Shout out to Matthew back in hardware..HE rocked it out!Girl up front..Mgmt..pay attn..I saw a picnic table out front and came BACK in, thinking about getting, I asked the girl with no name tag, on her phone, if this came assembled or needs assembly?She looked at me and said you can walk back to lumber....NOT just around the corner...and ask them...I state..can you not simply call someone?She stared at me...after seconds said..I GUESS, IF YOU INSIST!..WHY yes...yes I do!...She had an answer instantly.I said SEE there, you saved me many steps...Her responseWHATEVER!I would have purchased it.Was my 1st visit and would have returned.Nope. !!Customer service is everything!!Your company have so much money you can afford to lose customers?Matt had me, sadly the horrible disrespect shown at the front, was far worse that his greatness!June 29th...around 1130 to 12pm.HORRIBLE!

Tahlequah's original lumber yard Tahlequah Lumber is a fun place to shop. Friendly folks will take the time to help you with whatever you need. They have a great selection but can also order anything you want. Shop inside for the tools and gadgets or drive through the lumber yard and pick and chose the lumber pieces you like. Tahlequah Lumber is a great alternative to the big box stores.

Tahlequah Lumber is awesome if you are doing a "real" construction project and you need someone who can help you coordinate all the things you will need. While they gave a lot of in store stuff, it isn't a Home Depot or Lowes. These guys do so much more for you in a big project. If you are local, definitely consider them.

Really good selection and variety. We are in the process of building a house nearby and our builder, Bobby Slover, suggested we talk with Sean at TQH Lumber for the selection of our custom windows and doors. Took my sthil chainsaw in for repair! Took to long to order parts then ordered the wrong part, had to wait for correct part to be ordered. It took over a month to get my saw back. When I got it back it would not start! It took forever for them to order a carburetor, maybe it will run now?

Very rude employee(s). One in particular must of had a fight with his wife or husband, because he was rude from the moment I walked up to the counter. So I walked out and he followed me asking me all the way out "if I still wanted that stuff" and I said no thanks but I do business where the employees leave their problems at home.

Going to rent sewer machine and arrived at store at 4pm and though it’s a 4 hour rental you have to have back by 6pm! Otherwise even if you return at 7am next morning it’s a 24 hour 50$ charge!!So for 4 hour rental make sure you arrive to pick up by 2pm!!
