I really and truly love this store especially the clothing and the treats and food that they have for the dogs especially my little puppy... I would give them a lot more business and I'm sure other people would as well if they would lower their prices and I mean drastically because they are drastically through the roof

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd give them a 5 star. I went in for fish tank supplies and there selection is little to none and there app says they have certain items and they don't. Needs serious updates. I got what I could but, I'll go elsewhere or just order it online.

Good source for all your pet supplies.Prices are a little higher than some other places but you won't beat the variety of quality products in Tahlequah.If you have pets other than cats or dogs I bet they'll still have what you're looking for. The store is clean and the staff was friendly. They even have a pet grooming center on site.I recommend checking them out.

This is such a nice little pet shop. The price is maybe a little higher than Walmart but they are definitely competitive with PetSmart or Petco.The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and it was just overall a great experience.I have four pets and I will definitely be back!*For anybody leaving a review COMPLAINING about the animals having to have rabies shots to be groomed, I want to counter that by saying thank you. Rabies is 100% fatal and horrible and also 100% preventable.Also... There were some who are complaining because the store doesn't sell any" pets". THAT'S HOW YOU KNOW A PET STORE AND COMPANY TRULY CARE FOR ANIMALS!... WHEN THEY DON'T SELL PETS!!! I love going into pet sense. BECAUSE of this.It breaks my heart walking in the other pet stores and seeing the dying betta fish, The miserable cats, stir crazy reptiles and the caged birds..... suffering to feed corporate greed. It's disgusting.I don't walk into the stores anymore!THANK YOU TRACTOR SUPPLY AND PETSENSE FOR LOVING OUR ANIMALS AS MUCH AS WE DO!*Please spay or neuter your pet? There are so many HOMELESS AND STARVING DOGS AND CATS in the United States that we could give every single person who lives here.. some babies to 100 plus.. Love going to Petsense!! I have a 6 week old pitbull puppy so I went in & got a new collar & leash & training treats & a sales guy was very helpful as usual when anytime I'm in there someone helps!!!!

Nice place..but employees don't realize what they have in store...asked for several things..was told by a young man that they did not have items...I went and found them myself..in store..and pointed out that they did carry them..thankfully I found them..my pup need these supplies badly..

You can tell the staff are true animal lovers. We have our dogs groomed here and the staff is always so kind and understanding. Our dogs are even excited when we get there!

First time I was in there...it was impressive and my experience was good...personnel were courteous and immediately receptive to my entering...directed me to the items I was seeking and I made my selection and was met at the cash out with no wait or hesitant. Parking in front was an easy in and out.

Have been using Kylie and Taylor in the grooming department for more than a year now. Both girls genuinely care about me and my dog. It makes things so much easier for me leaving my baby with girls who so clearly care about the animals they're grooming.I have never had any issues with them. They're always friendly, helpful, and groom my dog exactly as I would like. Would recommend to anyone!The rest of the staff is always super friendly too. I love going there, because they make you feel like a friend.

Service is good. They have a good variety of options to look at. The prices can be high but they also offer good deals. I got a 100 pack of dog training pads for 5 dollars cheaper than walmart!

So friendly the employees are and comfortable atmosphere here to where you can shop at ease. You can bring your pets here to pick their own toys or treats out and no ugly looks by anyone if you do so . They actually welcome it and provide you an in store leash if you forgot yours. I highly recommend this place of business. You will be pleasantly pleased I guarantee it !

I can’t recall her name but the groomer in training groomed my mini Australian Shepherd and I am more than pleased! This was the first time I’ve had him groomed at Pet Sense and am more impressed than previous groomers I’ve used over the past few years. Definitely will go back to her!

Have been taking my Standard Poodle Puppy in to get a bath and brush about every 2 weeks for a couple of months and although he is clean when I pick him up he has not been brushed or even blown out good.. The last time the price was more than triple, and when I took him in I was quoted one price and when I picked him up the price had gone up again. I do realize that he has grown but he has not tippled in size. The people are very friendly and my puppy likes them. This and the fact that he is clean is the reason for 2 stars, not 1 star.

The staff is very friendly and always says hello when I am there. They don't have a huge selection because it is a relatively small store, but they will try to get what you need or tell you where to go if they can't. I love the buy ten bags and get one free of certain dog and cat foods.

I like the product they got but its no pets inside ive never been in a pet store with no animals no reptiles not even different kinds of fish. Only bettas i guess it time to travel out of town

EDIT:So, today (a few days later) the manager of this store called me and apologized for the groomers' misunderstanding. He offered for me to come in for a full refund.I have to say, the experience still left a bit of a bad taste for me. But, I was really impressed by his effort to fix it.------------------SO frustrated!I called asking for a quote to groom my dog. Nothing much, he just needed a bath and his nails trimmed. I was told since he was less than five months it would only be $12 but the groomer couldn't do it that day- since she was leaving work early. She invited me to bring him in anytime before 3pm and said I wouldn't need an appointment.So, I brought him in a couple of days later at 1pm. The groomer asked for my appointment and I repeated that I was told I didn't need one. So, seeming very irritated, she took my information and took my puppy to the back.A couple of hours go by and my husband picks up the puppy- coming home with a $25 receipt! He said that the $12 puppy grooming was only on Sundays. Why would she quote me $12 and invite me to come in any time when that price was only good on one day? Also, they only bathed and brushed him- they didn't clip is nails according to the receipt. $25 for a bath and brush?! He is a tiny 15lb aussie. He doesn't even have that much fur! Part of the fur on his back seems like they didn't rinse it properly, and when my husband picked him up he still seemed damp- I don't think they even dried him.I'm never going back there again.

I kept the store at 5 star employees are really helpful. But the prices are a little too high. There are higher than anybody else. They need to try and beat their competition same price or maybe even cheaper.

For a smaller chain, they carry a lot of different brands. They have almost all of the brands that you would see in a Petsmart or PetCo. They also provide full service grooming. I've been going there for my pet food and grooming needs for 2 years now.

I took my Yorkie for the first time to this please. First impression was one of ladies was yelling really hard at another puppy. When I told them just do a re-touch they did the opposite. End up with my Yorkie with almost not hair at All, in the top of that they did a little cut her left ear and they did not call me when that happened. Manager was really professional and did not charge me for the "services " . I don't think I'll take my dog again to this place .
