Kathy and her staff were absolutely wonderful with my two boys! One of my dogs has hip dysplasia and has a very hard time getting around and is often in pain. I was so nervous to take him to anyone, but they were so sweet and patient with him.The other one is a fighter and I just knew that he would give them a run for their money. But they charmed him right away. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I wouldn't take my fellas to anyone else.

Very pleased. We just needed nails trimmed and I was able to walk in without an appointment. I wasn't sure how she would do as she is timid around new people, and has an injury to her paw from before we adopted her. But they were very gentle with her, and gave her a dog treat because she was so good! Definitely plan to go back!

Don't waste your time. They said my dog would be finished in 3 hours. I went to pick him up, no cut and had just finished washing him. Took him to VIP Grooming the next day and they did a great job in just 3 hours. VIP found that he was still dirty after Kathy's had washed him. VIP was much cheaper at $65 for a 50 lb border collie mix.

They were so nice to my two boys. Great haircuts. So sweet to them. Asked a lot of questions to make sure what cut I wanted for them. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking for a new groomer for their pets. Kathy and her crew were very professional and I could not have asked for a better groomer.

I took my dog here when I lived in Tahlequah for grooming, daycare, and boarding. Ms. Kathy and Terri are the absolute best and we miss them so much! My dog loved them so much and always went running right up to the front door wagging her tail like crazy! Every since moving out of state we haven’t been able to find anyone half as good and pay twice as much! Highly recommend.

Kathy and her girls are always the best to my baby. My pup looks forward to going there and when we pull in she can’t contain her excitement to see them all! Not sure what they’re doing back there, but I hope they keep it up

The people who work here are so nice and very considerate of me and my fur babies. They treated us with respect and they did AN Amazing job handling and grooming my doggos!! I know they were a pain and she just grabbed my big boy like it was nothing and put him in the bath right away!!

I took my Black Pomeranian there at 8:30 am. I went back at 4:10 and he was still in the cage. I was told to come back in 20 minutes. I went back and they had Shaved my Pomeranian!!!!! I was completely devastated. This happened last September and he is still trying to grow his hair.

Terrible job. My schnauzers looks bad. Still has dirt and a mat under his chin. Eyebrows look bad, all chopped up, hair missed in several places. So disappointed. Won't be going back there.

She allows her staff to stress the dogs so much that one died because of it. Then when the dog owner addressed Kathy about it, Kathy took no responsibility and didn't even apologize!! Pet owners beware!!!

Didnt like it there. They call the owner to pick up his dog. When he got there the dog was soaken wet. They dont do a good job
