Check in staff accommodated early check-in. I was pleasantly surprised that the Room was very nice and clean. Bathroom tiny but sufficient. Shuttle bus to casino stops at the hotel about every half hour. Very convenient but could walk if you wanted.Rooms: Very clean and nice comfortable beds, and Pet friendly.Food & drinks: No option in hotel except a vending machine.

Clean, good service, comfortable. I was a little dissapointed that they raised the prices on the weekends. We stayed there on Wednesday and it was one price. We found ourselves returning on Friday and called for reservations and were told that the weekend would be double + what we had paid 2 days earlier. Probably not illegal, but...Nearby activities: Main casino North, smaller casino south. Shuttle service to main casino.Food & drinks: Would be nice if there were a continental breakfast.

Room was clean and well stocked with towels. Covers are fairly thin so bring an extra blanket if you like covers. They provide a shuttle to the casino that runs every twelve minutes. Very friendly staff!! Very clean hotel! They even have a cover on the remote to the tv!Rooms: Very clean with no stains on carpet. All of the hotel smelled clean.

**Pet owners Beware**. I've booked this supposedly pet friendly hotel 2 or 3 times before with no issues, and the same pets. Yesterday, we checked in, fed the dogs, and headed to the casino. We weren't there an hour before we get a phone call from the front desk, saying someone complained because one of my dogs was scratching the door????!!! I can't make this stuff up. Smh. It was 2 o'clock in the afternoon.So, because my pets were anxious for a minute, and eventually fall asleep like they always do, we had to leave the casino to tend to them!!! I don't know if it was the incompetence of the front desk, or just 'bad business' from a casino that has no problem taking our money, but has issues with a pet in a pet hotel. Smh! Will not be back to this mediocre, shady hotel!

First of all, this was our first visit to this area and our first time visiting Winstar Casino. The Lionel Richie concert was phenomenal however, the $399.00 room at this hotel was not what we expected.The room smelled of smoke and although the housekeeping staff sprayed, it still reeked whenever we got back to the room that evening.Also, the mattress really uncomfortable! My wife and I tossed & turned all night and we both had to take Tylenol the following morning to help with the back pains.Rooms: Would never stay at this hotel ever again!

Clean hotel at a good price near the casino. Staff were friendly, parking was good, access was easy and proximity to the casino is nice. It's walking distance to the casino if you want some exercise, or convenient to take your car if you don't. I stayed here due to a conference and will say a continental breakfast would be nice as the food offerings in the area aren't great, so being able to grab something before getting to a meeting would be helpful; there was coffee available so that was nice. I get it, however, that this isn't their main customer base.

States a shuttle service the casino, but good luck finding it whether you are at the hotelOr casino?! No type of on-call or schedule. Just hope and wait?! The motel reeks of smoke and animal piss; not even worth the "free". You still have to pay resort fees even though you drove one way 14 hours to give THIS casino your money! The front desk staff were rude and that was before even asking them to do their job?! Will not be coming back to Winstar after this experience!Rooms: Stinky and uncomfortable bedsWalkability: A very far distance to casino and good luck on the shuttle. It's currently winter!Food & drinks: None offered. Casino doesn't even offer food 24/7

Stayed here for the first time last weekend. Was hesitant because of bad reviews but didnt have a choice because I bring my dog everywhere with me. Stayed 2 nights. Dog fee was 25 bucks. Awesome!!! Free 2 night stay from previous gambling at the casino. It was awesome at the hotel. No complaints. We walked to the casino which is very easy. Took like 8 minutes. There was shuttles running every half an hour. The shuttle also goes to The Boarder Casino right down the road which we enjoyed also. The room was very big. First floor. Not noisey. King bed which was very comfortable. Room was really clean. Frig and microwave. People were friendly. No breakfast or anything but the casino was right there with plenty of options. I dont know if we just got lucky with our room but we will definitely go back. Thank you

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Room was pretty good. Bed was a little on the firm side but still got some decent sleep. There’s no breakfast but they make some pretty decent coffee. Was able to get stuff done in the business center without any difficulties. Had no trouble finding a parking space so close to the entrance. They also have shuttle service to and from the main casino if you don’t feel like driving back and forth. Overall had a very good stay and I would gladly stay again.

Quaint & Quiet.Nice pleasant change of pace🆚the main casino. Also when you don't see this very often the hotel was immaculate. Super Clean. Even the complimentary basic house coffee tasted good.My only minor ding: Rooms Quite small compared to the main hotel.Safety: I felt quite safe walking alone outside as late as 3 AM. The grounds are well lit. Easy in-easy out.Walkability: If your active, an easy doable walk. The shuttle runs until 2:00🅰️Ⓜ️if assistance is necessary. The shuttle much runs continuously and consistently throughout the late evening.Noteworthy details: I found The Stairs work faster than the one elevator if you're not carrying cargo.

This was a over night stay a complimentary stay. The concierge two of them that I noticed wasn't very pepole friendly idk if it was because of a late check-in or whatever the case may be. However upon arrival my partner goes to the desk to check us in the concierge picked it up on herself to not receive the information that my partner was providing to her about the reservation. And chose to pick a room she thought we deserved which had two twin beds. Our complimentary room that we picked at booking advised that we had a king suite. We did not know this until we arrived to the room that this was not a suite with a king bed. So we had to go back downstairs mind you this hotel only has one elevator so you must wait. My partner was serviced by another concierge that was available African-American woman she was very nice and wanted to help and correct the mistake that her co-worker had made and with pleasure she gave us the correct room and things were pretty good from there. I'm not too shaby on this review because it was a complimentary stay However I'm big when it comes to interacting with people and out of three concierges that night two who works that shift or not people persons. Only one of them were. It amazes me that people still behave in this manner in these times.

If someone says anything negative about the inn than they are just having a bad day.From the time we arrive though the doors, they greet us. Had conversations with them.The staff always made sure we were good, our stay was fantastic. The hot tub at the rv center was hot and great the hotel was clean and the bathroom was clean the RV park restroom was clean the pool was clean.Shuttle service definitely A PLUS.AGAIN THANK YOU TO THE STAFF AT THE WINSTAR INN YOU WILL DEFINITELY SEE US AGAIN.

Highly recommend! Rooms are immaculate, and they have free coffee 24hrs a day! Shuttle service provided, but the walk if you choose is beautiful and quick. I'll stay here in a heartbeat again over the towers. Very peaceful and quiet.Rooms: Super clean! The lobby looks good and clean, very well presented. And the staff os friendly. The rooms are clean; however, they are filled with the smell of cigarettes. The bedding also has this smell. Win star has bought this hotel and they have plans to bulldoze it and build a larger hotel. That’s all the details I have this far.
