Julie is a very nice and helpful lady! She gave me a tour of the shop. My dogs coat was chaotic and she did a nice job smoothing it out. She sent me cute pictures of him when he was done being groomed. She also gave helpful tips about which dog foods are best for your dog and the ingredients to avoid. She gave me a free bag of food. I highly recommend!

They always make our Jake feel as if he is a part of their own personal family. Aurora has the nicest and cleanest facility of any kennel I have ever been in. Julie and her staff are superior in dog care, grooming and boarding. I have been a customer of her’s for the last decade or so and I am always so impressed with the service I receive. Her facility is clean and smells like soap, not animals. My dogs come home clean and happy. They never seem to have anxiety when coming and going from their boarding or grooming experience. I love this place & I am so grateful Julie is able to share her wealth of talent and information in this fashion.

I have been taking my Pomeranian to Aurora for over a year now. I love Julie and all of her employees. They know my sweet Panda by name and are always welcoming and professional. I have standing appointments for my dog and I have never once had any issues with her grooming. She is always so happy before and after her appointments. She runs in circles if I ask her if she wants to go see Julie! Their products they carry are top of the line and my pup always gets good reviews from the vet for her health and pretty teeth! Id recommend anyone to try out Aurora, because they are the only people I know I can trust with my delicate Pomeranian.

I have taken my Yorkie several places and was never happy. I saw Aurora online one day and was excited. I called and got an appointment after a couple weeks. I was very nervous. When I picked him up I was SO happy. I will always use Aurora from now on. Did a great job and very nice. I just found my groomer !!!

We were on a waiting list at Aurora to have our long-haired German Shepherd groomed, so when I received the call that they had an opening, that was great news. We had taken her to other local groomers but felt we were not getting our money’s worth based on how she looked when we picked her up. And she was very hesitant to get out of the vehicle for appointments. She was not hesitant at all at Aurora for the first time. Julie communicated with me during her appointment so I knew how it was going, and that’s important when you have left your pet somewhere new. She looks fantastic. I would give 10 stars if it was an option.

I came to Aurora because Paws on Pearl doesn’t vet their clients for current vaccines and my dog caught kennel cough twice after being groomed. Julie and her staff called my vet as soon as I wanted to schedule an appointment and I had to get one of them updated before I could bring her in to Aurora. I truly appreciate their process. My dogs both were groomed perfectly and looked better than they had in years.

I have been a customer of Aurora Kennel for several years. Aurora Kennel is absolutely the best in town. My dogs love going there, come back healthy, no kennel cough ever. They don’t have a kennel smell when they come back. Instead they look and feel like they have been to the spa. The owner, Julie, truly loves animals. If I could get my dogs kennel Ed free some where else, I would not switch. I know the quality of care I get here.

Best decision I have made for my fur children!! I have a boxer with allergies and a German Shepard with way too much hair and they came back like totally different dogs!! Coats were wonderful and they were happy! Very professional and updated me through the morning as to how they were doing. Julie has been grooming our dogs for about 20 years. Her shop is so clean you could literally eat off the floor. There are a handful of people I trust with my dogs, they are our children, and Julie is at the top of the list. Drive by almost anytime of the day or night and Julie will be there. I know my dogs are well taken care of, be it grooming or boarding. Can’t say enough positive things about Aurora!

Can't say enough about Aurora Kennel. They treat my dog so well, whether being groomed or boarded. Fantastic service. Julie and her staff are very knowledgeable and attentive. My English setter Rose came out the door after grooming & she looked fantastic plus happy🐾🐾 the goldendoodle Lindy that I dogsit for came out just as great! The most important thing was Julie noticed Lindy had a discharge & was licking a lot so I took her to the vet a couple of hours later & she was running a temp ,she has a urinary tract infection which was caught early ! Thanks to Julies careful attention to her . Knowing my dogs & those I care for are so well taken care of while at Aurora gives me peace of mind & like I said the girls were tail wagging happy when I picked them up 👍

Julie and her staff are incredible. She is very knowledgeable in all areas pertaining to dogs. Julie took the time to talk to me about specific needs my tiny yorkie requires. She took extra care of Hazel due to her tiny size. Instead of putting her on a leash on a table she had a staff member hold her while she was being groomed. When I picked Hazel up she was so calm. Julie also gave me a few different food products to try instead of trying to Upsell me product. So happy to say aurora is our forever groomer!

I dropped my dog off at 730am for the first time. It won’t be the last time. My dog is clean, his nails were ground, not cut, his ears were cleaned, and he enjoyed the staff as much as they enjoyed him. They were done earlier than they said they would be. If they took credit cards or debit cards they would be perfect. Already made my next appointment.

My dog, Gidget, has high maintenance hair. I’ve always worried about leaving her anywhere to be groomed, but Julie @ Aurora Kennel Inc. did a fabulous job. Took our terrier and siberian Husky for baths/general grooming and had the best experience. they were clean and fluffy without all the extra hair that normally sheds in the days after grooming at other places. the dogs seemed much happier and less stressed than normal as well!

I have done business with Julie Mueller right at 30 years. She has taken care of my beloved pets all these years and absolute attention to cleanliness and the health of my pets is of paramount importance to me. As the owner of an older and slower pet, I know the care she gives him and how quickly she grooms him so he isn't out of his environment long. She's good with my pets and they always love to go see Miss Julie. I have even had her babysit them during the day while I had to run out-of-town on a short trip. She pays attention to every single detail and I know if an emergency arose, Julie would take care of it as well as, if not better than, I would myself. I appreciate everyone that works with Miss Julie. They are all kind, friendly and make me feel like they are there for me. And, yes, Miss Julie does not put up with nonsense from pet owners. She is very straight forward and truthful with every pet owner. She demands of us what she demands of herself which has always challenged me to do my best. I would trust Julie with any pet. I trust her judgement on the grooming needs as well. Julie is so attuned to animals it's shocking. I think Julie may actually be a dog whisperer. She is able to understand dog language that goes beyond human skills. It's like she has a 7th sense and that helped save my older dog's life a little over a year ago. My dogs feel at complete ease with her. It goes without saying that I will never stop using Aurora Kennel as long as it is around. I really appreciate Aurora.
