To put tires on my vehicle at 7 o’clock Friday morning. They avoided that contract by not having the door open to the customer at 7:04. Employees refused to come to the door and explain to a customer why door was not open. Customer doesn’t know if tires or will even be put on his vehicle because no one will tell him if they are even open to put tires on. Definitely managed by the most unprofessional person that Walmart could actually find to hire to run the Tire service center. If you have an appointment at 7 o’clock to have tires put on, you should have the professional courtesy. They actually have the door open at 7 o’clock for your customer instead of making them stand out in the cool wind. Very unprofessional I will definitely buy tires elsewhere

Super great in general, but one of the ladies in money services was unnecessarily rude. She asked me how I would like my money back, I said cash because I was looking at the card machine, thinking she was asking cash or card. Silly on my part, but then she ended up making fun of me the rest of the time. Grow up and realize that people get tired and say stuff like that. 🙄🙄

I just moved to Tahlequah and so I'm using this Walmart instead of Muskogee for the first time.Tahlequah's is a little bit smaller but I won't complain about that.Overall, I'm going to give them four stars. However, there's a couple of things I want to list that get on my nervesI'm usually in there near closing time because of work. It's annoying that the night stockers have all their inventory put out in the middle of the aisles already. It's not that they put it out. I don't mind going around or through.The problem is if you go down the wrong side of the aisle near closing time over there. You literally can't get to the other side of it to get what you need. And some employees will just look at you like you're stupid or in their way.Also, the last half hour before they close they have announcements every 5 minutes. That's normal. There are the stock announcements from corporate Walmart. You do notice that they are not obnoxious or annoying.The most annoying thing I find in this store Is it every time one of the corporate announcements starts there is a guy who gets on the speaker at the local Walmart and not so politely tells everybody the stories about to close etc.He's not giving any information that the stock announcement couldn't give. He just likes to hear the sound of his voice. It's loud it's obnoxious and it stops my train of thought every time he does it. PLEASE MAKE THAT GUY STOP DOING THAT. THE STORE SYSTEM MAKES ITS ANNOUNCEMENTS WITHOUT HIS HELP.The employees are very friendly. Especially the greeters as you leave. They're never rude or obnoxious and most of the time I'm not asked to show my receipt.Don't let that make you think they don't have security there. They have excellent security. Don't steal from this Walmart

Love going to Tahlequah Walmart for a friendly shopping experience. It is a one-stop shop for me. Their sewing materials, groceries, and household goods are always well stocked.

I got here ahead of schedule and had planned to spend the night as this Walmart is one that tolerates overnight RV parking in their lot.Inside, most of the registers were closed or converted to the new self-checkout though the store was tidy. Shelves were decently stocked and prices on display. The restroom was clean and the wifi worked fine.

Don't bother trying to call this location or any Walmart for that matter. The automated system is complete garbage and often repeats itself and refuses to transfer you to an actual human. When you do get to speak to a human, they're snappy or unknowledgeable. Corporate really has dropped the ball.

Love the Walmart, it’s clean and the staff is helpful. The only problem I have with it, there’s no family restroom. I have two kids under 2 and it’s impossible to take them or myself to the bathroom.

Have problems finding some items in stock. Also, they no longer have the Keto Hawaiian and Cinnamon Bread. Its hard to find the Keto Bagels in stock. They have very little choices in Keto tv dinner type meals (breakfast and lunch/dinner meals). Need to carry more of the cherub tomatoes for salads.

When you Re in a crunch and need only couple items then you are ok. Shopping, forget it! Checkout lines that actually have Humans are very very very long....either do away with self check out nightmare lines or hire more people to checkout ....

They do not have enough cashiers. I'm not gona buy there products then check my own self out get it together walmart. You have all these employees standing around just watching you and don't offer to help. Dear lord what is this world coming to. When did we stop helping people Sam Walton is turning in his grave im sure very dis appointed.

Last visited for new tires and burned some time doing some shopping. They did a good job and when we discovered the TPMS sensors needed replacement they quickly fixed the issue.Was surprised to see they carry ammunition here even though Google search did not include this location in their results.

Treats everyone like criminals because theyre too cheap to pay cashiers then wanna blame people for “stealing” when they accidentally forget to scan something. Back when i was a cashier we forgot pops and waters under the cart all the time and nobody called it stealing

Thank you Linda! I ordered a couple items on Walmart+, I forgot I put my garage code in the delivery instructions, that was for a previous & large online delivery while I was out at work.. anyway she completely followed the delivery instructions, and both items were in stock. Amazon DSP drivers will just toss your package onto the wrong porch entirely down the street. Thank *you* individually!If shopping *inside* Walmart is not your thing, W+ service was wonderful. (Tip your driver!)

Welcome the store and glad we have it. They don't have enough products or selection. The best thing about Walmart is the mobile order and pick up. This is the coolest and the best thing about Walmart. The only better thing is the clearance isle. In the morning it isn't nearly as busy.

Very upset with tahlequah Walmart today, never had an issue with pickup but today when I got home and seen all my bread was smashed & so was my chips. I wasn’t very happy at all. I thought well they usually hand my bread to me but they didn’t so maybe they just put on top, no they put at the very bottom and I had $600 worth of stuff on top of the bread! I won’t be going there again.

Overall it was an ok experience. I did have a problem with the fact that I found a pecan pie placed right between Downey products so I moved the pie out in the center away from the smells of Downey. I figured no one would want to eat a Downey flavored pie. I ran I to an employee later and told him about the pie. He blew it off and said not to worry someone would do a sweep and pick it up later. While I get that I'm telling this guy it was sitting by Downey. How is the next employee going to know that? I hope the person who buys it likes a Downey flavored pie.

I got 8 out of 15 items on my list. It was the second time that Wal-Mart did not have the items I wanted. Customer service staff was not any help or friendly to help me. Ugh! NCF!

Love the store, but the employees could be less stone faced and interact more with the patrons. Instead of pointing to where the item is we ask for, walk us over there. You know, be more friendly and willing to make everyone's day better.

Rage quit, and here's why. Go through the store picking up the items I intended to buy and all was going well. I even pick up a few additional items on my way to the check-out lines and that's where it begins. Every self checkout line was backed up and there was no one at the check-out lanes. Even worse, there was only one person watching the self check-out lines. I felt bad for the employee who was obviously stressed over it. With no help in sight and the lines not moving, I decided to rage quit and abandon the items I intended to purchase. Here is free advice walmart management: open additional cashier check-out lines to make money. If not, you will save pennies on labor but lose dollars on unsold merchandise.

Our program purchased food for 174 Thanksgiving Baskets for our families. Brad, Rocky, Trish, Hunter, Casen, and a few people whose names I didn't get was so very helpful, kind, and patient in helping us with finding what we needed, getting checked out, and even loaded. Thank you all so very much!

Workers have been great, service is pretty good, and no issues with anyone in store! 5 stars for them.It's Walmart. A living scourge on humanity, capitalism, and small businesses.Would much rather have small local stores that cost more than a terrible company that relies on welfare for themselves and their workers to stay profitable while also chasing every other better business out of town because they get better prices sometimes.I hate the company, but it's a mandatory evil to simply survive today.I just wish they'd quit killing more jobs for profit.
