This was an amazing experience! They are so polite from the moment you walk in all the way through the end. Sandra gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back and get another one! My mom also enjoyed her massage therapist who had dark brown hair with glasses, we sadly forgot her name! Great staff and great experience!

If you have not tried the spa at Winstar you are missing out! Need a great pedicure they have you covered. Sharon was great and today met Z and Nora and let me tell you those three ladies are AMAZING! They are sweet, awesome to talk to and their attention to their craft is tremendous. Best pedicure ever! I will forever enjoy the drive to Winstar to see these ladies! Bonus is the coed thermal pool and spa area that is free to use with any service! Don't miss out!

I came here for the first time yesterday for a spa day with my mom and sibling. From the second we walked in and were greeted by staff, we felt incredibly welcomed and pampered. The facilities were very nice, modern, and clean with plentiful towels and plush robes. I received a Hydrafacial (my first time getting one) and could not be happier! The lady that did my treatment was excellent and clearly knew exactly how to customize the treatment for my skin. My face felt so soft and hydrated with no discomfort or residual redness afterwards. The beds were also nice and warm in the treatment room! Even the next day, my skin still feels amazing! I will definitely be coming here again for future massages and facials!

I absolutely love a good spa day and I was blown away at the quality of the Spa at Winstar.The ladies were so welcoming and attentive when we arrived to make sure we were settled after a tour of the spacious facilities. We came on Valentines weekend so while there were a ton of other people scheduled with services, it didn't feel like it was ever packed. There were so many snacks and drinks readily available and the staff was constantly at work to make sure all the amenities were fully stocked.I'm sensitive to heat but the dry sauna felt just right with the ice towels that were available. My personal favorite was the wet sauna - I feel like I could have stayed in there all day!I booked a basic facial treatment but felt like I was receiving a luxury service with the high quality products. The beds were heated which I haven't experienced before and they felt so nice and relaxing. My skin feels incredible and my technician was so kind to walk through the products she was using and the recommendations she had for my skin type.I am so excited to have such an incredible Spa so close to me and I've already planned my next trip back. Thank you to the team at the Spa at Winstar for such an incredible experience for me and my family!

Staff was great!!! The massage was pretty good! Seemed kinda short tho and for the spa itself… it’s really elegant but seemed really small with not a lot of amenities not even a hot tub! We were in and out within three hours and that’s just because we were killing time for our reservation at a restaurant but if we didn’t have that reservation we definitely would have left right after our massage… Definitely not worth the $200 plus we each paid

I was there on Nee Years Eve day and had an eighty minute massage and a pedicure. The massage was amazing and the masseur listened to me and got rid of all my stress knots. The pedicure chairs were fancy!!! You sit in the chair and then the foot bath comes out from underneath the chair full of warm water ready for you to soak your tired feet. The manicurist were so much fun and told us all about the new spa.There are lots of amenities that you have assess to when you schedule one or more services. There is the dry and wet hot sauna, cold room, hydrotherapy, hot tub with five different types of jets and seating positions!!The robes alone are a selling point for the spa! Perfect size, absorbent, and cozy!Every need or want was taken care of by the wonderful staff.Thanks for and amazing experience Winstar Spa!!!

This was my 1st time to the Spa and I was more then satisfied with the customer experience from all of the staff from the first step into the sign in area. My brother-in-law and I got the Sports Pedicure. Sharon and Nora were the best. A BABIES BUTTTTT HAD NUTIN ON MY FEET. It was truly the best Spa experience I ever had. I’ll be back and I highly recommend this experience to all especially treating the lucky lady in your life to this SPA at Winstar. Thanks again Sharon and Nora for the awesome time. See ya soon!!! From beginning to ending everyone is very nice and helpful. I had a manicure with Nora was very attentive and nice also the young lady I forgot her name who did my sisters mani pedi was very sweet also. I had a hot stone massage with Christine who was wonderful and applied the right amount of pressure on those sore spots. She has magic hands. I say go and experience it for yourself, you wont leave disappointed.

My husband and I booked some services at the spa during our stay and we had such a great time! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the customer service is outstanding. The nail technicians were so sweet and did a fabulous job. There are separate saunas for men and women and there is also a coed area with coed saunas as well.

The Spa is amazing, full luxury the rival of any 5 star resort anywhere in the world. The lounge area of the men's locker room would be awesome during March Madness. The soaking pull and walk through shower were nice additions to the traditional suana and steam rooms.

I thoroughly enjoyed my day at the Winstar Spa. The attendants were kind and professional. The facilities were clean and elegant but comfortable. I had a massage by Josie who was exceptional. Can't wait to return!!

The massage was great. Cecilia did a wonderful job! As far as the amenities in the spa, Winstar needs to do better. The poolIs not hot enough and you need more amenities in the spa. When you go to a spa the pool needs to be hot. The temperature in the facility is extremely cold. The snacks provided need to be more than what’s provided. For the price they need to have fruit , light food etc. Hopefully you improve your amenities and food that is provided. This could be a great spa once you improve things. Look at other spas and maybe incorporate some of their amenities. Some great ones are Castle Spa or King Spa.

I went to this spa for a massage on New Year's Eve in 2023. The young lady who came to massage me just touch at first. I asked her to use more strength. Then she massaged harder, she also massage harder on my calves, arms, neck area. so I felt hurt. After returning home, I had a severe neck pain and headache. This may be the result of her improper massage.

I got the aromatherapy massage this last weekend with Christine and I cannot say enough good things about her! I've had quite a few massages in my life and she by far had the best technique and pressure application I've ever experienced. Highly recommend! This spa is amazing!! Super relaxing. They start you out with a warm neck wrap while you wait. The staff is more than professional and the atmosphere is so calming. I have been twice and both times completely impressed. This last time I had the pleasure of having Dijon!! He listened to all my needs and could tell where I was more tense and paid extra attention to those areas.I HIGHLY recommend!!

The only reason I didn't give this a 5* was because of the front reception staff however the amenities and facilities were by far, state of the art. The spa front reception staff were knowledgeable and professional but they weren't friendly, helpful, or warm. You either belonged there or you didn't. But once you went inside the spa the customer service went to another level, you felt like a VIP. David was very helpful, checked on us throughout our spa stay, and made sure we were taken care of.*A little hack, instead of paying $100 for the 4 hour spa pass you can get a pedicure or manicure for less and it includes the 4 hour spa pass.

Excellent spa, great service, facilities were really good, great attention to details, warm floors, Dry sauna with relaxing music, went sauna with white noise, sound system may not be working there. Bring a swimming suite to enjoy the shared MF area with hottub. Massage room and massage services were great. The spa attendant was very friendly and show you around. Plan to be 30 to 1h before your massage.

They didn't clean the room when asked twice to. I got my vapor stolen, and their security people except one person acted like they didn't care. I'm not sure if I would consider this a great visit.

We had the couples massage. We both really enjoyed the stretches and technique. My neck, kinked from a bad night’s sleep last week, finally feels better! I recommend this place for a nice massage while staying at Winstar. It’s a relaxing break from the casino and bars.
