me (presumably a manager) and tries to get me to change my mind, going to the counter to figure out what happened, having staff double check the inventory and such. After waiting for 10-15 more minutes (mind you, I'm on my lunch break), it's basically the same situation. We don't have the amp, but it's at this other store across town. Not one person stepped up and said "We'll get the amp here somehow and get it installed. Don't worry about it." It's a profoundly simple solution to a simple problem.As a result of this poor customer service, not only did I return over $500 worth of merchandise, but I also decided to not spend the additional $400 on a different speaker I had planned to buy and canceled my total tech membership which was literally set to renew in one week from today. Ultimately, this missed opportunity to demonstrate outstanding customer service has led to an immediate loss of over $1000 in revenue for Best Buy and a loss of future revenue from this now former customer.

"BUYER Beware" Bought a 40" Insignia Best Buy brand TV 6 years ago. The picture went out on it. I called the Best Buy Tech-Line. I asked if the Geek Squad did repairs. The answer was yes but, I would have to make an appointment. I told her how old the TV was and asked how much the cost would be. She said there would be no cost for it to be looked at if I had them repair it. I made the appointment. The Tulsa Hills Best Buy is the closest store, 92 miles one-way. 184 round trip from McAlester, OK. I travelled to the Tulsa Hills store at the appointed time. When I got to the counter the clerk and the manager laughed right in my face and told me they don't fix TV more than a year old, even if they do sell them. I left the store vowing to spread the word. "BUYER BEWARE."

I got a remote start put in and it messed with my electric. I called up there to see if I could get it out or disconnected. They scheduled a call back But never got a call back. Will never have anything installed by them again. I should have listened to other customers. That had problems with this. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and that was a mistake will not happen again.

Went in to buy an iPad. Walked out empty handed. Couldn't find any help. As I walked out of the store,I told the greeter at the front , that I couldn't find any help and was going home to order the iPad from Amazon. She said "Ok". not,sorry, or let me find someone for you. Nothing but a blank stare.

They never mess up my order and are always super fast to help. The people in the computer parts area are really knowledgeable and will actually talk to you like they know something which is super nice.The prices of their GPUs are alright and their CPU prices aren't bad but i always go there for Storage and RAM. The sales are really amazing.The monitors are great especially on sale.

This store should at the LEAST factory reset returned tablets if they're going to sell them as new. Bad form, bad customer service and how dare you sell a used tablet (as new) when its locked by the first buyers pin IN SPANISH. Especially when you know it is going to be a Christmas gift. Was looking for a Bluetooth speaker and website showed they had one in stock. So headed out of my way there hoping to find knowledgeable sales person with great display.Got there and was greeted by 3 employees on the door who pointed me towards where the speakers are located.Found a shelf that had poorly printed pictures of different speakers in the plastic boxes. But no display units nor boxes of actual speakers.I came back up front and had to rudely interrupt the 3 to get their attention.I asked again where is the speaker that the website shows they have. They did not know. They said that they are not responsible for this product display and nobody in this store is. But I looked around found the box on special table by accident.I asked if I can open box and look at it before as there is no display and not even good pictures.They said no!So I left. Went to nearby Walmart where they had 5 of the units available and the price was $30 cheaper. Sales person was not knowledgeable but gladly opened the box and let me test it.Best Buy is not worth its name and value any more and I will not waste any more time shopping there.

Broader problems with Best Buy corporate management notwithstanding, this location's staff is very helpful and nice to deal with. They were very patient and got me through my problem, through no help at all from the customer service agents and only after two (2) years of trying to get the issue fixed.Best Buy corporate has somewhat lost their marbles, however. There is literally no way to call a store anymore and obviously the horrendously outsourced customer service reps on the phone don't really know how to help with anything. But, they are incredibly capable of calling themselves "Best Buy product experts and customer service specialists"...only to be proven wrong the instant you ask them anything actually related to customer service.

4.75 stars. I did curbside pickup. Everything was great until I opened my bag. Best Buy used identification stickers that covered up important product information on the packaging. Otherwise, all good.

Very helpful! Someone at the door greeted us and asked to assist us. We were looking at phone cases & screens, another employee asked if she could help us find one for our phone. She took us straight to the ones we needed & was very knowledgeable. It was a little expensive but they install it there & replace if anything happens! So it’s not such a bad deal

Best buy.. the people were kind and gave service with a smile.. Several reps. Asked if they could assist and were very helpful. 4 stars because the placement of Apple cases is so far away from other Apple products.
