I purchased an older dog from Tiny Paws a few months ago and there are a few things I think anyone considering Tiny Paws should know about the experience, especially as they move to an online only format.Maybe it was because our dog was older, but she had health issues that were not disclosed despite claims she had been checked by a vet, including teeth diseased to the point of having to be removed, missing vaccinations, and a nasty ear infection. Many of the issues she faced were explicitly mentioned as not covered under the health warranty Tiny Paws provided with verbiage stating you must check for it at the time of purchase. So my first piece of advice is to ask for that warranty up front and to the best of your abilities try to examine the dog thoroughly - this especially worries me as they go online. Hopefully their warranty will change, but I will say it was clear Tiny Paws did not do their best to care for my dog while she was in their care. We did not bother to contact them regarding these issues as at this point we already did not trust their care or whoever the vet was looking at these dogs.I am not sure how anyone could have really properly examined a puppy even when the store was open. They had one tiny bench you could sit on with the dog. You were not allowed to put the dog on the floor to see them walk or anything like that, just one tiny bench to hold them on while the staff stares at you.We were asked to give a 5 star review on site and receive a free gift - I wonder how many of these ratings are simply from that process.Lastly, be sure and ask explicitly about ALL fees associated with the purchase. We were quoted one price and then surprised with $300 worth of various fees when we came back to pick up our dog, including an extra charge for using a credit card that we were not informed of and could have avoided.I hope our experience is unique with the older dog who I'm sure had not been properly cared for prior to ever arriving at Tiny Paws, but regardless I think this business could stand to be more transparent to its customers. I wonder with no storefront what kind of conditions these puppies are living in. Proceed with caution.

A pictures worth a thousand words. I bought this for my sister, Tammi Leverich after she lost her companion dog. A dog is a gift that keeps on giving so much love and companionship for many years to come. Etta Leann is a micro Bernadoodle purchased at Tiny Paws. Highly recommended them for your next best friends needs.

I am beyond happy that I found this place to add a new member to our family! I was wanting a Pomeranian so bad and I found the perfect one for us! Thank you so much!Update: We live in Tulsa, almost 2 hours away, and it saddens me to say, that they sold me a sick puppy, they gave me his immunization papers that has his updated vaccinations and there are so many medications on there that they didn't go over with me about. He had a seizure tonight around 7:45pm. We took him to the animal urgent care asap and he had low blood sugar and turns out the meds they gave him are PARASITES! Tiny paws OVERDOSED HIM, now I'm paying more to get his health back in order. They were quick to sell him and not inform me of any health conditions, they did tell me that once I take him he's my responsibility which is understandable, but they could have told me about his condition so I knew what I was really getting into. I pray no one else purchases a sick puppy from this place. And the girl who gave me the price didn't tell me it was going to be almost $500 more from his list price. Talking about taxes and fees? I had to pay $150 for his registration paper that I still have to fill out myself and send and pay an additional $25 for that? Live and learn is the popular saying!!!!

From the start everyone was very helpful Travis went over and beyond for us which made us feel more comfortable and excited for our puppy.He called and made sure we were all in the same page, after we weren’t sure if we wanted to pick up or delivery our puppy. After Travis worked his magic we got our puppy the same day we decided we wanted it. I definitely recommend them they are someone you can trust. And Travis once again thank you for using your day off and bring us our puppy. I hope you can also find your future puppy with them!

Tiny paws opened their doors for me on a day they were closed and waited for me to show, very friendly. The store is extremely clean and the puppies were very well cared for. Glad to be purchasing my puppy here!

I was broken hearted from a recent loss of my Yorkie mix and by chance came across Tiny Paws and a little teacup Yorkie they had. Tiny Paws was great in helping me to get Sir Barley, my new little teacup Yorkie. Lenora was so kind and helpful getting me set up with him and patient enough to listen to my long story of how an Alabama boy ended up buying a dog in Oklahoma.

They were the most fantastic people! With clean facilities healthy and adorable puppies! I can not recommend them more! Go see them for your next puppy! I drove 2 hours and couldnt be happier about doing so! They worked with us to help us find the best way! Love them and highly recommend!! 💖

Do NOT WASTE your time!! My husband called to get pricing as we lived 2hrs away from the store. They wouldn’t share pricing on the phone, therefore we drove. Got there and the place is sketchy! I couldn’t even go in there because it made me uneasy. My husband went in and saw the puppies, they were cute and asked pricing and she told him, $3250!! What in the world?!? That’s insane. He asked if he could take a pic for his wife in the car and she said no photos are allowed. He walked out. Do not give business like this any of your money, it perpetuates this type of industry. If customers continue to pay then it will continue to happen.

I live two hours away and called to check prices because I don't have a credit card. I kindly told her that and let her know I needed a price to get the required funds from the bank. Their business is privately owned so the owner should consider changing the policy. I had thousands at my disposal and now won't be getting my dog there because I don't know how much cash to get out of the bank.

UPDAE TO OWNER'S RESPONSE: You proceeded to block me on Facebook for making an innocent reply to someone's comment. Totally inappropriate and unethical!Update: Someone made a comment on their Facebook page about a puppy. I commented that they will only tell you to call the store for more information, but when you call they tell you they don't give prices over the phone. Tiny Paws proceeded to block me on Facebook.I believe this is a Petland type place. I live 2 hours away and called to see what the prices are. Lady would not tell me a thing. I was told that it is manager and store policy that they are not allowed to tell anyone price ranges over the phone. You have to go in. Not worth the drive.

Do not deal with this place. It’s very shady and secretive. They will not give you a price over the phone. I drove almost two hours to find out the Boston Terriers were $3250!!! My wife has mobility issues and waited in the truck while I went in. I wanted to take a picture and the lady rudely told me that no pictures or videos could be taken. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. Do not do business with this place.

The LADY who answered the phone was RUDE; also, tell me the purpose of MAKING people come in to get a price of a puppy. We live hours away but very serious adopters yet we can’t be told a cost over the phone. I called just a week ago for the cost of a maltipoo and the lady I spoke to then was very helpful and sweet, told me the adoption fee and I told her I would definitely be adopting with them. This week, the RUDE lady says it’s a policy change and cost can’t be told over the phone. Rude customer service and forcing people to come in for a price is pathetic.
