We live over an hour away from this place and my husband and I want to go for a ride and just enjoy each other's company by riding and just having a good ole conversation. We always seem to end up at this TA and I have to tell you there are some good people in this TA! We enjoy the fried food and honestly is good! You have to go past the Pilot gas station and I tell you it is worth it. If you are a truck driver, they have nice showers there and it the bathrooms are ALWAYS clean (that is a HUGE thing for us)! Do yourself a favor and go there! They are awesome!

I have visited 3 times in the 2 weeks. And it's been a pleasant experience. They are still working out how to make some things but they are working hard on figuring it out. This is definitely my go to for Friday paydays.

Worst experience ever at this location. Never in my lifetime or in the trucking industry have I’ve ever been cussed out by a store employee. My bad I had light black stuff on the bottom of my shoe from a customer. If it was such a big deal you could have approached me differently. Instead you cussing at me and telling me people don’t know how to do s right and people don’t have any common f sense. Like you’re a maintenance worker or janitor I’m sorry your job sucks, but you get paid to clean. I know this you do that to the wrong customer it might end badly. For the foreigner cash register workers. Your attitude sucks just as well always angry. Regardless what time of day I come in, but I’m still not happy about your maintenance person yelling and cussing at me. So this store can close down for all I care. I know this I’ll never step another foot back into this location. Thank goodness your other competitors around your store have no issues when I go into their stores. So I’ll rely this into corporate even though you might be a franchise. The customer keeps your doors open without them you have nothing.Update as of 4/13/24Called the manager and never heard back since I called. That was almost 2 weeks ago so that should tell you something. If the upper management doesn’t care then I don’t care about your store. I’ll never step foot into that location.

I don't understand why businesses put signs up for other businesses that are not operational. Do they not make "opening soon" banners anymore? At this posting, they have a Dunkin Donuts sign, but the store doesn't yet exist. Then, to give a list of excuses as to why... I just asked where was Dunkin. I don't need an explanation.

Phillips 66 was the 1st gas card I was issued when we lived in Amarillo. The card was really a life saver when we traveled to NJ. Unfortunately we later lived in areas where 66 fuel was not sold & card fell into misuse. Noticed many Phillip 66 stations dot the Oklahoma landscape. But i no longer have a 66 card The pump accepted a major credit card.Van seems to run good with their gas. Paid $2.899 per gal at the pump.

Clean, stocked, big showers with hot water and great pressure, huge brand new washers and dryers, tons of wide open easy FREE parking that (they said they refuse to charge for parking) hot fresh coffee and the employees are very pleasant. This is by far the best TA I’ve ever been to. I had to double check I was actually at a TA.

YES…TA Express does have theTruck/ RV lanes open. Google shows it’s still under construction but thankfully patrons have posted pictures showing open for big rigs. Thank you for sharing yours…. Here are mine. Safe travels to you all !!!

Coffee drinkers, BEWARE! No half and half. Only powder creamer. The French Vanilla creamer was out but he would have replaced it IF i wanted that. Dunkin server was sweet and even offered me some of their cream.

I’m a frequent customer of TA. They took forever getting the Duncan Donuts, Icecream and food in. Okay, with pandemic and everything going slow they were extra SLOW.We purchase fuel for farm, and personal use. Our credit card was compromised at the pump. It was the ConocoPhillips card. Our brother used his debit card and it was compromised as well. The store was called and they acted like we lost or gave our cards out! The pumps have some devices on them that get your cards information. Get up off your backside and check pumps, call someone that knows more than you.

Very clean store, especially the women’s bathroom. The guy cashier was super nice. The pumps were easy to drive up to and drive out.

I’ve had some bad pizza before. But this place took the enchilada. I ended up throwing out half the pizza. Wasn’t cut all the way through, toppings all in the center and was just nasty.

Rating: HARD PASS.Nice try in leaving a chest full of money and coins in the laundry room, to "catch" a fella doing laundry... IN FRONT OF A CAMERA. What are you trying to prove, anyway?MANAGEMENT IS PATHETIC. Trying to entrap a driver or traveler doing their laundry is just pure hatred and reflects on their character; they despise drivers, while needing their business.Expensive laundry at 3.50 per load.

This place suck! 2:45am nothing good to eat. Why have the lights on the kitchen and the hot lamps on inside the food cabinets? That's why I got off because I saw them on and thought they had food, what a waste. Besides TA at Pilot, Taco Bell is open 24hrs I definitely gave them business.

I live down the road. It opened in January and its currently june. The dubkin donuts IS NOT OPEN. They keep saying they have no idea when it will. They dont take card at the pump or take ebt. The staff is constantly "hanging out" and actively ignore customers. There is no baskin robbins either. I will do anything possible to avoid going to that store. There are 4 other gas stations right next to it that are more than acceptableEdit for November: they are charging people for gas regardless of not giving any and you have to get a refund. The soda machines are always down and not carbonated. Please go anywhere else

Granted it was very early in the morning but the food on the warmer table must have been out for hours , looked ok but had bad oder and color once she opened breading. Evan the potato wedges were bad. One bite of chicken one bite of potato and now she is very sick to her stomach. After the cook was awaken from the back by guy at front counter I ordered a hamburger for which I have diarrhea. Also found dark black hair in the to go box, wife and I are both blonde.

New clean showers, leather recliners in drivers lounge, large easy in/out truck parking. Only issue is the sink in the showers have automatic faucets and no temperature control unless you get underneath sink and turn cold water valve off to sink.

Food is good there. Stopped in the last few times I was in Tonkawa. So far I’ve gotten a pizza , cookie, Philly sandwich and a chicken sandwich. All have been delicious

Only half the fountain/coffer stuff works. I bought a sausage egg biscuit it was so burn I couldn't eat it. The Duncan Donuts was supposed to be put in there months ago. Only half the pumps allow you to pay at the pumps and the cashiers are slow as hell. Last time I got a free drink because she couldn't even work the register and didn't charge my card. Oh and at least 2 of their 5 star reviews are from employees lol. It's sad when employees have to do that to make it look good lol

I highly don't recommend this place to anyone 0/10 service we was ordering food and they yanked the menu away and said they couldn't serve us because of their mess up last time so we took our business elsewhere and drove out of town just to get food we went somewhere that would serve us we spent over 70 dollar's their loss we tried giving them business they didn't want it

Great clean store bathrooms and showers are amazing and always clean. The works are nice and helpful. The amenities are great with a lounge,game room and laundry roomAlong size the cat scale and FREE PARKING! Stop by for a great experience.

Fridges for drinks don't work so they are hot and at this point they just need to take down the dunkin and baskins sign. Four months and it's still not open, can't be that hard to open a store. I'm guessing it's not important, other then truck parking no point in even being here. Park here and walk next door ta/Petro doesn't even deserve money if they can't provide

No Dunkin, No Baskin Robins as advertised. (They claim its coming every 30 days or so). There is very few prices marked on items. Everything is on the pricey end.I've only eaten prepared food here once. I could tell it was old. I'd like to know if they have a food safety protocol because as far as I've seem, its not followed. If that isn't addressed, I would steer far from the Dunkin and Baskin Robins.Only reason I give 2 stars, is the lower gas price and with, my card, I get 10% back using TA fuel.

They scam, mexican ice cream is 2 for $4 but when you go at the counter they will type in the pc - Grocery for $2.99 a pcs.False advertising or price scam! They don’t scan the bar code.Shower no 4 - sink has no adjustment for water temperature. Will burn your skin if you don’t pay attention. Faucet is to short, hard to clean your hands, the sensor hardly working. No water pressure. No truck entry/exit marker.
