Like all Dollar General stores I've been in, they are short staffed and struggle to get the stock put up they get in. A lot of the time they have the stock cart's from one truck delivery on the floor and another truck delivery of stock cart's crammed in their back room.They try to keep up with stocking, but being chronicly short staffed because they're so under paid, it's a losing battle.Such a shame.

Grateful it was there but the isles are full of boxes and they were out of allot of stuff. Also the lady who helped me with the self checkout just tapped on the smiley face instead of letting me review my own purchase. I found that to be extremely rude.

We live here and are very happy to a dollar store.. it is sometimes messy with boxes in the isle, but so handy

Make sure you check the best by and expiration date on any food items before you buy. So far I’ve gotten sick and wasted money. Won’t be coming back but the public needs to know of y’all’s negligence.

I was pleasantly surprised to find and purchase: Lettuce, tomato and avocados. Along with other dollar general staples. The selection is good. Including the refrigerated one.

If I go to any store other than Walmart, it is to save time. The selection is smaller and the prices are higher at most other stores. With that being said, I refuse to wait 10-20 minutes to checkout while some old man stocks a display in front of your one and only registrar. Maybe your store has too much stuff or isn’t big enough if we have to block off the customers ability to shop or leave just so you can stock shelves.

(Updated post) 2/18/21 I am subtracting two stars for not being able to get cash back at ANY register at ANY time of day or night. I have gone to them to shop and spending a fair amount of money. Open 2 months and I've spent about $400_$500. I literally do all my grocery and toiletries and miscellaneous shopping there and to get CASH. YES it is a big convenience, one stop shop I thought. . But 3 out of 4 times I was told that CASH BACK was not available at this time. I was told the reason was because it was too early in the morning (10:00AM), too late at night (8:30 PM) or just not working. I would rather NOT pay $5 at Winstar to get $20!!! I also try to avoid having to drive to the NEXT TOWN or STATE to get cash.(Original post)This store has been open for less than a month and already is my go to store. Very clean and friendly employees and great prices...what more do you need?!? (CASH BACK what I need)

It's my store but we had to return milk, because it was molding on the sides after it got down to a half gallon. Didn't say anything but it was the fourth time it happened. Clover valley the only kind you have. We told the manager she said she would talk to the delivery guy & tell him about it. I also went to buy a sling for my arm I had surgery on and you didn't have any. But everything else has been good bought a cord for TV and other things and they usually have what we need. It's a nice new store we're glad to have it in thackerville, ok 😁 just thought I'd give you a heads up on the milk.

That is the nicest dollar general my husband and I have ever gone too. There was no boxes in the way like all the dollar general and messy like them all. The manager is very nice and does an amazing job

I’m so excited they put one in Thackerville, Oklahoma! Just for that alone - I’m willing to give them 1,000,000 stars. The store itself though is great. Finally one that isn’t cluttered or have boxes just sitting in the aisles.

This store is unreal... no help people wait in line for what seems like forever and Jessica the store runner there.... NO help she tells all her coworkers personal life out to the customers witch is a hippa violation!! If u come threw town do NOT! come to this store horrible experience.

This is a new store in the area. It is very clean. You can tell that they have some items not in stock consistently due to the empty spots on the shelves.

Horrible customer service can’t get anybody to check you out at the register waited for about 15 minutes and then finally a guy comes in from the outside and says there is a self check out you can use because she’s on lunch right now and was very rude!!!!! That is the third time I’ve went in that store and couldn’t get anybody to check me out at the register

They have almost everything here ! Better then driving 30mins to the nearest Walmart, and the customer service was great everyone was nice!
