This is the worst place to eat in Stilwell! Food is always cold and disgusting, I honestly have no idea how it is still open. There is always at least a 30 minute wait for cold, old, disgusting food. We came here for ice cream a few days ago and witnessed food piled up beside the door, I feel sorry for whoever that food was for because it sat there the entire time we were here (30 minutes for ice cream only!).We watched the employees stack the orders up beside the door and slowly filter them out starting with the freshest and working down to the oldest, now all of the cold and old food I have gotten in the past makes sense.Save yourself some grief and never come here!

We waited over 30 minutes for our mobile order. the monitor said that someone was heading out with our food and 20 minutes went by before we had to call the business about our order. the response we got said they were only waiting on our drinks. when they finally sent our order out she only brought our drinks and said that they have to remake our entire order. When I told her that we just wanted a refund they took back the drinks and then took another 10 minutes to get me a copy of my receipt for a refund. this is the worst experience i have ever had there and i hope this gets fixed. for a simple order to be like this, wasting over 30 minutes. the manager on duty did not once come out and speak with us, something any manager would do for their customers after a mistake like this gets made. this seems to be a leadership/manager issue.

We asked for two medium mozzarella sticks and they only gave us one. We gave the staff our card for the purchase of one more mozzarella stick and they took 10 to 15 minutes just for one medium mozzarella stick. They also took 10 minutes to get bring us ketchup. The lady who took our order couldn’t here us and was also very rude about it.

They've definitely gotten better at getting orders correct. Still half the time their screens are out. It would be nice if they started taking care of the place. And I think my biggest complaint lately has been when you order a rt 44 water with lemon wedges it's not like it use to be or as advertised. You get little lemon tidbits now that has most of the juice squeezed out of it from cutting it so it don't flavor the water. Surrounding areas still give you the full wedges you ask for. So drink quality has gone way down

The only bad thing is the wait, and I know it's not the carhop's fault. I worked there so I know, but we got orders out on time and if we didn't we were most certainly beaten for it back in the day. If you're in a hot vehicle with screaming kids waiting in food it needs to get there in a reasonable amount of time, not thirty minutes.

In person is good, DO NOT USE THE APP. last year I had a huge order for the family, 74$..app said 5 times couldn't process order, bank processed the payment to sonic and I STILL haven't got any kind of refund for it. Posting here so they will do something, KEEP IN MIND it is not the employees at the Stilwell locations fault. But the corporate office themselves emailed and says it was deposited to the card that was connected..I still have that card and I still have statements current and past...

4th visit here today and I've never had a poor experience.Service has been quick and friendly each time and the food is always hot and fresh. Specifically the chili dogs, I am happy to report the chili is good and the hotdogs do not taste like they've been sitting in the steamer all day. Actual flavor. Very pleased.

I placed an order with my app for ASAP. It took me 15 mins to get there, which was longer than I had anticipated. I checked in and it was still 8 mins more before my food was brought to me. The food was cold. I was not too happy to say the least. There were only a few cars there. I don't understand why it took so long.

Very disappointed. This is my 3rd time there but I didn't think they could mess up a simple order. a medium cherry limeade & a medium Sonic blast. But I got a small one & it took 40 minutes to get it. The young lady that brought it out asked you've been waiting this long for these two things & we said yes. So she went back inside & I guess it's was the manager came out with them & asked us if we had a problem with the order. We said yeah 40 minutes for these two drinks & there wasn't hardly anybody there. She paused & then said "umm well our machine wasn't working right & I didn't think you wanted a runny Sonic blast. Well for one thing young lady if there is a problem then you should have said something to us about it instead of coming out with a attitude thinking we had a problem which we didn't. We waited patiently.

Start to order and the person stops and goes to another car and takes their order, then takes another order on the other side. Thus leaving us to start over on my order …… guys need to learn how to stay focused and complete a customers order. By the way …. Thanks for making me late for work. No excuse for your inconvenience and incompetence

Orders are almost always wrong, as mentioned before by others half the stalls don't work in some way. When the screen is wrong after they take your order at your car they get hateful! Phone will ring until it just disconnects, guess that way you can't call about their mistakes! Calls to the corporate office do no good either!

If I could give it - stars then I would. Terrible service all the time! UPDATE!!! 3 years later the customer service is on top now but the onion rings are just a pile of greasy, burnt and broken bunch of onions and the ice cream is either completely frozen or melted. Plus like the other review says, it takes for ever to get your order even with am empty lot!

Great selection of items on the menu from breakfast to dinner. Awesome desserts and drinks and they always have happy hour and daily specials. Very fast service no matter how busy they are, never have to wait more than just a few minutes after ordering to get your food!

The website said they opened at 6 and I arrived at 6:35 where I was promptly told the opening time was 7. Having unhitched from my truck in order to access the parking places I chose to wait. Upon ordering I inquired about using and location of their restroom. I am 65 and was told there was no public restroom and I could not use their "private" one. Not acceptable!!! I can only hope that this is promptly address as I will be calling, emailing both the corporate office and health department.

Gave me the wrong order. After driving back to return it and get the correct order, they gave me cold food, my order that they originally gave to someone else. I tried calling for over 15 minutes and nobody would answer the phone.

I arrived about ten minutes before closing and they told me that they did not have any meat cooked up and that it would take 8 or 9 minutes to cook the 2 meat patties fresh I told them fine I would like them fresh anyway. She was at my truck door in 3 minutes flat with doulble meat supersonic cheese burger fries and drink.

employees over worked, takes a bit for food to get to your stall which means its fresh right? not always the case, food is fair for price with deals or promos, will go back but approach with caution, very hopeful for the new app adaptions for ordering ahead of time.

Ordered with ease. It was gonna take a minute on the chicken so the attendant politely asked if that was ok! Belhop was very nice and friendly as well. Food was fresh and great!! Satisfied!

They are incompetent workers. They do not serve fresh vegetables on the burgers, burgers were dry showing that they had been setting a while. I asked for no sauces on my burger with no salt fries neither were done correctly and the onion rings were burned. The connie was supposed to be bun and hot dog only, they added chilli. Completely incompetent workers.

I too am very upset employee named Cheryl was very rude to me as well used very bad language it upset me too I left why would they hire her she needs to be fired she also went to her light blue truck to let her dog out then put dog back in truck really just wrong I wish owner of that sonic still well ok would fire her
