I just hate McDonald’s honestly and most of the people that work there are really rude and don’t pay attention to the customers. In fact, they purposely don’t pay attention to the customers in the lobby. The ones in the drive-through seem to you a lot more important but I will say that there are a few employees in there that are over the top amazing and, we’ll go above and beyond to make you feel not so angry about the ones who are ignoring you which nine times out of 10 happens to be a manager. Tell Donald Joe should fix that real quick.

Constructive criticism here & due to covid - they've removed the drink dispensing machines in the lobby/dining area. They've removed the customer's ability to retrieve any condiments on their own including salt pepper ketchup dipping sauces straws etc... The only thing the customer can get for themselves, without being an inconvenience to the crew, who are (at least, at this location) seemingly ALWAYS super busy with order fulfillment, are napkins. Many times (once figuring out that they're going to need condiments as they're not available for customers to get for themselves) it will take customers longer to retrieve condiment items for their meals then it did to place the order to begin with. It is worth noting that employees never offer any of these things to customers, I presume, because they're always busy with food orders. So, instead of being asked if they would like salt pepper ketchup any of these items the customer will often get to their table, turn around & go back to the counter and wait anywhere from one to as long as 10 minutes to retrieve these needed items (often getting ignored by employees).

Make sure you get your receipt at this location. Glad the order ticket is on the bag. They just tried to tell us that one of our drinks wasn't rung up but then when we confronted them with the ticket on the bag that showed the item was infact ordered and paid for, they then said they handed it out the window to us. So I told them to check their cameras and they conveniently couldn't check them right now. So we got our money back. Employees here are literally trying to steal from their customers! 😂

Ordered through drive-through .The cook doesn’t know how to cook Quality food. The cook served us stale Or over toasted bread for our Mc doubles also doesn’t know how to put pepper all over the meat just put it in one spot to where it is too spicy. We go there frequently and we’re not ever really greeted. They need to work on their greetings as well.

Worst service McDonald's I've ever been to. No manners at all and didn't even greet us, Then forgot our drinks and had to do a whole u turn and come back and the woman doesn't apologize or even know what's going on and acts like nothing happened, don't even greet us again or say anything. Also we are out of town 30 mins and I would recommend anywhere but here, it was around lunch time and breakfast both times this happened.

It is terrible when you have to order for yourself and they were supposed to deliver your food to you and you get no cups to drink from. We went to get ketchup from the bar there was none. My cheeseburger and french fries were cold. The Dr Pepper was not any good in the fountain, my husband asked for a new cup and never got one. There were just a few people inside. The line in the drive-through was short. So there’s no excuse for poor food and poor service.

Service - absolutely horrendous. The worst I’ve encountered in Tahlequah. Rude staff, particularly the GM. Wasted my time as well as the kids’ time and did nothing to make up for it. We waited twenty minutes on five ordered-in-advance hot chocolates - with three kids and a dog in the car. A guy told us they were done and we waited ten more minutes and finally pulled around and went inside. Rather than give us the hot chocolates and ANY kind of incentive to make up for the horrible service, they held the hot chocolates captive and said they could do NOTHING except dump them out. When I switched places with my partner (kids in the car!) someone I hadn’t even spoken to told my partner that I had yelled at staff (I do NOT yell.) and that I had threatened staff - I would not EVER, and I absolutely did no such thing. Unless you want poor service, long wait times, and staff to lie about you, I’d recommend literally anywhere else in tahlequah.ETA - there was one staff member who was lovely, blonde hair big glasses. She needs a raise, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name

Sometimes I go here around 11pm to get my wife some dinner and take it to her at work. I usually get myself something as well and tonight was no different other than the fries were warm tonight, which is good but I got a large size fry and it was only half full, if that. After waiting in line and paying basically 10 bucks a meal, I want what I pay for. Other than that it was pretty good!

First time at this location and won't return. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and frappe. Frappe was spoiled, milk was sour, not sure when it was actually made. It was the worst first sip I've ever had.

This McDonald’s excels in order speed and accuracy but the care for customers is just not there. Too often I will get cold burgers or highly unorganized burgers. It often feels as if they pre make their food because you get it immediately at the second window UNLESS you make modifications to your burger, like no pickles for example. This will get you parked and you have to wait 5 or so minutes.

So frustrating! I'm assuming the person taking my order in the drive through is either new or just dumb! He put in the wrong order which I had to correct him a few times. I waited in an empty line for 10 minutes waiting for him to correct his mistake. Then while getting my order I had asked for honey for my 20 nuggets. Because I ordered honey & BBQ sauce. They gave me honey mustard. They told me they would have to charge me for extra sauces. Which they've never done before. I gave them their sauce back. And she gives me 1 honey for 20 nuggets. Are you freakin kidding me?! Their incompetence is so frustrating! The entire experience was absolutely ridiculous!! Won't be going back there any time soon.

I have never seen a drive thru at McDonald's move so fast. Apparently this is location is brand new so it is still very nice and clean. The entrance is very easily accessible, as it's like turning onto a side street. They don't have salads yet due to Covid but overall good experience.

First time I had good customer service at fast food in a long time. The young man working at front counter helped my children and I out with our order that had to be customized and he was great! He was courteous and kind. He had manners. In the day and time we live in, that hardly exists anymore so I was impressed! They were very quick too at getting our food out hot and fresh! Again very impressed with the customer service here.

Just opened December 5th, clean & the playplace is much better. Ordering is easier with several touchscreen ordering options. Looking forward to coming back.

For what ever reason this McDonald's cannot manage to get the orders correct the food is gross stale old and the top it off the lobby as pictures will follow and show is nasty beyond nasty they have soda spilled on the floor and no wet floor sign but is a leak coming from the fountain machine again no wet floor signs out if you dare to Hazard your help and your space t you might want to eat here but if you actually care about your help and your safety I do not recommend this restaurant at all if you can even call it a restaurant with how bad everything is

The lady working the drive through was insanely rude. They gave me a regular coke instead of a diet coke, and as if the experience wasn't bad enough they forgot to put my 2 burgers in my bag so I had to go back and endure it all over again. I understand it's fast food, but customer service is important. Something this particular place is lacking.

Always great place for a quick bite....if they can get ur order right. They do seem to mess up my order when I go here. I order a sweet tea...they give me unsweetened. I asked twice..."is it sweet tea?" They say yes both times...but it's unsweetened. My orders rnt long...just a couple of combo meals...so I can only assume, they don't listen very well when ur ordering...they don't know the restaurants menu...their rushed or they simply don't care. But it doesn't take much time to double check an order when it's brought to their attention. Some workers will do that....and some won't. Will I continue to go there? Sure I will. But I've learned to ALWAYS check my order before I leave the drive thru. (It's only when I've been thru the drive thru that my order gets messed up.) When I dine in...my order is always right.Stopped in to grab lunch (11-13-2023). My daughter and I placed r order..the lady taking r order got it all messed up. We gave her the benefit of the doubt bcuz it was getting crowded and she may have been getting overwhelmed. We finally got r order straightened out. It was no big deal...but this lady's attitude as we was leaving could have been a little better. My daughter was waiting for a refill of her drink and this lady totally ignored her for several long minutes. I thought she was angry, but feigning niceness. Idk if she got in any trouble for messing up r order or not....and there were others she messed up besides ours...but she may have been taking her anger out on us. Idk. Just said a little prayer for her. I think she was getting confused bcuz she didn't really understand how to work the cash register.
