Very bad and excessive service. I came here for vacation with my friend. We booked a room for two days. On the second day, the room key was invalid and my friend had left the casino. I could no longer enter my room. I lost my luggage in the room. Although it was not expensive, they handled this matter by asking me to spend another 200 yuan to open a new room. It was completely unreasonable and deliberately made things difficult for customers! I had to leave angrily.

We try to make the 1 hour trip north once every couple of months, especially if they offer free weeknight rooms. Unfortunately, we haven’t had those offers in a while. We’ll still sometimes drive up, have lunch and spend a hour or so pushing buttons in hopes of a big payoff. We’ve been fortunate enough times to keep us coming back.Some of the games rise to the ceiling and are very engaging. Good luck winning.We have not been to a show there since the new facility opened but the prices are outrageous when there’s a show there. They double and often triple or even quadruple room rates when someone well known in there.We were sorry to see the ElFenix shut down, the replacement Mexican restaurant isn’t as good and is much more expensive. Although I will admit to enjoying dinner at Mickey Mantel’s steakhouse on occasion… it’s always good.

Our room was in great condition, and room service provided a very nice breakfast. The hotel rooms are pricey in my opinion compared to others I’ve stayed in of similar quality.We asked housekeeping for a shower cap and they brought a vanity kit instead.When we checked out, valet told us we’d have a 40min wait to get our car. It took 70 minutes. Hotel staff told us the valet team is managed by an outside company, and they couldn’t do anything about it. I think valet was understaffed.While waiting for our car from valet, a fire alarm went off and sent many guests down the stairs in a suspected emergency. No staff addressed the large group of us in the lobby who wanted to know why there was a fire alarm going off. It was bizarre.

Beautiful and fun resort and casino. Great restaurants. Their Grand Via buffet is great. Especially the 100 desserts and Asian dishes. Every staff member was friendly and professional.Rooms: Beautiful and well appointed rooms. Love the chocolates!!Food & drinks: Excellent places to eat all under one roof. Italian, French, BBQ, Mexican. Fish and Chips, Toby Keith’s restaurant, IHOP, etc. You name it!!!Noteworthy details: You’ll never be bored even if you don’t gamble. (I don’t). There’s shows. Top rated spa. It’s very nice. FREE parking.

I had a terrible experience in the buffet area on 5-28- 2024 I was embarrassed by the manage telling me if I didn't have a ticket I couldn't be there, luckily I paid with a credit card, now I smell Gas in my room. Time for me to just leave this place and never return they can keep the free meal they tryed to give me after they realized I paid to get in the buffet.

Nice atmosphere, Tiffany at check in was wonderful. What was not wonderful was the bedbugs in our room and lack of everything from the notified staff. I was truly understanding at first having years of hospitality experience myself. But here’s where we went wrong whoever the nice pleasant flamboyant guy was this morning, he was eating a full course meal on the phone. When I called about it the first time reaching a manager was told to me. We were told to capture “it” in a cup. They had just the bellhop come up with a luggage cart and our new room keys. No apology, no manager, no nothing. They said someone would call. But why not come look and see for yourself. Why not take a picture of my arm. What happened to the bedbug in the cup

The room was fine. Nothing fancy. There's a Keurig coffee maker with 2 pods (not enough sweetner). There are no USB plugs to charge your phone except for the back of the TV. There's an empty mini-fridge, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You'll need to bring anything else to want (no blow dryer or iron). The room looks clean and the bed was comfortable. Oh.. if you want snacks for the room, bring them. The only items in the vending are were colas.Rooms: See main comment.Nearby activities: Gambling.Walkability: Get ready to WALK. The casino is huge!Food & drinks: Plenty of choices in the casino.

My room was very clean and so was the lobby, There was employees always cleaning every time I went down from my room. AMAZING costumer service, I kept getting lost and I didn’t even have to ask for help the worker came to me and asked if I needed any help finding everything. Overall the best hotel I have ever been to, I will definitely be visiting again

Definitely has become a destination location for us. If we need to get away from the everyday life routine.... this is the place to go. An hour and a half drive to be in a different state and forget about the day to day is definitely well worth it. Pick your poison. Golf, spa, gambling, restaurants, or just a hotel room bed they have it all in one MASSIVE location. Thank you!Rooms: I honestly don't like to stay in the casino hotel rooms. Too loud. I prefer the Inn down the road.Nearby activities: Absolutely nothing.Walkability: Absolutely nothing.Food & drinks: A sonic and lots in the casino.

I've been coming to Winstar for a couple of years now until I lost my phone and it was HACKED. I WAS AN ELITE MEMBER, But I slowed my roll because my checking account was HACKED for A STACK & MY Discover Card was Hacked for a STACK, (1K). After NOT COMING for 3 MONTHS, I Was DROPPED Down to Premier STATUS After Putting $290,794.00 into the SLOT Machines in2023, in 8-9 Months in 2023 I'm done. I just took a 2 Week trip to Africa & the Wife was there for 3 Weeks. To Slap me in the FACE, I RECEIVED A "SUPPOSEDLY ELITE STATUS UPGRADE" Again ON JANUARY 1, 2024. WHEN DID THE ORIGINAL ELITE STATUS EXPIRE???????? HHMMMMM. NO Worries. ........ Thanks for everything

the room was about 5 hours late being ready for our prebooked checkin. the shower had mold in it. the room was suppose to be smoking with two queen beds. ended up with 1 king in non-smoking. the conditioner and lotions were empty. they have it appear the coffee maker is ready to use. after tring it a couple times i realized its nowhere near an outlet even. you had to move it to use it. the line to the buffet took an hour to get seated and alot of the food was overcooked. the person i went with was suppose to get a free robo vaccuum. after standing in that line for hours she was told she could come back for it the next weekend ot get a voucher for $30 in free play. thats not even equal to the value of the vaccuum. there was much better service during covid than now. the self seve drink area was filthy and unstocked. the bathrooms had not been cleaned in a while. one sink the water was too hot to keep your hands in another the water kept going warm cold warm cold.

we LOVE coming to Windstar for a quick weekend or during the week trip. it is close enough so that I don't mind driving here the 4 hours...the customer support is excellent and the food place are pretty good.....the casino is dang HUGE, you should be able to find something to put some money into and odds are "ok" I guess.... just have fun and don't get carried away!I will be back here again soon enough....

I always have a great experience when I stay at the Winstar world casino hotel. Great atmosphere, the rooms are always clean,and a great view ! The terrace view cafe is right at the lobby of the and has excellent food! Plenty of parking away from the casino parking.Food & drinks: Be sure to stop by the Terrace View Cafe.

Fabulous experience, we'll definitely return. Largest casino ever, every slot and game imaginable is there, and there is a separate gambling area for non-smokers.Noteworthy details: Accessible rooms are non functional. There is no way or nearly impossible for a person in a wheelchair to transfer to the toilet because the bathroom door blocks access to the toilet!!!!

Best and biggest casino in the world you can go to every country in the world here and shop and gamble till you drop...and I believe the casino is over a mile so you will definitely get all your steps in if your going here...The restaurants I believe around 15 to 20...for in room dining Terrace Cafe for breakfast and villa buffet for lunch..love to go at least try to go 1 time a month...Safety: I feel secure in this hotel...Walkability: I get my steps in here..

I was regular customer more then 10 years at winstar I was elite the entire time last week I went to the casino as usual I put my players club card it says deactivated card when I went to the players club card the lady told me to wait for supervisor after 30 min wait here the supervisor showed up asking me a proof of my occupation my w2 form I ask to the supervisor why only me I ask him if he ask the other people elite the same thing his answer was we can do what ever we want I feel they discriminated me when I ask to speak the director of the casino Jack they refused to give me his phone number I really regretted to expand all those money and receiving back this kind of discrimination the worst thing is some of their intendant doing inside job when a customer play a machine must hit by and it is close to hit they shut down the machine and call one of their friend to come play it worst casino ever employees having bad attitude supervisors worst .

The room I had was in the North Tower over looking one of the pools. The room was really nice and boasted a wonderful walk-in shower. The vanity mirror is lit and you get a decadent chocolate with 2 complimentary waters in the room as a welcome. The beds are comfortable especially for someone like myself who has back issues and the check out is a breeze. Noise issues are dependent on your neighboring guests as mine had kids in the room next to me who were loud and can be heard through the walls. The pools close at 8pm and the new pool is pay to enter as you rent a seat or area for a half day to a day starting at the low price of $25. 6 pills are inside with one designated as an adult only pool. Multiple bars and one pill even had a pool side bar.Great experience for a getaway or a romantic evening.
