Maggots in the carpet cleaner!I rented a cartpet cleaner for 24 hrs and spent my first Hour cleaning it. The picture is of the massive dried hairball I pulled out of the roller brush. When I pulled the dump tank to fill the clean tank, it opened, and the smell Literally made me gag. So I took the machine to the tub to clean the machine Before I even started My cleaning project and dumped a disgustingly large amount of MAGGOTS in the first dump from the cleaning flush. It was So very very gross.After cleaning the machine, it worked great and did all I needed it to do. The workers at this Lowes are kind and helpful.We're new in town, so I haven’t shopped in this store much, and Im obviously disappointed at this particular experience. I told the clerk of my experience when I returned the carpet cleaner the next day, and he apologized.Tahlequah is a beautiful small town with other, locally owned hardware store. I used Lowe's because it was convenient, and I trusted their quality. I paid $45 to clean some else's mess before I even started the cleaning I paid for. That is not quality and definitely not convenient. I think Im gonna give the other hardware stores my business in the future.

I was having difficulty getting the church's order placed on line for pickup and called the local Tahlequah Lowe's. Mary in Customer Service was so friendly and helpful. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you so much for all the help Mary.

Their workers allowed my husband to hurt his shoulder due to a cart full of sheet rock being stuck. The highschool kids that work there had already walked past us several times without offering help. I had to walk the entire store looking for a worker only to not find one at all and find out my husband and been forced to check out before we had grabbed everything we needed. They have great supplies but their employees are not that good and would rather help their buddies.

Always able to find what's needed until yesterday when the online app had the location wrong but everyone was super helpful in locating the item, the whole process though was annoying 😆 but I did get my steps in!

My husband and I went to the Lowe’s in Tahlequah hand picked our appliances, waited for them to be delivered and when they were delivered we got the wrong stove, was told we could have the one we received picked up and replaced on the same day. My husband even went back to the store and was told that it was ordered and will again be delivered the same day. Well that was today December 2nd and got a call saying “I have a pick up for you” I said it should be a pick up and delivery. And of course that did not happen. So we have to now go back to Lowe’s and do the whole thing all over again. Never mind the fact that our refrigerator had dents in it upon arrival. I’m extremely upset about not only the lack of communication but the service as well. Would not recommend at all!

I bought a fireplace on the 22nd of November and was told that it needed to be assembled and they would deliver after assembly. We schedule a delivery date of the 27th. On the 24th I got a text they were delivering on 27th so I took off work to be there to let them in. No show. I checked the status and it now showed delivery was Dec. 8th. I called and was told assembly only happens on Tuesdays and it would be delivered by the end of the week and that Dec. 8 was just a date that it defaulted to since it was not assembled. Today the 3rd of Dec. I called because it had not been delivered with a stove I had purchased 3days ago and was told by customer service that it was not assembled and they would get me to delivery. Delivery said it was assembled on Tuesday and the truck only delivered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I asked why then was it not delivered on Wednesday or Friday she said that the trucks were full and that the earliest time was Dec. 8th. She informed me that the trucks were full and she could not put anything else on the truck. I was told it had been at the store assembled since Tuesday and I could have come picked it up when I argued the point of why almost 2weeks after promised delivery date was it now schedule to be delivered. So basically I was sold a product, was given a date for delivery they knew could not happen due to assembly needed and assembly could not be done before then. Then my delivery was set aside while others got there product because of their mistake. Please ask before purchase when assembly dates are and pick a date after that or you may be without a product for a while. Glad it was freezing yet.

I was looking for several odd supplies for my crafting. I'm always have to ask someone to help me locate a product. I alway love Lowe's because their employees seem happy to be there and happy to help. I purchased staples for upholstery, several different spray prints, and paint tools. Again asking the what, where, or what is the best product to use. All was very helpful. Always very helpful and happy to do so..

this lowes is on its game. im at home depot or lowes at least 2x week w my work, but i go outta my way to use this lowes bc they are never out of stock of anything i need, they are friendly, and the store is always clean & organized

We went to buy some tile today, it was on top of the shelf and the man that we asked to get it down. Was incredibly rude. Acted like it was a major inconvenience to get it down. Then was trying to force us to check out in the tile department. When we had other things to look at. Then we had checked out and we were at customer service, updating our tax exempt, and this guy walks in and very loudly says “Armando use my ID” very unprofessional. Will not be back.

Newest update: Picked out exact same dishwasher for almost $300 less than Lowe’s price at Home Depot. Loading it into our SUV now.Update: 3 weeks later waiting on dishwasher and told they can’t locate our dishwasher and don’t know what to tell us. WHAT?!?! Canceling today, never using Lowe’s for ANYTHING going forward and will be telling EVERYONE what a nightmare Lowe’s has been.We were supposed to have our dishwasher installed today. Now we are being told end of next week. We have been given 3 different dates. The install company they use is worthless. Very hard to get someone on the phone and then you can’t get a straight answer. You get different answers from everyone if you are lucky enough to get anyone on the phone!!!! We will try Home Depot next time and see how that goes.

Sales person was very nice. Was told washer would be delivered in 4 days before 7 pm. Waited all day without delivery being made. Called several times and nobody could tell me anything. I was given nu.ber of 3rd party delivery and called it. They said they were in California and couldn't tell me anything. Am still trying to find out about the delivery and still waiting for it to be delivered. I paid for it that same day I went to the store.

The wreath I ordered is described as being 24 inches, but it is merely 18-19 inch. Look at the box it came in, and you will see that even the box it came in does not come close to 24 inches.Lowes will only give me my money back if I go to the store to return it. We deliberately ordered home delivery because we are sheltering in place and the phone system at Lowes is messed up. When I call the number in the parking lot and select #2 as required, it kicks me back to the main menu. I am not going to waste my time on this any more and will contact my credit card company to have the charges reversed.

I recently went to Lowe’s to buy home decor for my apartment and was greeted so graciously by Larry. He stopped what he was doing to help & talk with me. He was the sweetest, and most helpful worker I have ever encountered. He helped me get exactly what I was needing. I hope I come by him again in the near future.

I absolutely love shopping here for the goods I need for any type of project. The staff are so helpful and patient. It is rare for things to be out of stock and the garden area is well kept when they have plants. This is one of the only Lowe's that actually waters their plants too so they aren't dead when you buy them! Again, I love this place.
