I’ve been calling for over a week and piping up trying to check on my application for employment. No one ever picks up the phone and there’s never a manager present. Very unprofessional. I worked cashier and still picked up the phone calls in a busy area while checking customers out. Do better.

Absolutely worst store ever, I have never been treated so poorly and humiliated for asking the manager to double check she didn't triple scan something. She was aggressively rude and berated me in front of a line of customers because I felt like she possibly scanned something more then once. I genuinely wonder how corporate would feel if they knew their manager was horribly rude and humiliating customers in this way. All I asked was for her to please double check she didn't over scan something, and bc of this she tried to humiliate me. What if I didn't have enough money and I was just embarrassed bc of how poorly the manager treated me. This managers name was Stephanie so if u have the encounter with her you have already been warned. I genuinely hope corporate will follow up on this bc she deserves to be fired.

I really like several of the clerks that work there. But, I have to agree with most critics, the manager is very rude. I was recently in there and was sent to talk to her about some boxes. I had been in for 3 days trying to collect boxes from their shipment. This day, they did not save me any. I was really frustrated. But, her not caring and rudeness left me angry. I spend alot in this store monthly. Go in several times a day sometimes. I have heard her being rude to other customers before and tried to scratch it to not feeling well. But, she really is what these other reviews say. So, why is this not being taken seriously. She needs a reprimand till she can learn how to talk to customers. The boxes really were no big deal. My van was full anyways with boxes. It seriously was her attitude that frustrated and angered me. I won't go in there when she's there. Ya know, there's Dollar General across and down a ways from this store. Quess they'll get my business from now on.

I too can agree that the managers can be quite rude and disrespectful, as I have had issue with the skinny one before. They lost my business for good today and I was about to spend some money. I am black and when I walked in, I was not greeted by the 2 women at the cash register. Oh they saw me, they just couldn't be bothered to greet me. about 15 seconds later, a white person walked in and they got a hello from the cashiers. Then, more white people walked in and guess what? They were greeted with a hello too.

The manager is so rude all the time no hello no smile no thanks or your welcome. I always go on the way home which is between 9:30 and 9:50 they close at 10:00pm and only once I was buying tobacco and was denied because she wasn't unlocking and recounting the remaining inventory (which is minus 1 pretty easy math) at 9:38pm. Every single time she will look at her watch then her store clock and never forgets the eye roll. You close at 10:00 if you don't want customers 30 min prior take it up with the owners but don't tell me hurry up at 30 min prior to close because it's time for you to go. I refuse to return if at all possible she has no customer service skills.

I've heard the manager be rude to other customers and refuse to give refunds when receipt was in hand. When she got rude with me and refused to refund my items and told me they were on clearance anyway and they couldn't refund except on clearance price. I agreed to that and she refused to do it because it was 9:50 pm. She doesn't want anyone in the store after 9:45 and closes early when she feels like it. I have never been back and I won't as long as she is there. I spent a lot of money in that store weekly and I am offended that people complain about her and NOTHING gets done!

Another small-town Family Dollar nothing to see here. The store was clean and the staff was pleasant to deal with. I didn't find anything out of order there wasn't even any buggies in the parking lot. The store seems to be right on. The checkout lady was very nice she had a warm smile.

Rude rude rude staff. The store is clean and shelves are stocked, but I will drive to the next town because of the rude staff. They do not acknowledge you when you walk in or when you are leaving. They ignore you so they can stock chips and talk to their family. Then their family is rude to you when you leave. They need a customer come to JESUS meeting. They are part of what's wrong with the world.

Cashier with the red hair is completely arrogant, ignorant, and lazy. My friend got kicked out after he simply asked for a key to the bathroom. She stated that the key was in the back and she didn’t want to go get it. So cussing because he has to piss is enough to get kicked out.

Couldn't find any help,walked to the back to see if I could find someone, I did they were smoking the vapor cig. Very unprofessional like. They didn't have what I needed after I finally found it terrible store don't waste your time going there.
