This Walgreens is so much better, faster, friendly, convenient, knowledgeable and just all around easier than the other Walgreens in town. My husband takes a lot of medication and we were so burned out at the other Walgreens but it’s a lot of trouble to switch pharmacies but not to another Walgreens. So happy we took the chance even though it’s a farther drive it’s well worth the trip.

Ive used Cox pharmacy. For yrs today I was accused of lying because they said my medicine was sent by DoorDash. I have never used doorsdash They would not mail them to me and that's the only way. I'd been receiving them so I've had to go to a different pharmacy. They must not care about their They're customers.

Called this morning to see if my husband's meds were ready ( we live in Stilwell, but our doctor is there in Tahlequah and she can get us our meds cheaper there at Cox). We were told they would be ready yesterday, but we decided to give an extra day (because I have gone to pick up MY meds when they were suppose to be ready, only to be told at the drive-thru window " They're not ready", then having to park the car and go inside to wait for half an hour!) so I call this morning, just to make sure they have them ready to go before we drive 25 miles over to get them, and the person who answered the phone first said, "No, they're not ready". So, I explained they were supposed to be ready yesterday, and then he says, "Yeah they're ready". I asked how much, and his rudeness was unbelievable. I wish we could get our meds as cheaply back over here in Stilwell, because our pharmacies here are friendly and helpful. And I have experienced this rudeness there at Cox Walgreen's more than once. I'm going to pray for them. Reading previous reviews, it appears they are this way to many other customers as well.

I was referred here after my local Walgreens in Muskogee was out of the pain meds that my son (14) needed after his surgery. When I arrived the pharmacist was already aware of my situation and all of the problems that had led me there. Since the doctors office hadn’t sent it to that location yet and because of the urgency I’m for the medication one of the staff called the doctors office to help get the ball rolling. Once they got the orders they filled it quickly so that I could get back to my son. Very happy with their help.

Very rude staff and do not care about their patient's care. The app said the script was ready went to pick it up and the person at the window said in a rude snooty tone, they were out and weren't getting anymore today. Then told us we could call our Dr and have them switch to another pharmacy. Like that's really easy to do! Well thank goodness our Drs office were having the same rudeness from the pharmacy and understood what we were going thru. They're not only rude with patients but insurance people that call. We switched to Cox because they were closer so it was more convenient but convenience doesn't mean you're going to get quality care or treatment. So we're switching back to Cherokee Hills they're always friendly and always very helpful and the pharmacist actually takes time to get to know his patients and he cares, the entire staff cares and it shows as soon as you walk in the door.

I was here from out of town— The hospital gave me a prescription that could not be filled at this pharmacy. They then called all over town and found that it couldn’t be filled anywhere in town. In the meantime because I had my dog with me, I had driven around to the front and at least four times the attendant came out to the car to deal with me and help me. They compounded the prescription, provided it to me, and took my payments all in the car while I waited. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone in town we’re passing through!

Very quick to refill prescriptions. Very informative staff. They are always nice and friendly. They have low prices compared to everyone else locally. Have a few things you can't find at other pharmacies. They also have a drive thru!

The staff is nice, but I really wish they were open on Saturday for those of us who can not get to them during the week, because we don't drive. I would really like to see them set up a way to deliver to their home bound customers whether in Tahlequah,Muskogee,Wagoner,Hulbert,Ft.Gibson,or Stillwell.it really would be a great service to consider putting in place.

Cox is the place to get professional service, always been nice and friendly to me, they try to get meds ready as quickly as they can, I can only suggest that they try to keep meds in stock as best they can, I know COVID19 has slowed everything down but I have no problems with them.
