The service was good, takes a bit of time for the food but worth the wait ordered a spicy chicken and waffle but ended up being sweet, was still good just not much spicy and the macaroni was good as well it tasted like a mixture of mashed potatoes and cheese. It’s a real nice place clean.

This has to be the worst experience we have had at a restaurant/cafe, we ordered our food, that took forever to receive. Once we got the food it was horrible, the potatoes were dried out, eggs were overcooked, all of our food was bland and cold so cold the butter wouldn’t even melt on my waffles. Our waiter Lupe did not came back to check on us to see how our food was or if we needed anything . We had to track somebody else down, for that person to tell us “she has to get back to the front that she will let our waitress now we needed her,” still no results. We eventually requested a manager that never showed up. Lupe came back and said “my manager is busy she told me to just take what ever you want off the bill”. Not the answer we were looking for. By this time we were just over it. Paid for the full meal that we didn’t eat. And walked out. Definitely will pass the word about our experience, we will never come back to this cafe or casino.

Food was delicious! Portions were big. Restaurant was very nice & clean & our waitress was nice. The only this I didn't like was that my salad came out right before we got our food. The chocolate cake was not too tasty but everything else made up for it. I would definitely return & recommend this place.

Nice Father's Day breakfast! The wait wasn't bad at 9am and we were seated at a table looking out the windows. Lupe our waitress was amazing! Coffee refilled 3 times. (Usually you don't have that luck) Order was correct, hot and flavorful. Thank you Winstar for finally fixing the problems.

We were seated quickly and the chairs were very comfortable. The atmosphere is very soothing and overlooks the pool. The server was prompt with greeting us and our food came hot and as expected.

This is a 24 hour coffee cafe. We have breakfast here and the eggs Benedict are good. Service is always slow - friendly but slow. Today we had lunch. I had the Reuben and my husband had the chicken Italian melt. The Reuben was greasy due to the fat not trimmed off of the meat and the sandwich was salty. Fries were fresh and hot. The chicken on the Italian covered about 2/3 of the bun and it was a little spicy. He said he would not order again. We both left about 1/2 of our meals. The server did check back after dropping the meals but never came back to check on drinks. This is part of the casino so you can use casino Rewards to pay check. One good thing our ketchup bottle was almost empty and my husband was struggling to get some when the busboy noticed and offered to get us another bottle. The restaurant is located right off of the pool tower check in.

To Go Review: We had the Angus burger w/ fries as pictured. The restaurant was pretty slow, but the wait was still over 25 minutes for the two burgers. Definitely would recommend ordering ahead if you’re just picking up.As far as quality, it’s nothing to rave about, but still tastier than other offerings. Quality has SEVERELY gone downhill which is unfortunate because there are items I used to enjoy. I ordered two things from the menu. The first night or ordered prime rib dip from room service and they brought me the prime rib plate for an additional $10. I ordered medium rare and as you can see from the photo it’s medium well. The next night I decided to go back with my old reliable the chicken fingers. How hard is it to screw up? I’ll tell you. Easy if you NUKE it for 30 seconds before you send it out! Horrific

Late night breakfast @ Terrace Cafe. The hostess wasn't welcoming or friendly at all, but the server was. Ordered the steak & eggs & All American breakfast. The steak was Delicious!! Seasoned & cooked to perfection. Loved the breakfast potatoes but the sausage & bacon were a bit undercooked for me. They have midnight specials so two full meals were only $25, which wasn't bad at all.

Riley was our server and she was so amazingly sweet. That was such a wonderful way to start our morning. We were pleasantly surprised that the wait time was 15 to 30 minutes this morning when it is usually an hour wait because of how many people love to eat here. We have never been disappointed by the food or staff and have enjoyed every meal we've eaten here. All it takes is a bit of patience so they aren't stressed with angry people who are entitled and don't want to wait. I have seen wait staff have to encounter some incredibly rude customers through the years and they absolutely do not deserve this treatment since they are doing their job to the best of their ability.Again I must say, I have never had an issue and always been very happy with the food! Just wanted to voice that and say thank you and my family and I cannot wait to come back

Good food and wonderful wonderful service! We stayed the night at the hotel and wasn't wanting to start our morning in the loud Casino so we chose Terrace Cafe for breakfast. We got seated quickly, cozy atmosphere, the server was friendly and attentive. The coffee was amazing! We really enjoyed our breakfast.

One of the best Chicken Fried Steak dishes I've ever had! It came with cubed potatoes O'Brien, scrambled eggs, and pancakes for $14! The chicken fried breading had a nice spice to it and the steak within was spectacular! I've considered driving up there from Dallas a couple times just to get this dish! Mmmmmm!!! The last 2 times I played the table games at the casino just long enough to get a comp for Terrace View Cafe. I guarantee I'll be back there time and time again because I love me some Chicken Fried Steak! Highly recommended without a doubt!

Let me say from start to finish this place was a 10+!!! We were taken to a table but my daughter decided she wanted to sit in the fancy huge booth. It was definitely worth the space for us. Kaylee was our sever from start to finish. She got our order in and to the table quickly. She kept checking in on us and she did an awesome job. I believe she was the only server at this time. She did an awesome job even with other tables. I had the chicken fried steak, gravy and a biscuit, scramble eggs and toast. It was sooooo delicious. This was far the best breakfast I had in a while. I will definitely be back to this place. It was average cost $15 but a hearty meal. Kaylee thank you for serving us today!!!

The staff is awsum, whether they are really busy or not quite so busy. They all know how to take care of there customers. Every waitress we have had are so nice and sweet. Oh the food is great ,breakfast, western omelet soooooo good. Burgers are huge GREAT. The people that bust tables are so thorough at cleaning, Great staff. It's just a great place to enjoy a nice meal and good food, and great service.
