They have decaf coffee. 5 Stars. Good selection of everything you might need. But the roller grill did look aged. Gas was a good price though, and 87 Octane. All around, giving it a 5.

Ive been stuck at this Loves for 5 days going on 6 days due to my companies neglect on paying for service on my trailer. This Loves repair shop has been beyond awesome and patient with the situation not to mention very respectful as well! If i could id give this location 20million starts for EXCELLENCE in service and customer service. I highly recommend this location if you need service done they do it fast an efficient!

I would not recommend any black driver stop at that shop. Michelle at the counter checked me in and then later scratch my name off the list so i wouldn't get any service.. they lie about not having mechanic. Michelle picks who gets service based on skin color. Very racist behavior. If she tell you there's no mechanics on site, wait 30 minutes and go back to the office, if she tells you wait 2hrs, ask to see the "check in" sheet, you will see if she scratched your name off the list(if you're colored). I'll be filling a complaint with corporate.

Went in to take a shower and was told that because it's the first of the month, the info on the Love's cards was being updated. This is supposedly a corporate thing, and they have no control over it. Was told I couldn't use my shower credits, but I could use my points or pay the $17 for a shower. If you can see my points and pull those, why can't you see my shower credits and pull those?

Really good truck stop. The service is nice the showers and bathrooms are clean and the parking lot it made in a comfortable and easy way to park and get in and out without doing a huge big turns. I like that there was a Subway and Chesters chicken. Would like to have a bigger parking lot.

Horrible service came in and they told us it would be three hours for a guy to come back from road call. Saw the truck pull up and two hours go by go in and check in on status and the shift leader gal says no ur not on the list. Told me another three hours. What a joke. Worst service ever….No one where to help but a girl at the counter.

It was the first time in years I didn't leave a $5 tip in the shower. the paint was peeling off of the ceiling and there was mold on the grout in-between the tile. Nice bright red mold. I love most Loves because of the spacious showers and plenty of hooks to hang clothes and such. With a new Pilot at the next exit north I'll pass on this loves for a shower. I have pictures if needed.

Shop at this location is absolutely rude an they lie.Called 5 mins out was told truck in bay for oil change and not sure if we will have time to get you drove by not a single truck in bay or waiting for service.Spoke to manager who has little person complex an refused to listen or let me talkCalled me a liar said I was told there was a truck in bay and one waiting plus had to clean up spilt oil.Manager said I misunderstood what was said not realizing her lies were on speaker phone an my codriver heard every word she lied about.No worries a complaint will be filled first thing in the morningLoves should be ashamed of having such lazy an rude employees an this manager needs to grow up accept responsibility an learn people skills. Treating people like humans will get more accomplished vs being a rude lying jerk.

Came in for a flat tire on my trailer. I was told by the guy at the counter that it would be at least 6 hours before they could get to me. I have been here for 2 hours now, and I have yet to see anything going on in the bays. All 3 of their road trucks are here. Terrible service.

Purchase amount for my phone. Returned it. Emailed them the receipt they requested from their app.They were unable to print it at a proper size so would not refund transaction. Or give store credit.Told them to keep it and throw it in the trash.Really pays to be a diamond member here

The Chester's is usually good for chicken livers and gizzards the liver was to hard to eat. 25 mom wait after I ask if they where going to cook my food. The girl said I will get to it soo. The other woman where nice.

The store was clean and employees were friendly,most of my time was spent at the truck shop. Rex and Chloe went above and beyond providing excellent service on the evening shift 09/05/2022,we sat here all night on the 4th and the morning tech or supervisor or whatever he was told us they didn't do oil changes and didn't have a tire however when the 2nd shift came on it was a different story. Rex and Chloe made sure our needs were met so we could be on our way..Thank you guys so much!! Much love

John at your shop is a con-artist. He parked truck on road call so camera wouldn't see. Completed job and sat on his phone for 30+ mins milking time before returning to store. He changed road call to mechanical so " he could get paid " and ended up costing me quite a bit more.It was all about him and screwing over the driver. EVEN AFTER I TIPPED THE GUY.THIS WAS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT

Nice place to stop. All staff friendly and helpful. Showers were clean and so we're the restrooms. Subway was excellent. Dylan is an amazing employee . He has great customer service and went above and beyond to make our sandwich. He was very happy to see us come back the next morning for breakfast . He even thanked us for coming back. It's hard to find many people with this kind of customers service these days ,so a big THANK YOU AND GREAT JOB to him.

Like an oasis In the desert! Lots of food, drinks, shower facilities. Easy access straight off the interstate. Clean and prices were about right. Lots of fuels to choose from. Staff were friendly and food was good!

I stopped in here today to have my spare tire put on because of uneven wear on existing drive tire and to get the trailer greased. All three bays empty so I was hoping it would be a quick process. Went and checked in with the girl behind the counter. She went out in the shop could not find any of the employees. Said they probably went to the bathroom or some thing and they would call me when they came back. I called across the street to the store and asked to speak to a manager to see if they was interested in making any money in their shop today. But was informed there was no manager on duty. I return to my truck waited for my 30 minute break to be up and left. It is a wonder how these companies stay in business with the service they provide. On the bright side I don’t have to worry about them tearing anything up.
