I ordered two collars for both of my Yorkies. One is a 4 pound Yorkie and the other is a 2 pound Yorkie. I wanted to find a collar that would match except for the colors. I found exactly what I wanted. I wanted to keep one Yorkie in pink and one in lavender/purple and in some items that is difficult to do. 4 Paws was out of the collars but kept me up-to-date on when they expected to have more back in stock. I felt I still received my order in a timely fashion. The collars arrived and are absolutely gorgeous. My husband came home from work that night and said to the girls that they now have some bling. I am soon going to look to buy some new leashes that match the new collars. I definitely will not hesitate to buy them from 4 Paws Dog Collars. I have worked with FourPawsDogCollars for over a year now and I have to say, Ann is the most pleasant person that I know. She cares for her customers and the dog and cat products that she sells. She only sells the top quality products that she can find. Not the cheap or knock offs. Her customer service is exceptional. I would not shop anywhere else for top quality dog or cat products. Plus, her prices are very reasonable. Check her website out. You won't be disappointed.

Horrible experience. Ordered a collar with blue gemstones. A week later I get a call saying it comes in gold now. I see the picture and okay it even though I'm not happy. When I receive it, I get a collar with ugly cheap looking pink gemstones, that are glues in, and I'm getting no response about a return. Not happy at all.
