In my 47 years I've never rated a retail store, until now. The manager Mike went above and beyond to fix an issue with reregistration of my track membership and the rest of the staff are always very helpful , easy to locate and extremely friendlyI've been spending quite a lot of money at this store lately and I'm gonna be honest, the experience is a big part of why I gravitate towards this store. It's clean ,well stocked, and has amazing staffJust a great place to spend my hard earned money !!

Best Prices for Quality Equipment. Recently got a Transmission jack from them and It was less than half the price at Harbor Freight compared to all the other places I looked around town.the staff are always helpful and seem knowledgeable. I've yet to have a Bad experience shopping at Harbor Freight.

Harbor Freight carries a wide variety of tools and other Miscellaneous products that people use in day by day projects and they are reasonable prices and all the employees are knowledgeable and very helpful

It's not the harbor freight of the past. They offer quality tools at a reasonable price. I like to get the 2 year warranty on big ticket items and they always replace it if you have any issues.

Husband was shopping for a few items, my daughter needed to go to the restroom, they had unlocked the door for one customer but she accidentally let it shut behind her. So when we asked if they could open the door for my daughter they said they don’t let customers use the restroom. Yet we watched another come out. The employee or manager whatever he was, was not friendly and lied straight to my face. Tried to play it off like the customer had the lock code…. Which I know she didn’t. Needless to say, my husband put his items down and we left the store. We actually shopped here quite a bit. Unfortunately now, We will not go back to that location.

I usually shop at the Fort Smith store, but I was needing to get a new framing nailer and F.S. store didn't have one, so I went to the store in Muskogee to get it.After this trip I may start using the Muskogee store instead.Great prices on tools, courteous staff, helpful but not hovering around you or pushy.Larger display of products than the Fort Smith store.

It was alright, they had affordable tools and I got the tarp I went in for but one thing is for sure....... they don't have sleds out of season, now they had some stuff that could be used as a sled in a pinch but I don't endorse that , so if you go looking for a sled out of season you will be disappointed .

Great buys, just left the store in Tahlequah,Oklahoma. I picked up a miter saw stand it is universal fit my Kobakt 10" miter saw. Plus a few other thing ms fir my air tools. Harbor Freight is a great spot to pick up tool household items as well. Thanks to Harbor Freight for bringing the store to our town.

I have been going to different Harbor Freight stores for some time and it has always been a great experience, but not in Tahlequah! Do not trust signs, what the sign says is not what it will ring up at the register and if you call them on it and show them and they admit that they are in the wrong. But they still will not honor the price advertised. Classic bait and switch.

I have been a Harber Freight customer for many years. This was the worst experience I have ever had, ill drive to Siloam Springs or Springdale from now on. The manager was rude and acted like she didn't want to help us. The lady at the check out counter told us they didn't have a motor for our compressor, we found one on the shelf. Showed online they had the new compressor we wanted so we drove here instead of Siloam springs because it was closer, then we get to the store and they look for 2 minues n tell us they can't find it in the back. Never have I ever felt so unwanted in a place of business, I won't be back....

The staff is amazing in the one in Tahlequah OK. My dad's blind and they take the time to explain things to him and treat him just like a normal customer. That goes a long way with me.

Tahlequah location- Mostly nice and helpful associates. I bought a sliding compound miter saw. The model I chose only had one on the floor and when I got it home it was broken where it mounts to the saw. After some deep searching in their warehouse, I was finally able to exchange the saw for one that's not broken.

Always accommodating. Good place to buy tools just got to decide which ones you're going to purchase there and which ones your going to spend the extra dough on. But lots of good deals.
