This casino horribly mistreated my in-laws, they allowed several other customers to both verbally and physically assault them as well as make very racist remarks. When the casino security and employees were notified they did nothing to stop the behavior. During the commotion my father in law had $1,300 stolen from his machine, which the casino also did nothing to assist with. This is possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business ever. Still awaiting an apology from staff and reimbursement for money stolen. Do not go here

Assaulted by old white man who continues to use profanity and threaten me repeatedly blowing cigarette smoke in my face and telling me to leave with my “Mezkin” boyfriend. I contacted security multiple times and was told they didn’t hear anything so they couldn’t make him leave or move him to another machine. Thai type of racist behavior should NEVER be tolerated. I am a business professional in my 50s who has been married over 30 years to my “mezkin” husband and the staff did not give us the respect we deserve. Further when my husband came to my aid after hearing me being verbally assaulted and physically attacked, another patron stole his $1300 ticket to hat was tadd insult to injury! Absolutely disgusting! Zero respect! It was like we were thrown back into the early 1900s! Zero care and respect for the multiple incidences that were reported to security and management. Oh and afterwards we were told this racist guy was a known “troublemaker” 😱 if that was true then why was his behavior tolerated!

If i could give zero stars i would. This was the most unprofessional casino i have ever been to. Beware if you go here you will have people verbally assault you and threaten to physically assault you, there will be people stealing money from your machines, people threatening to blow cigarette smoke in your face, and racial discrimination towards you. My dad was verbally assaulted because he was “mesican” and when security came over they did absolutely nothing because they “didn’t see anything” this is completely unacceptable because there were witnesses who saw this act happening to us and yet we were the ones being told to leave. if you value yourself please don’t come here.

My mom and dad were assaulted verbally in this casino. We do not tolerate racism my dad was birthed in the 50s enduring racist acts committed against him. My mom and pops go to this casino to relax and decompress instead verbally abused by racist old men who blow cigarette smoke in my mothers face.telling her to get her Mexican boyfriend and get out of the casino because they do not belong there. Security was notified and did absolutely nothing to de escalate the situation. My father was raised in one of the most racist era’s against black and Mexicans and does not deserve to be treated like an outcast. Out of all places you would think they would protect their customers from being attacked. This place is stacked with security and cameras but yet nothing could be done? This man continued to play his machine all night with no consequences of his actions. Shameful and disgusting on riverstars part do not play at this casino do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. And to add to all this my fathers 1300$ ticket was stolen out of his machine after going toprotecting my mother from this verbal abuse from the other side of the room with his chair backwards leaned against the machine and we know what that means the machine is taken. This had to be a orchestrated scam to steal my parents money I’m sure the old lady was his wife. Riverstar will not take responsibility for their customers actions and will not give compensation for stolen money when this place should be tolerating a zero tolerance policy when it comes to stealing . Do not go here save yourself the trouble.

Very very disappointed. Came out here to have a good time and it was the complete opposite. My friend was robbed of his money and was not reimbursed by the casino when they caught it on camera. I am also a Mexican American and it’s sickening that racism is tolerated at this establishment. Do not come here!! You will be verbally abused , robbed and the casino will NOT do anything about it!

The facility is very clean. It is small. Here's one of my favorite things about this place,( it's not loud)In the middle of nowhere, but a hidden gem. They clean all their machines all the time. The employees are easy going and very nice. They wear mask. You will get bonuses and get to play on their money. Get you a club card. It pays off.the restrooms are clean and tidy.It has a restaurant. A gift shop. High rollers area.It has a couple of card tables. In the middle of the casino is a round bar. At 11:30 they will announce last call for alcohol.Female's this is for you. You are safe there. Officer will escort you to your car. No problem. The facility isn't freezing.It's been year since I've had fun at a casino. You wanna have good clean fun. This is the place to go.

We had a blast. Went to spend time with my daughter for Mother's Day and ended up at this Casino, it's a fantastic Casino that pays well and is very clean and bright. There wasn't a lot of people in it but I'm sure it gets busy. We met other people playing there from different towns as well. Everyone was very nice. The employees at the Casino were great and helpful. We'll be going back soon....it's too nice not too.

This casino is a disgrace! After riverstar casino caught a woman on their camera stealing my dads $1,300.00 from his machine when his back was turned, the casino failed to reimburse Henry his 1300 because they refuse to protect their patrons from racist thief’s!!!!! Immediate action needs to be taken to rectify this matter.

It's great that this casino was put in this location for jobs and something to do in an otherwise rural area. But I never ever ever win anything here. Maybe just bad luck. But I hear this from a lot of people. When it first opened, people were winning left and right, but after a couple years, that kinda fell off.

The Riverstar Casino is awesome. I and my wife have been going there for the past few years and have enjoyed our times and experiences. It's not very humongous but pays out well in winnings. Overall, I've been greatly impressed. MR. LARENZO SIMPSON

This casino located just north of the Red River near the Texas/Oklahoma border. The casino makes a moderate effort to produce a pleasant casino experience. However, that is overwhelmed by the extremely smoky atmosphere. I'm unsure if there is a ventilation problem but something does seem to be off since the smoke inside is at times thick enough to see. I'd avoid unless you are a smoker.

First time here. Staff was nice. Very clean in here. Much smaller than I anticipated, but had a good time. Be sure to get a Players Card for Free Play. Did not eat here. Unsure if we will drive 1.5hrs to come back.

I’ve give this place every paycheck for a year now it’s taken everything and I have nothing to show for it and I’ve never hit a single jackpot or won over a hundred dollars back.

Dealer turnover is so bad that you consistently have to endure a 10 hand an hour pace, misdeals, and them counting on their fingers what your hand is. Some pit bosses have barely a year of experience.Slots are slots but avoid the table games.
