Stopped by this PILOT TRAVEL CENTER because of the great deal on gas, but on entering the store, mySenses came To life as I caught sight of the Cinnabon station. Pure joy filledMy Heart! NormallyI would not be so quick to purchase a cinnamon roll, butVacation-time is a great timeTo splurge a little. Looking around, there was an array of yummy Food choices. Another great positive was the clean bathroom, which is appreciated by this female! This is not your typical gas station…. Great place to stop and “fuel” up.

Breakroom/waiting area is well air conditioned. Some inconvenience on requiring the customers to see the cashier for a printed receipt. Also, another inconvenience on the number pad not working at a gas pump.

When will these stores that sell food stop allowing pets inside. Service animals are one thing, but you can’t tell me this is a service animal. Snake lovers need to start bringing there snakes in these locations to see if they’re allowed. And if not, then why are there animals okay? I stopped here to get gas and some cartons of cigarettes, but now I’ll get neither. They were in the store for about 5 mins, so obviously the store approved of an unleashed pit to be roaming around.

This Pilot location is okay. The fountain drinks are priced too high. There are plenty of food options if you need to grab a quick bite and get back on the road. The employees were friendly. The restrooms were relatively clean. The fuel prices were fair.

Food was surprisingly fresh at taco bell.. they fixed my order despite the fact they missed a few items. Cinnabon gave the kids free samples. We love the clean restrooms and will always choose pilot over other steps during road trips. .. this one did not disappoint.

It would be great if the workers actually answered the phones (should be really easy since no one is really on a register) so I would’ve know the showers are down until the 15th.

Nice new pilot, a lot of easy parking. Plenty of fuel islands in good working shape. The store inside is plenty big with a Taco Bell inside. They have a lot of washer machines, and many showers. What more could you ask for? It seems really nice and new. The only thing, is some of the concrete driveway seems to have cracked in a bad way, so be careful coming in here.

Just got a big dog from there, took one bite and spit it out! It tastes as if they sprayed the food with an industrial cleaner. Had a bad chemical taste! Will not getting food from there again!

Very clean store for the most part. Except these 2 things.#1 Shower one needs the walls and fan cleaned. The handicap shower head on the hose is broken.#2 the soda fountain needs the buttons cleaned. Can't get a refill in my mug but have to touch these nasty buttons. They have clumps of dirt on them.

As a driver this place was nice to stop. Showers were fast and clean .. whole store was clean and nice.

Dirty filthy and disarray. Employees look bored yet there's entirely too much cleaning to be addressed. Every stall in the women's restroom is dirty. My husband said the men's restroom is very nasty. Last night before leaving the store we told the manager about the filthy bathrooms but obviously it did no good. Went in this morning to use the restroom. All they did was barely sweep the floors. The toilets still had the exact same crud on them as they did last night. The coffee area was so gross. Clearly this store is under very poor management.

I have not ever went in a Pilot and was not greeted by staff until I came here. They literally just stood there talking amongst each other while i rang myself up and 2 men stood there looking at food. No hi, hello, may I help you, would you like to order a meal, no none of that. Not even a goodbye, thank you, come back, or nothing.🙄 The guys just stiod there talking. Meanwhile, the bathroom needs attention, the floor needed to be swept, mopped, the trashcans on the inside needed to be taken out, and the area where people get food, make coffee and drinks, all that needed to be wiped down. Just saying.I went back in the next morning to grab a few things before i left, the ladies there did pretty much the same thing. Only difference is that one of the ladies greeted me when i was ready for checkout. The same mess from the previous night was still there. And neither time was it busy.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Came in n done laundry then went to shower. NO HOT WATER... really???? So u get a burst every now and then of scorching hot then gone. Really..... all the pilots n flying J that is owned n you can't do better then this. You go home n get a nice clean hot shower..... Did you catch clean..... showers r not cleaned here either. They use the towels the ppl use for showers n dry it off and shower is ready for next person. How do I know (pic below)..... when was last time this was cleaned? The floor n shower floor gross. Thank goodness I use my own towels for my body. Won't be back to this one...... Just Eeewwww.

I almost never leave a 5 star review however this store is doing it all right. The night manager Sheryl does as amazing job. I am very picky when it comes to customer service. I expect it to be lime it was 20 years ago and this store just does it right. GOOD JOB

Kind of messy, and very pricey. They advertise roller food, but offer none. Also, you have to see the cashier for a receipt after getting fuel.

Customer service was good, I paid for reserved parking and had no problem, the parking lot was easy to maneuver through and parking was simple. But that men's bathroom at 1:59am on 12/17/22 was so horrendous I chose to hold it, every toilet seat in every stall had so much human waste of all kinds on it, even the walls in one of the stalls........just gross. Please pay more attention to your restrooms.

All about location. Between OKC and Salina, KS. Small place. Rough lot. Pumps not reading cards. Regular Pilot neglect. Worst coffee. I wonder if they put decaf in regular bucket, just to get rid of it. Don't rely on overnight spot. Very few, and you'd have to be early.

Truckers, do not come here expecting a clean shower. Most of these stains can be cleaned with minimal effort. There are more stains my phone couldn't pick up.
